Excellent UX/UI that makes it easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX/UI makes it easy for me to navigate around and easy to manage my tasks and find the information I need with out digging around. I also love the sequences feature. It makes it much much easier for us to prospect clients. I especially like how it unenrolls if you receive a reply in email. I would forget so many times if that wasn't the case. I also like the function of it being able to see if emails have been opened or clicked and also tells you how many times, same goes for page views and other valuable marketing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few further filtering options, for example, filtering by how many clicks/opens on an email (over 10 clicks, add to a lead score.. etc...). In my opinion, I also wish there was a way to unenroll from a sequence if I had spoken with them on the phone. I understand that is difficult but I feel like it could be a possible solution somewhere when the call is linked to aircall and "outbound answered call"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The prospecting is a big one that hubspot solves with using sequences. The automation is extremely helpful with keeping my day busy with tasks and taking care of time consuming emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easier to use than Salesforce and more intuitive. I have used both and much prefer Hubspot for the level of prospecting I am doing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can filter through different opportunities very seamlessly

How you can't quick add a number onto a company, without having to go through and create a new contact
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keeps my organized with the tasks and follow up options.

It's a great way to stay organized and for visibility purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to send out outreach templated emails to lists of contacts, made quick and easy by the templates tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a multinational company, sometimes the same business can come up in multiple countries and clients are allocated to the wrong business development manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all my leads in one place which allows me to keep things under control easier than before, I definitely have more time to generate new leads thanks to the increased time I've gained from easier management of the existing leads
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say if you have a growing team of sales and/or marketing teams then it's definitely beneficial to switch to a CRM like Hubspot as it makes things very easy having a centralised marketing and sales tool that can help sales pipeline flow on target and easy to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like many cools HubSpot has vs something like SalesForce! The fact that I can create drip campaigns and sequences or comment on a post and put it at attention to a specific associate. I love that all notifications connect to my email, and at the same time I don't as it can sometimes be A LOT of notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as easy to auto dial and too many different ways to categorize leads. If you get too many different departments on here using it for different systems that then start categorizing their campaigns in different ways.. it gets messy. Not really the systems fault, but a victim of it's own flexibility and a lack of training on our part I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to effortlessly remain ontop of all communication and better manage my day.

What do you like best about the product?
Currently the fact that emails and contacts get logged in the system. This helps us build our customer base. It also helps us safe time by not having to do manual administration of leads and continually keeping everything updated.

Templates also give us a quick way to respond to large volumes of leads without having to spend hours typing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tu us, the way contacts right now are arranged makes it less insightful in one glance what current status is. We don't get a lot of new leads every day and we want to see all actions visually. currently we use an Excel sheet with lots of conditional formatting to directly see what needs to be done.

We would like more visual feedback one all running leads at that moment, we're a small company that coordinated the leads process with just a few members and a lot of action require us to discuss them. For us in that way it is paramount to see what is going on with our leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
alignment of lead approach between colleagues and strategically approaching leads. That have a single place where data gets collected about all your customers, in the background, safes a lot of time compared to when you have to do it yourself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a CRM software with almost limitless capabilities, you can definitely advance your company further by implementing it in the right way. It comes in handy when trying to streamline your sales process and using your sales people the best you can.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to log every interaction with whomever I speak to, so I do not forget when and what we spoke about. Every new contact entry is transferred to ClubReady as well, so I do not have to double my work. I can search for contacts by any specific detail, there is what seems like an unlimited amount of filters, as long as I have it inputted beforehand. Its very convenient for me if I have a conversation with someone face to face, then a few days later, I have a phone call with them, I am able to view the screen as we talk and see all the past conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not quite understand all the different personalization presets for the emails. I mainly use the main screen for each contact, and if I must send an email, I typically type it out from scratch. There are templates that can be made, but since I do not use it very often, whenever I do attempt to create one for special events, I get lost an confused by all the different choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to call and email everyone from one screen, as well as see all my sales and activity in graph form for comparison.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the program to its fullest potential, and you will not be sorry!

HubSpot helps closing deals via Leads

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps me manage leads and close deals for them. It provides the options to followup with the leads super easily.
Closing the deals have been super easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile responsive view of hubspot deals is a little busy. the layout can be worked more for the deals pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to manage the prospects and the potentials clients. We add all the leads in the CRm and followup with them via emails.
It helps us with managing deals and win them most of the times.

HubSpot is a great CRM for managing the leads and the deals with them.

Easy to Use and Get Insights

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information I can get on the activities and interests of my Customers and Prospects, based on integrations with our website, Outlook and Definitive - this allows me to target campaigns effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like additional filter options on contacts, such as if they are a customer, what products do they pwn - located on Company, not Contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am no longer blindly doing outreach to persons that may not be interested in my products and services. It also helps me to keep track of tasks and follow up needs, with easy to manage queues and templates - ensuring I am adequately covering a very large sales territory.

What do you like best about the product?
The live chat option - v helpful people!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some options are only available in paid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create workflows to make my life easier by automatically changing fields when an action is triggered is a life changer!
Being able to bulk edit fields is extremely helpful when needing to change hundreds of contacts.
Creating reports which track almost everything we need is by far one of the most useful tools on HubSpot in my opinion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would 100% recommend using the HubSpot live chat services as the people who are on there can answer your questions in no time at all and can even go into your account and make changes/amendments based on what you've asked and also advise where you've gone wrong. By far the best customer services team I've ever had the pleasure of using - they definitely know their stuff!
