Sequences are effective for sales!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to set up sequences for my clients in order to stay up to date on their needs and their point of contact. I am taking a maternity leave soon and it was quick and effective to set up a sequence to let my clients know and help them place orders before I am out of the office. The chat feature is extremely helpful and useful in communicating with clients and getting projects started. I enjoyed watching the informational videos and testing my knowledge with the tests found at the end of the lessons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides. Since you can customize every sequence to fit your needs it is in your advantage to make the sequence work to your advantage. When I started I found some downsides, mainly due to not knowing how to utilize the system best. After taking the training courses and tests online I found that I knew a lot more about the website navigation and was able to utilize many features of HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have only been working for my company for 4 months and HubSpot was a great tool to utilize in my transition. I was able to let all my clients know that I was their new account representative easily and effectively. HubSpot is a great source to keep up communication between client and account representatives, as well as have a spot to update all current information of clients/contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great tool for sales teams! it is in your best interest to utilize the training videos and tests to gain knowledge on how to best use HubSpot. You are as successful with this tool as the time you put into it.
Better than sliced bread!
What do you like best about the product?
The texting feature has to be my most favorite feature. I can get in contact with several customers at once and keep up communication. Emailing straight from Hubspot is also a gret feature. Having the ability to kep everything in one place is amazing. Things like this is why this CRM is head and shoulders above the rest. Knowing exactly when a customers opens an email or looking at their page views is such vital information as well. This has helped me several times when needing to close a sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still 3 months into using the product but as of right now I don't have anything that stands out. Everything has been great so far, nothing that I can say that stands out that needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed at which customers are contacted is very important for my job. We have been able to crush and exceed projected times because of Hubspots features like texting, emailing and using sequences. Everything is organized and uniform

how organized it keeps me and how much easier it has made my job-not joke. I have automated most of my responsibilities to focus and grow business in other areas of our company.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time, tracking all sales and deals, converting prospects to closed deals, marketing to clients to close deals. Hubspot has eliminated 80% of our sales struggles.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to use. Much more intuitive than Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning about the pipeline views, and wondering if there might be some enhancements made around a deals lifespan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage the customer base has been huge. Easy to navigate, and helps me save loads of time. Time I then can use to do more of my core job.
HubSpot makes my job easier
What do you like best about the product?
The sequences are my absolute favorite. Being able to proactively send emails in an automated fashion helps free up my day.
I also enjoy how easy it is to manage the deals that are in HubSpot. I can quickly adjust a deal stage and add notes to support the movement.
I like the integrations that come with HubSpot. I use another tool called Seamless.ai to get email address and HubSpot's compatibility with Seamless makes it easy for me to be able to add contacts and companies.
We use HubSpot as our website CMS platform as well and that has been great! It's easy to make page updates or additions without having to be a tenured web developer.
I also like that I can make a phone call via HubSpot and it will link to my desk phone and track the call in the CRM platform. That makes it easier for my teammates to go back and listen to a phone call that I had with a prospect.
Being able to build out marketing campaigns easily is also a great feature.
I like that I no longer have to use a third party program for social media management either. We used to use co-schedule for our social but now with HubSpot we can keep all of that in one place.

The reporting can be confusing. There is so much and I feel like I don't leverage it like I should because of the overwhelming nature.
I'm not a huge fan of the fact that every email that I receive from a contact that is associated with deal gets tracked to that deal as well. Sometimes I may be speaking to a contact about something unrelated to a specific deal and that just adds noise to the deal activity in HubSpot. To be able to turn that on or off would be nice.
Also, it would be great if when I move a deal to closed lost, that I could somehow archive it instead of having it continue to live in my deal stages. I don't want to delete the opportunity, but archiving it would be nice.
I'm not a huge fan of having contact number restrictions. For our plan, I think we have 3,000 contacts that we can use, but because of the aggressive outbound research we are doing it would be nice to have more contacts that we can add. Maybe even an unlimited policy without a crazy price tag.

We are solving the challenge of outbound prospecting through HubSpot. The benefit of being able to create a sequence with a level of customization/personalization at scale continues to be a game changer.
Our biggest challenge with a lean business development team is to be able to prospect and build content at scale. Having HubSpot has allowed us to do more of that. We have a lot of learning to do yet with the platform, but it's been a great tool for us so far.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's certainly worth the investment! Take the time to go through the training and get your HubSpot certifications. It makes it easier to understand and navigate the platform...and looks good for your LinkedIn profile too!

I'm not solving any problems. I'm always having to ask someone how to do certain things which still comes unsolved.

I've had easier and simple CRMs
HubSpot has enabled me to spend my time in the most effective spot: meeting with clients.
What do you like best about the product?
The CRM manages the daily task for me that would normally take me hours to complete. The extra time give me the mental space to focus on meetings!

I dislike how HubSpot requires you to go back to the home page to start every new contact.

We have saved so much time and we have been able to track the touch points with our prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use. I like how the emails are integrated with Gmail.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it makes Automation super simple, following up with leads and customers. The server is Easy to learn and follow & the Customer service staff readily available to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is still working through more integrations with additionally servers and systems. The awesome thing is their team is open to feedback and new ideas so when we made a suggestions for a new integration, they got working on it ASAP so that’s was awesome and super helpful! I do wish they had tracking for emails through gmail app on phone tho, as it makes work on the go alittle tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to prospect better and move leads through the sales process more efficiently. I love being able to Upload and reach people in mass quantity while also having the ability to personalize each touch point. Additionally Hubspot has the ability to do most things directly in the server.

If you need help reach out to the customer support team - if they don’t know the answer they will find it and get back to your ASAP! Read the community forum as well and Hubspot academy.
Filtering Contacts and Deals solves many problems
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to group specific segments of contacts and deals based on specific criteria to an offer, marketing campaign or lead source. Also, filtering deals by Rep within a pay period makes commission payroll verifification easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's challenging to tie the Latest Lead Source (proprietary field we created) of a contact record with a deal....have to create a combination report (contacts/deals) with properties of both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're creating lists from customer records (contacts)to which we market seasonally. It's simple to filter the customer base and export only those fields you need for both inside sales and marketing.
