Awesome CRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations, Templates and Sequencing. I have used other CRM platforms and HubSpot is by far the best in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering can be a little tricky. But HubSpot has a fantastic team that you can reach out to for tutorials and other features. Their support service is top notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I thrive on organization. I have been able to sort and manage my client's with ease with HubSpot. It's extremely easy with the reminders and daily tasks feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it if you are contemplating this CRM....You won't be disappointed.
Good product - not self explanatory
What do you like best about the product?
It is great for tracking metrics and keeping someone on task. It is helpful keeping track of when a person or company was last contacted. When creating templates or snippets, it is relatively easy to use, automating more of my day to day activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot was not easy for me to pick up and use. This could be because of familiarity with other CRM solutions, but it took me some time to feel comfortable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track emails and determine what talk points are effective. It's also helpful in keeping me on task with follow ups. I use this as the main tool that I work out of and it simplifies my work day. Before Hubspot, I was tracking all of my correspondence, my touch patterns, my follow ups, etc. in an excel sheet. It wasn't very effective and took a lot of time to maintain. Since our company started using Hubspot, I have eliminated that aspect of my job and have been able to rely on Hubspot for that record of communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to increase efficiency, HubSpot is a great resource. As long as there is either someone on sight to train staff or if HubSpot is able to go through a training for you, then this becomes a great resource to take advantage of. It dramatically increasing my output and kept me more organized.
Love the organization, helps keep me on track.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reminders and being able to see all of your customer information all in one place. Having deals in HubSpot makes my reviews so simple, everything is there for my management team to see. I am still learning the system so I am sure I will have more to say after continued use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find in Contacts its repetitive. About this contact and Important info you have some of the same fields such as (partner Type, business function, general product line interests. if i enter this info under about this contact, i feel it should auto populate in Important info. I do not like that I have to enter the same info in two fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well due to deals I no longer have to create spread sheets for my monthly reviews, all the information is already here.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a wonderful way to keep all your customer information, deals, notes all in one place. And by using the mobile app you have all this info at your fingertips. it is also great for generating leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is organized perfectly so you can create a great marketing plan to reach out to your prospects in a calculated manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features that I would use that are locked behind a paywall. Some of the features would be extremely useful but I can't justify to my employer the much higher monthly cost when they are already spending so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to multiple prospects multiple times during the week and with the use of sequences I've been able to automate the process when conducting a marketing outreach campaign. It's made me realize how great of a tool HubSpot is and how many of my other employers have been in the stone age when it comes to CRM instead of using HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this product and make sure you completely dive in and make sure everyone in the organization is on board. You are doing yourself a disservice if you are not working HubSpot and all of it's features. HubSpot makes it extremely easy to make your team and yourself more productive and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout. I like how I can write notes and leave tasks for myself

I don't like how some of the columns seem to be repetitive

I am able to be organized and stay in front of my deals. I am able to stay organized with task management.
I am so amazed at how powerful hubspot is!

I think the ease of use is probably why i really enjoy using this CRM.

I would like a way to mass email or send a text to my clients more easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in touch with leads is very easy and the templates are a great way to save time. I have realized that I can use different subject lines to encourage further engagement even though the template is the same.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they don't make awareness to users about their techinical updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy such as determining the emails sent if how many times the respondents open and click the email that I've sent. Very good for marketing purposes
Hubspot makes my job a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find all information about my customers in one spot. Being able to see all interactions, rate changes, etc in one record is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that people can make multiple records for the same account can get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us because we all work remotely and aren't able to talk all the time. Being able to update customer records with important information that we can all access in real time is a huge help and makes it seem like we are all in the same office.

Take the leap, it's totally worth it! I use it daily, I could not do my job without it.

What do you like best about the product?
visibility into a complete accounts activity in one view.... Company, Deals , Contacts, Activity, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I just dislike.

The speed of access to any given Company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot CRM is easy to use and very intuitive. It has simple reporting tools, and working in HubSpot makes engaging with Companies and the related opportunities and contacts effortless, as whatever you need is simple to find.
Dedicate the time to learning it, and it can be really powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Big fan of the automation tools and use them every day. Also, the more I learn about the sales enablement tools (snippets, playbooks, templates, sequences, etc), the more excited I am to see our sales team become more efficient and effective.
Lastly, the app and integration marketplace, along with the APIs make it a very flexible platform where almost anything is possible if you dedicate the time to learn.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some inconsistencies with features across the platform. There are some areas where I’m able to pull certain information, that can be difficult or not possible in other areas. I would also love, love, love to see the ability to create and assign queues, and assign Tasks to those queues through Workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data parity across our various sources, automated reporting and reconciliation, running commission reports and shoring up our payroll, keeping track of the buyer and customer journeys, marketing-marketing-marketing, scaling with repeatable, measurable processes, etc etc etc.
