Overall a pleasent experience

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have the tools to manage the leads, sending messages, making reports so I can make an idea of my activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection in voice calls is quite week, I'm not sure if its from software or from network provider, even though I use a LAN cable.

Most important is that from a while when I filter my deals, and I go back to tackle the next one, the filter disappears and I have to do it all over again, and again. This is a new issue because I didn't have this problem before and it happened to all of my colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage my deals very easily, moving them from a stage to another. To be honest, I didn't use HubSpot CRM at its full potential, I was just focussing on my daily tasks so I can do my job.

What do you like best about the product?
Works well, nice layout, use of sequeneces is a nice feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organisation by being able to click all deals by data and multi move of stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it difficult to reorganise a collection of deals togtehr and move their date or close month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
having had some exposure to a variety of CRM tools I can happily say that it would be easy enough for me to suggest an integration of hubspot over salesforce for example.

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage all of my sales activities on one site. It is easy to use, and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I particularly dislike. There are a couple of items that I wish can do better, but overall, it is a solid CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason why I use HubSpot is to help manage my sales cycles. It allows me to send emails, make phone calls, track progress, connect contacts all from one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of creating information, using it as filters according to the moment and objectives of our company, making it much easier for our sales consultants to measure their performance and organize their daily work. All in an extremely intuitive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot search for information attributed to a contact in the business menu. I would like to select a contact property and change the deal stage in bulk from that filter. Frequently, HubSpot becomes slow and freezes, requiring logging out and logging back in to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is more organized, focused on the best opportunities, and more productive. When a consultant needs to be absent, the business does not come to a halt nor are opportunities lost because of it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Extremely complete, robust, and efficient. There are some improvements to be made, but it is wonderful.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive abilities. It reacts very well to good datat and the marketing program is very strong
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dont like. I would say I would like stronger funnel reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing. The sales CRM is very good, but my target marketing with campaigns is the game changer

What do you like best about the product?
Hub Spot just makes things easier. I can create templates to send to my leads. I can run through my Tasks with a click. It makes my my days just more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to crash on me occasionally while I am clicking back and forth trying to complete tasks. I have also notice multiple contacts not being recognized and merged together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merging contacts from other
Membership Consultant. There is a lot of things to learn. I feel I haven't even scratched the surface.

Powerful and flexible Software

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility. Used in conjunction with the automation features, once you have a good command of workflows, pipelines , lists and properties, any custom configuration can be implemented. All you need is creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are limited and not really user friendly. Pulling 2 dimensional reports showing different data sets in the same visualisation is not straightforward.
The web tracking features are limited. the integration with onine ads platforms have limitations (i.e FB ads with more than 20 engagement won't be tracked. And there isn't a reliable way to attribute sales in a flexible way other than new contacts from first click (from UTM). The overwirtting of the UTM is also very frustrating. It should be as flexible as a Google Analytics so we can use what we want, without falling in the channel grouping logic in HS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales performance monitoring and forecasting, email automation.
It allows us to save sales staff effort by focusing on hot leads, and to understand the conversion windows specific to our business to improve our overall Marketing ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very powerful for CRM and marketing automation. There's a steep learning curve, as expected for that kind of tech.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the easy to use interface because it allows also sales to interact with the CRM. Hubspot CRM is great for the sales team because it is designed specifically to manage the step by step sales cycle and take all the opportunities continuously monitored.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be helpful to have customized fields for specific countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is really helpful to keep under control al the sales cycle phases. We are improving significantly our sales performance and the percentage of the conversion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I advise to use Hubspot CRM to all companies that are looking for an easy to use and really effective CRM to improve the conversion rate

What do you like best about the product?
It's a relatively simple tool and has a lot of functionality, allowing you to do quite a lot without spending too much in costs or configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having said that, to use more functions they require more costs and it can be frustrating when limited at times rather than just having the platform and being able to use it as is. It's a tool that combines many functions into one so that also has it's pluses and minuses. The plus is that you can do it all from one spot. The minus is that there are better tools for some of those specific needs which overlap with hubspot licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best is just to keep track of contacts/ deal flow, and I've been using it for sequencing but am going to use Outreach now for that.

What do you like best about the product?
Interactivity, User friendly interface,.
What do you dislike about the product?
When clicking on Starting Queue for tasks I cant toggle between actually calling and doing other tasks on that contact or deal, I have to always end the queue first and then manually make all things. Also, these "important details" like starting a queue are not highlighted enough, or lets say they were hard to find.
For my work also, the details I leave behind in contacts and deals sometimes is the same and I would not like to have them separate. perhaps there is a way to include them properly and neatly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contacts and information easier. Dashboard feature, increased productivity.

It has impacted my work positively and enabled me to interact with my coworkers and share the details without using excessive Excel .

Read a manual or guide on general .

Consult with your work what you actually have to use. And tricks for your workspace.
