Highly-effective CRM that provides invaluable data
What do you like best about the product?
The automation workflows have saved our sales and marketing team a huge amount of administration time and the analytics allows us to gain a deeper insight into the performance of our campaigns. It also integrates very well with a lot of our other marketing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations around the number of enrolments into automated sequences and sometimes our data across contacts gets mixed up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Native integrations ensure we can transfer data between platforms seamlessly, and we can now understand exactly what our ROI is on our marketing investments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your team is at capacity and you want to save on time and resources, HubSpot can achieve this. You'll also be able to streamline a lot of processes by using its extensive integration network.
Very Efficient and User Friendly Resource
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very efficient and user friendly tool. We are able to track our progress with each customer as well as the total projections. We are developing our marketing pieces through HubSpot and will eventually start using the service section to track and monitor issues as well as the resolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that we have to upgrade to use. I'm not able to change the formula for revenue projections. Overall, it's a great tool and I can't say there is much else that I don't like about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency. We are better able to track the progress of each lead. We will also be able to reduce costs by eliminating the use of a secondary cloud storage and an external marketing company.
A Very User Friendly Software
What do you like best about the product?
Email, Number and Name searches.
With the deals section being able to easily assign one or multiple contacts with it and also the simplicity of moving the contact and deal down the pipeline with the drag and drop feature.
When adding contents it can auto make a company assigned based on the email or any other contacts with the same business email domain.

What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicates can be created quite easily and will happen often when importing databases. This does somethings cause confusion by trying to link the correct contacts and getting all the needed logs.
- Though this can be an issue, they have made it easy to merge contacts into one which solves any of these issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
simplicity and ease of holding our database of both Merchants and Customers.
Being able to have NZ and Aus linked to the same Hubspot account but be separate at the same time and have the two country teams work at the same time without any clashes.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used other solutions in the past with previous jobs and after making the transaction to Hubspot it has changed how I feel about CRM programs and just made life a whole not easier for my day to day job.
Hubspot differently lives up for all types and sizes of businesses. We started off as a start-up company using Hubspot from the beginning and then was acquired by a large organisation and still use the software but just with the enterprise packages now. So from experience, Hubspot is an all-round great software and solution for your business no matter the size.

Basic and Intuitive - a very easy to learn CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The layout and UI of HubSpot CRM is very basic and intuitive - meaning users are able to pick it up easily even if they're not tech-savvy.
Collaboration between other users is easy, and having a visual pipeline with sales leads makes progression easy to track.
The Deals Automation feature has also been immensely helpful as we've been using it primarily to make sure we're right on track and following up on certain deals.

Having a direct integration with other services such as Google Sheets/Docs would've been useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot CRM as our main source of sales leads and comms. We use HubSpot Forms for our clients to use which automatically creates a deal in our sales pipeline which has been awesome. The bcc tracking has also been very useful when checking progression with our clients during our sales process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an intuitive, collaborative and visually pleasing CRM, HubSpot CRM is the way to go.

HubSpot and HubSpot support is the key to meaningful client engagement and growth.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and ease of use of all the HubSpot tools, I have to say what I like best is the community of support and their focus on willingness to "help".
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some challenges for new users in learning how to segment and build custom properties, how to use them to improve client engagements, but the learning curve is much less than other platforms I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased workflow efficiency, Better lead tracking and engagement, providing better sales tracking and marketing alignment. No need to worry where any of your prospects are in the sales process, better lead qualification.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For many people, cost considerations are important. However, in this case, I'd say that you truly get what you pay for. The value in fully embracing HubSpot will provide a tremendous ROI and will easily outweigh the cost.
Great for a free tool if you do not have a different solution
What do you like best about the product?
The display is great and very user-friendly for anyone to use. I like that once you have the CRM in place, you can easily integrate with the rest of the platform and track literally EVERYTHING.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how difficult it can be to create contact lists. This can certainly be a challenge.

We started using this as a CRM before we implemented Salesforce.
Hubspot creates a simple and effective workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and modern layout. It's extremely easy to learn and master, so you spend less time on figuring out the platform and more time selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
An email inbox would be nice to connect a single users email to easily access all of your messages instead of going directly into a contact/company, or leaving to open your email client.

Able to focus my time more by spending less on trying to be organized.

Try it out for free first to see how easy it is to use, and if it works for your business sign up. You won't regret it.

Being able to see how my marketing sources drive leads and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very difficult to setup performance dashboards with the metrics that I need (for example, time lag and attribution models by default).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand how marketing sources influence lead-to-sale performance. I've been able to better fine-tune my paid and organic marketing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to setup as many report templates and dashboards as possible. Once they are deployed, then analysis becomes a breeze.
CRM System from the gods.
What do you like best about the product?
UX of this system is the best thing! It's so easy and you don't need a lot of computer knowledge to set it up, even our co-workers that are not very tech-savvy can figure out how to use it. It's that easy! And i has a bunch of tools, and reminds you when somethings is overdue, or you need to contact somebody. It's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX is just awesome, and everything is actually very good. But the price is quite expensive, and some features are not quite finished. The support is not that great as well if you need help setting something up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our internal/external forms that we use to let users sign up, and they get pushed directly into our custom work flows, we no longer need to setup and custom api's and such to create api calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Hubspot to anyone who likes easy interface and a great CRM system and with a lot of Automation.
