What do you like best about the product?
The cost for what I'm able to get. HubSpot allows for full transparency to others in regards to goals, sales activity, and pipeline review while also allowing my sales outreach to be quick and trackable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the "activity feed", but I don't feel like email opens are always tracked accurately. Also, on the MS Office app, the track/log features can not be automatically toggled on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach and activity tracking.
An amazing CRM for the price with options to build value across your organization
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's CRM sits at the core of their customer experience platform. Through careful setup and maintenance, it can serve as a single source of truth for your entire company. It has a myriad of add-ons with custom integration potential that can be used to ingest, aggregate, and distribute data through multiple activation channels. The user interface is simple and easy to use for such a powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience can be a bit inefficient at times. Login, navigation, and creating in the platform has some duplication or double-entry at times, but it's not pervasive.
Documentation on HubSpot's "out-of-the-box" fields and presets are sparse, but their definitions and applications are quickly learned through trial and error.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through connectivity and data hygiene, we're placing HubSpot CRM at the center of our technology stack to help everyone across our teams better understand our customers. Platform and user insights along with revenue data are connected to robust contact and company profiles that help us market, sell, and support more effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a powerful tool. Like any CRM, the value you'll get out of it (or the damage it can do) is proportional to your investment in both setup and maintenance. As your business grows and your needs change, your CRM and the data lying within should as well. If you cannot dedicated the resources, keep your HubSpot CRM simple so you're not overwhelmed. Document everything and take notes both within and outside the platform while keeping standardized syntax in naming conventions to leave yourself breadcrumbs.

Very easy to navigate and find important information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I really dislike about HubSpot. Just some features I would like to see. They have an awesome community where you can voice your opinion and vote on potential new features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest benefits of using HubSpot is how well it has connected every department within our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a very easy interface to learn and use. Everything is laid out in a user friendly way for me to access what I need and to send out sequences quickly. This is my first time using a CRM and I was able to master it relatively quickly. Hubspot Academy was also a very nice tool to have to learn on the fly and to answer and questions that I may have had. Also the customer service is great and if I have any questions about something I'm doing, they are the quick to respond and also for the most part very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is still missing a lot of functionality. For instance, having folders in the workflows section did not come until just recently. Also, I do not have the ability to reschedule sequences in bulk. This causes me to go back into each individual contact to reschedule each person individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hubspot CRM we are looking to consolidate all our contacts into one organized system. By having each contact be populated with multiple property records we are able to filter out and target the group we are looking for. This helps for strategic email campaigns to potential clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot CRM is definitely more useful for people that have a subscription based model. While we tinkered it to meet our needs, it definitely isn't perfect. However, for companies like Spotify, this is a match made in heaven. It's toolsets and data analytics are second to none in the CRM world and I would gladly continue to use Hubspot.
More Leads Less of the Headache
What do you like best about the product?
Besides Customer Service. Automation capabilities between workflows, APIs, Sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The playbooks are a great idea but still lacking in edit capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, automation, continuity between sales and marketing. Sales teams have more time to prospect the right people and send them the right message which have dramatically increased open rates and reply rates leading to fuller pipelines.
Organized and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable hubspot is to meet your personal sales goals, I especially love the queue feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes in HubSpot at this time

I haven't run into any problems yet, I feel like once I learned how to use it HubSpot made me far more efficient in managing interactions between our different systems
Great product that continuously improves for the end user
What do you like best about the product?
I love how well you can organize prospects and the ability to filter contacts. companies and deals. The product is always evolving and they do a great job of informing users of those updates as well as how to use the features. Training videos, in general, have also been extremely useful for new users. I recently discovered list memberships and its amazing how granular of a search you can create.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general I love how easy it is to access support, for more technical problems I have had issues in the past getting those resolved in a timely manner. For small issues or general questions, they are amazing! I wish you could segment the task view more. The ability to see something such as last contact date, number of deals or location
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to work several contacts at once is one of the best features of HubSpot. You are easily able to organized prospects and automate messages out to them. Additionally with the integrations as far as Linkedin Sales Navigator and Zoom Info further increase the value of HS.
I started using Hubspot since 2017 and one of the biggest changes was creating the ability the automatically thread emails. In the past you had to manually thread the email with was a headache if you ever wanted to update a template in a sequence.
I wish the mobile app was easier to use and have the ability to enroll prospects in sequences via the app not just a template

The ability to break down the task view more. The ability to create a column for the last contact date for that task or location would be extremely beneficial.

Understanding the setup could take some planning and consideration to achieve the desired results.

The ability to navigate tasks, past emails, and calls with ease.

Sometimes the server crashes and will not come back on for a while.

We are having an organized approach in our outreach to potential clients. The benefit of hubspot is that you can all outreaches and notes from previous calls to prospects.

Use all of its capabilities. Do not just do the bare minimum. Being proficient with HubSpot will make your work like much easier and organized. Boosting your ability to perform in the work place.

What do you like best about the product?
I use sequences the most, I will put people in different basic sequences to increase my activity levels and better maintain clients. Having reminder tasks to follow up with clients makes it easy to keep everything on the computer. I have used other systems in the past including SalesForce and I like how it is easier to navigate through the tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could use email sequences and attach files normally. When they are inserted as a clickable link people are more hesitant to click it. I know I wouldn't click a link embedded in an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem solved is keeping track of your weekly activity and knowing the last time you have spoken to each of your clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are managing a team of ten people it can be difficult to understand who is really working. I know a few people at another sales organization and they did not have a CRM, they recently let go of a salesperson after finding out he only made 30 calls in a month. A CRM like Hubspot allows you to monitor your team so you won't experience the same problem.
