Best CRM on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the sequences, it is great to have them set to be sent at certain times. Sequences save me time and allow me to concentrate on other tasks while knowing these emails will be sent out through my sequence at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much, I dislike the way HubSpot has not joined the dark mode revolution yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to tend to forget about over-due tasks but with HubSpot, I am reminded every 2-3 days and I have seen an increase in positive activity since getting on top of these over-due tasks.
Good filtering system
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is very fast and filters out according to the criteria that we are seeking. Good for teamwork with my marketing manager as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that we dislike, except maybe we can do similar searches like linkedin one day for finding leads

More than just CRM
What do you like best about the product?
This allows you to track workload, progress, and different accounts just as a CRM does, but it also allows you to reach out to many clients from various industries with ease – with the aid of its automation features. It's very useful for my job!
What do you dislike about the product?
In the personalized parts of the sequences, it tends to sometimes automatically input wrong information. It's better if it's just manually inputted because the auto-input sometimes makes the task harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic sequence for sending out emails! That's the best part of it. It lessens the hassle of following up with everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is most helpful when your job is somewhere in the marketing field. If so, I'd say go for it.
Easy to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for less than two months and can say its really easy to learn!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has made it very easy to work multiple chats and tickets at once. I can keep track of a customers history of tickets to better assess current issues.

Just go for it!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has really simplified outbound sales through the use of templates, sequences and tasks. This automation has created so much more time in our already lean sales environment. Use of automation allows us to make building lists and managing inboxes our top of the funnel sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I listed anything here it would take me a while to think of something. Most challenges I have here are solved by workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demand gen. We use Hubspots marketing drip campaigns and outbound sales sequences to fill our sales funnel and qualify sales opportunities. The immediate next quarter after implementation has been our best yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I think something that I really love about Hubspot is that it is a very easy website to use and makes the things that I am doing very stress free and makes what I'm doing more enjoyable.

Honestly I can not think of a thing that I dislike about Hubspot. Everything about it is super nice and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure if I have solved any problems or anything like that. I also have not really seen any benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest asking questions when you have them instead of just trying to figure it out on your own, simply because the experts are experts for a reason and they are super nice and easy to talk to.
Hubspot has been a huge help in growing our Communications Department!
What do you like best about the product?
Having seen the Communications Department I work with change to using Hubspot from a different sales software, something I've appreciated greatly has been the Hubspot Academy, which provides tips and lessons that empower every individual in the department to take learning and growth into their own hands, rather than having to wait around for someone to teach them what to do. This has encouraged growth, flexibility, and innovation in our department, and has contributed to a culture of personal ownership in pursuing growth as well.
Hubspot also has an attractive design, and is organized in a way that makes it much easier to learn and use than the past software we used.
I really appreciate how kind and helpful Hubspot representatives have been throughout the process of switching to Hubspot and time that we've used this service.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure there are things that I could find that could be better, no software is perfect, but off the top of my head I do not have any large outstanding "negatives" to share.
I suppose that there have been times that the sheer amount of what one can do with Hubspot can feel overwhelming, but I don't see that as a "negative", as Hubspot provides services to help individuals learn the ins and outs of the software, and Hubspot support team is eager to help teach and problem solve.

As I mentioned above, Hubspot has lent itself well to encouraging growth and ownership in our department, and has opened new avenues of innovation to every individual member of the team.
Hubspot has helped our team with better organizing and managing contacts, enabling us to better serve the leads we work with as they move towards becoming students with us.
Both the ease of automating certain areas of communication and the ability to link that automation to prompts to follow up with leads, create tasks, etc. has also been revolutionary for our department in managing and interacting with leads. Far fewer leads have "fallen through the cracks" since we implemented Hubspot in our communications department.

Great inbound lead management and CRM Suite
What do you like best about the product?
Love inbound lead management and automated workflows built around that. Hubspot makes its fairly easy to create, track and manage deals in deal board. Customizing our sales pipeline to unique steps has helped us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving deals out by date or quarter isn't easy to do. Deals stay in their respective lanes until moved into another stage of the cycle, regardless of close date. Workaround is filtering by close date, etc. Sometimes the analytics can be off a little and don't add up across the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound lead management and nurturing. Analytics and tracking conversion rates within sales cycle. Much better visibility and tracking contacts, companies and deals throughout the sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily create deals, filtering deals is easy to get to what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the deals field would expand on the screen while you are creating a deal.

We have use Marketing, Sales and ticketing so that we can see all aspects of our clients in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ver intuitive. I've been using Hubspot for years (at two different companies) and have always though it was easy to use (and improving every day). The dashboard for sales, templates/sequences, and workflows are all fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I use it every day and haven't had any major issues other than the occasional software being down temporarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a sales rep, so I use it to keep track of prospects and where they are at in the sales process. It's great at logging notes, emails, and calls all in one place and provides a great dashboard to see my whole pipeline at a glance.
