Excellent software. Better people.
What do you like best about the product?
The benefits of using HubSpot CRM are endless - whether your a small business just getting started, or have tens of thousands of contacts to manage. The CRM tool is flexible and extensible to any industry. Ours is a very niche industry full of a wide variety of folks, each with differing levels of technology adoption. We deal with end-consumers, small retailers, huge distributors, big box, and retail giants like Amazon and Walmart. With so many different contacts and different messages needing to go to different segments - HubSpot CRM is our one source of truth for every interaction we have with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any powerful tool, there is a little bit of a learning curve. It's not a steep learning curve - but it is there. Great news is that HubSpot has great education and tools you can use to shorten your curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, our communication with all of our customers has drastically improved. Whether it's sales, finance, or customer service reaching out to the customer, we all have a really good picture of how our communication with that individual customer has gone over time. We all know what we last spoke with the customer about - and it really adds a "wow" factor for them when we reference what someone else in a different department talked to them about last time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're not using a CRM today - give HubSpot CRM a shot. It's free - and the amount of customization and tie ins to the rest of your business is simply unbelievably game-changing for the SMB.
Nice tool, not mature enough
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is modern and straight forward. Navigational elements are where one would expect and the flow of the interface is very intuitive. The filtering offers quick and easy views to find the information you are looking for and ticket statuses available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now the product does not seem very mature in the services side of things. It is not easy to report to contacts the status of all tickets belonging to their company or to give them any type of view. The API integration points are also severely lacking as one cannot easily retrieve the contact information and company related to a ticket from the API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Portal provides a general tool to track and organize service tickets and give users a quick overview of their priorities and bottlenecks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering HubSpot as a tool for your services team, ensure that it meets your needs out of the box. As a general tool for tracking tickets, it is excellent, but it does not do everything you would expect it to. If your workflow is straightforward and simple, it will be perfect, but if you have any type of special workflow, do not be surprised if you cannot handle it easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. It is very intuitive and very easy to navigate and learn. I'm not very technologically inclined when it comes to systems like this. So, I was very surprised at how easy it was to pick up and learn. I think the thing I like most about hub spot is the way you are able to update and save contact information. It makes it very easy for me to keep track of potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest problems I have ran into while using hub spot is the reports portion. For some reason it is hard for me to understand how to use it. Especially when I am trying to figure out how many of my appointments have gone through. I feel like filtering and adding dates is somewhat complicated. Due to the fact that the tabs don't give a lot of information I'm not sure what I am filtering for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that I am able to get my work done a lot quicker ever since we interrogated to this system. Just because we do a lot of calling in through out the day, being able to quickly update the customers information has been very helpful in keeping me on task and on target for my weekly goals. It is also very easy to keep track of the customers progress and where the last conversation left off.

Definitely a great application especially if you are interfacing platforms. Makes it very simple and easy to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of data entry and especially the deal management. It is very easy to record the activities I do, such as phone calls. I like and I find it very useful to send emails from within the contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage that I found is updating the data with those present in our business systems, it would be very useful to have an almost "instantaneous" update but I can understand that it is difficult to achieve it.

What do you like best about the product?
You can automate most of your daily task and follow your client path throughout their buying journey by tracking, sending automated and personalized messages, schedule meeting and so on. The user interface is much better than other competitors which I was using in my previous sales experience. There are tons of integrations with external tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I have experience of using 4 different CRM until now, the deal section could be improved with same AI as well as the reporting section with more in depth information about deals, customers, projections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most benefit I can think of is the integration between marketing and sales tools. I can source leads, automate their journey and speed up many tasks that I used to do manually.

If you don't know what to choose, get the trial and you'll see the difference between other CRMs

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot academy is really great, the quality and production are great. It helps people to understand how to use the platform and to learn more about sales, so it improves the capabilities of the users.

The mail information in a one place, so if a representative leaves, all the information is stored to everyone.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many features, and sometimes is not easy to use, it should be more intuitively, it becomes useful when you invest time in the HB academy.
I don't like the tracking email, it is very useful when a prospect or client opens an email, but the actual feature doesn't work well, I don't know who opens the email, I have to used other platform to track it. The sequences could be integrate well, We could send and email X minutes after a person opens an email and it isn't be replied.
It is not great working the emails into the HB.

Process of sales, sometimes is difficult to know when a deal accomplish a milestone, so it helps us to assure that.

Hubspot helps to give method to the team, they have the tools your team needs to learn how to use it, and you don't have to invest Tim teaching that. Also, it preserve the information in one place, so you don't have to look it in the emails of each representative, you can it right away in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I had worked with other CRM and I have to say that Hubspot really helps to reduce your time organizing, managing and contacting your leads, also it allows you to choose what specific information you want to know about that lead and with the authomatization of entering the data you will save a lot of time.
The customer support is great too, if you have any issue the agents will help you in a kind fast way.

What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues with some leads trying to assign it to my coleagues. Also I had issues calling to some countries, the communication was always bad to those specific countries.

The main problem was calling in another platform, so I had to enter the numbers, with Hubspot you save time because you already have all the information of the lead.
You also save time sending e-mails, due to you can create and save any template, also you can save your files on the Hubspot platform.

Choose a good CRM platform is an important decision for your business is a complete tool to create funnels and automate simple but processes that take a lot of your time. If you want to take the next step for your business and you want a professional platform. If you want to take advantage of all the tools is necessary you take the courses and ask the support team for help when is necessary, they will always be there to help.

I love the automated communication delivery - and the ability to target timing of email delivery and vary it to help get a response.

While you can personalize your messages - it's a bit more complex to tailor each email.

I can accomplish a high volume of contacts with little effort.
Sales Certification
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely informative. I am currently trying to build out the sales process for my company and this certification helped me immensely in this process! We are in an industry where a sales process is not directly defined, and I was hired to come in and get this job done and smoothed out. Hubspot has given me the ability to do exactly that, giving me all the tools I could ever need to implement the correct CRM processes to make this seamless and effortless!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly wouldn't change anything. It was very helpful and I can't think of anything I would change! The lesson videos MAY have been a little bit long, but the ability to speed up the videos to the 1.25 speed help me tremendously with being able to get through the videos quickly but not lose any content! The tests were extremely fair and directly applicable from the slides I followed along with during the videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Defining our Jobs To Be Done has been huge for us in realizing what we should be doing and how that should serve to tell us what our processes should be. It has helped us tremendously with figuring out what the processes are that we need to implement to serve our clients, and not just creating busywork that inhibits us from serving our clients as best that we can

If you are looking for a sales tool to drastically improve the implementation of your CRM, then I would highly recommend getting Hubspot implemented!
User Friendly System
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use Hubspot is! It can be scary using a new system but the way everything is laid out works nicely. Templates are extremely easy to use and I love how sophisticated the sequencing is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Occasionally the hubspot extension fails and it has to reconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to keep track of my emails and "touch clients" more strategically. The filters make it very easy to find the clients you're trying to target.
