A very user friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It helps you keep track of contacts, deals and create different propierties in a very user friendly way
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features lack clarity and are not easy to find out. Also, the "Hubspot Academy" could have a widen variety of content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to keep contacts, notes and create tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the breadth of features and tools within the CRM and they appear to constantly be expanding and improving, which is a really great indicator to me-- they'll just keep getting better. Everything is also pretty intuitive so even as things change, they don't throw me for a loop. I also find the customer support to be pretty great. I am able to get all my questions answered pretty easily from help docs or the forum, but if I feel like I need to speak to someone, their chat feature is super easy and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few day-to-day activities that I think would be immeasurably improved with a few additional features that I am sometimes surprised are not yet available. However, the ways you can cut and segment your data continues to expand regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot CRM to manage all prospects, sales leads, and customers. I have found their Sequences feature to be a really easy way to do an initial screen of prospects, and then the Deal management tools are really intuitive and helpful for keeping track of all the moving parts. I also rely on the Tasks feature to just keep myself on track day-to-day and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Finally, I really love having all my email correspondence reflected in HubSpot-- their tool for this is very helpful, as you can just quickly drop in meeting links, templates, documents, add someone to a sequence, set up an optimal send time, set up a follow-up task, etc.
Clear and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how its easy to understand and use without being taught how to use it. I never tried anything else, so I don't really have much to compare it to. However, it was very easy for me to learn how to use as a beginner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the threads are organized can get very confusing. Not such a great search engine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is amazing that I am able to filter the tickets by which one are mine and which are my coworkers.

very easy to use for beginners. Take advantage of the filters options

I enjoy how organized hubspot is and how easy it is to train and teach other employees how to use

I don't have any complaints with hubspot. I just wish it could auto-populate certain information to another software we use

the benefits of hubspot are we are able to stay organized and keep our contacts organized in various different states

I love its easy to use interface and usability.

There is nothing that I don't like about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me log the details on all of our leads. We have also used Hubspot for email sequencing and integration. Makes our job a whole lot easier. Tasks are also being assigned within Hubspot for planning and execution.
Intuitive and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
It such a very comprehensive tool that allows you to find and add details on a Contact and Account (existing customer) level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some details on the Deals page are exposed readily in the Contact level like the Subscription Status.

Streamlining CS communications and proper hand over of leads or accounts.
It saves you time and effort from reaching out to other departments just see the historical activity or the next step on a customer's ticket.

I can set up my own automation and control when and who I send to.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were an easier way to see contacts and company's associated within the same contact screen and notes - it would be more ideal for faster communications and knowledge of the entire account and it's key employees

Managing Accounts Made Easier
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very intuitive software that helps manage my book of business in a meaningful way. The ability to create tasks and sequences is essential to how I can keep organized when prioritizing my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of duplication in our instance of HubSpot, which is partly the fault of my organization, but I would like a way to easily merge and identify duplicate accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to organize reaching out to my customers and staying up to date on the needed tasks

Look at your use case for the CRM you are selecting and evaluate HubSpots capabilities vs other CRM software

I like that it is real time data, and that we are able to track our emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think that I dislike anything at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to maintain a clean CRM, keep track of who I have spoken to, and I REALLY enjoy the filters, it makes it so much easier to make sure that all of my contacts have been touched or a task associated with them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that it is a great tool to use, and makes it very easy to contact prospects. So far our company has had 5 different leads interested in just the month of January

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows are nice, lists, and the kb articles. The ability to create automatic messages is nice and we use this frequently. The kb editing and publishing is easy and does make it easier for our customers to see our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is lacking is the connectivity of objects. Calling it a CRM is a stretch in my opinion, it works well as a marketing tool but that's really it. Inability to let customers log in to see current tickets. This truly impedes our ability to use 'self serve'. Each time a customer needs to see something they worked on in the past, it's a new ticket and completely new discussion. This reduces the ROI of the system, taking more time than necessary from our teams to accomplish the same work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing our customers a way to log tickets and support concerns. Only the ability to communicate through email has this benefited us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to ask for a trial period. We were told all of the functionality we needed was there, only to find that it wasn't when we already purchased and could not go back. We are told that these features are "being considered", but I see they are still posted on their community as requests for 2+ years.
