Easy to use, logical workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks are easy to accomplish. Templates and sequences are a breeze to set up. Navigation is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit cumbersome to track all activities and notes and emails to determine a trail of activities and piece together the story of that lead or customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of my leads. Easy to reach out in multiple formats.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the filters and chain emails the most. I also like the link between my outlook email and the added app so i can make calls from my personal cell.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the connection between Moso (Crunch Fitness) system could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper filters from existing leads to customer status updating in system faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking sales and reports regarding all our partners sales

The design of the graphics are sometimes too small and the color not really attractive

We can now track our day to day sales, realize reports on the different channel of distribution

CRM review and Customer tickets

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use and easy to navigate. It gives you a way to check if the client has viewed the email sent. You could give access to a certain group based on the email domain. The customer portal is simple and user-friendly but it could be improved. Customer support response is ok but it would have been nice to able to speak with a person instead of just a chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM for support services does not really cater to our customer business workflow, especially for tickets. There should a file upload section repository in the ticket section or services not just in marketing or sales. Customers cannot access past ticket history. This is very important for administrators and customer support to manage their tickets, check resolution history and create their own knowledge base. Kbase creation does not have HTML capability or does not allow you to have a special field or comment where it could only be seen by internal users. Filters of the same kind cannot be used twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The uploaded secured files that are only accessible by certain group list. The support portal has a sort of chat AI. The dashboard is easy to configure. It has Sales, Mktg and Service separation for view and content management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For simplicity and ease of use, Hubspot is a nice tool with less of the price compared with other similar products in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks organisation, email tracking, meetings.... just to name a few things
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of SMS integration. I am in Education and most of my potential clients want to text instead of talk or email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with day to day organisation, tracking emails helps with determining the heat level of my leads, document integration helps me keep everything in one place, meeting booking is awesome for bringing in the potential clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be a bit overwhelming to start with, but it is only like that because it just offers so much. It offers it all in a simple way, and it gives you liberty to use it and accommodate it all to your business needs. Power through the HubSpot Academy videos and you will be a pro in no time, and you will think why did I not always use this!

What do you like best about the product?
The minimalism, I'd say it's not so hard on your eyes, everything is where it should be and it helps you focus a lot on the given task without having to spend x amount of minutes trying to find something. It's pretty easy to use, I'm using it for daily tasks for calls and emails. I do somewhere around 100-150 calls a day and 25 do 50 emails a day, so having the templates available to me all the time, having all the documents I use attached to HubSpot for convenience it helps a lot making it efficient and once you get in the flow of working you won't notice time passing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say that is a downside its that its sometimes sluggish, maybe it's due to Chrome and I'm using a pretty powerful rig, but with a refresh of the page every 30 minutes its smooth as butter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There weren't many problems that I had before I started using HubSpot, I mostly used custom CRM's that were made for companies, so they were mostly private and the team was the only one that can see it. But honestly, they were straight to the point, ugly and very bad in general. Hubspot is polished for sure. It helped me be better organized and you learn with time how to use it better and how to get the most of it. So it helped me be more efficient, more focused, more aware of my previous tasks and every note that I have written down.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try, give it a week and see how it goes.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a lot of tools that can support your team. If you want to learn more about anything there are easy to watch videos, and the customer support is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some features could be a little bit more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of clients is fantastic. It makes it so much easier on here. I also love the email sequence feature.

I recommend checking it out and taking advantage of the things you can learn

I love that there are so many features and ways to leverage your data. The lists are helpful for keeping track of the data.

I’d be interested in more training specifically geared towards my industry.

What do you like best about the product?
1- The idea of having a queue of tasks helps me saving time and be more organized.
2- Scheduling Email campaigns using sequences is really helpful and saves a lot of time.
3- Organizing the workflows to remind me to update contacts details and follow up with my contacts every now and then.
4- Making sure no contact on the system is being forgotten for a while without re-engaging.
5- Reminds me to follow up on the current deals and discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only 2 points that needs improvement in my opinion is

1- When I delete a contact while working on a queue of tasks it stops the queue.
I think it would be much better that if I delete a contact while being on a queue it goes automatically to the second task.

2- There should be a search option in the deleted contacts to make it easier to restore a specific contact after being deleted by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
