HubSpot does exactly what I need it to
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very easy to use and intuitive. I have used the integrated help, but most of the time I can work out what to do in very little time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike at all. If Iwere to be picky I would say that when looking at 'tickets' I don't know when the ticket queue has refreshed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business we are trying to have a central place to store all sales, Marketing and Operational activites. HubSpo has simply allowed us to do this. the different areas of the business are all integrated and it is straightforward to track each teams tasks and see progress on an accounts basis.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Hubspot is the instant access to help when an issue arises. Having an on hand partner in tough situations makes work easier and more interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found a single issue to date when using hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps solve all communication barriers with outbound sales/marketing. Benefits have been easy access to customer info and communication techniques.
It has been really helpful to follow up on emails sent and also to organize my tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see when someone opens my email. This has allow me to keep a track on all of my follow ups and have a better understanding when to get back with someone in order to call them or even send a second email.
When it comes to tasks usage I loved the fact that I can choose customer dates and not only the pre dates selected. This enables me to keep myself more organized and do not miss any appointment call or follow up.

What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a way to gray out any time frame already selected for a task so you don't put 2 tasks at the same date and time by mistake. Since I call a lot of companies every day is hard to keep track of the time entered for the next follow up since I can put the same time for every single of them. I think that by graying out the time frame for a task should help the way of being organize and help me not put 10 calls at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting in contact with over 40 companies daily and completing follow ups within 3 business days. This means that all promises of a callback are being fulfilled and I have a good impression with all of my clients. I have also realized that keeping track of who sees my email really gives me a good idea as to when to call again.

Make sure to explore all the options available so you don't miss out on any features available to you. Make sure to bring the full potential of this amazing tool!
More than a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so easy to use. The interface and icons are really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could faster but maybe it depends on the browser you use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually, from my point of view, Hubspot is more than a CRM it's a partner in my growth strategy. Really efficient to stay close to our customers.

Definitely, Hubspot should be used as a partner in your growth strategy. Hubspot is more than CRM it could be really useful in team collaboration.
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The assitance they offer if you are having trouble and filter options
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the classes are a bit too descriptive and seems repetitive- but, I suppose that is beneficial for those who are not good with technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tasks feature is phenomenal and all of their tracking features are amazing as well.

Use it! The software is phenomenal, the tracking features and the assitance they offer if you are having issues is fantastic.
An Awesome CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, easy to work with, being able to work on a website and having multiple taps/windows open. Even though is easy to use you can find tutorials and one awesome thing is the videos created with great advise on sales and the use of your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can´t detect duplicates with clients that have 2 or 3 websites that directs you to the same. I can´t configure headset volume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster access to my client list, being able to make phone calls without dialing makes it faster, having my email answered and responded from the same platform helps not having to go back and forward in the emails folders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is fundamental that you try HubSpot, I worked for an software company and even though they had their own CRM, they knew it was mediocre and wasn't compatible with their own database.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the detailed ability to filter and the detailed ability to organize everything in one place. It's a one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that a lot of international calls cannot be placed through here and I don't like that it can be glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to be more organized when I am selling, which leads to more sales for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is so intuitive, the user-interface is great and easy to use. It's very easy to enroll customers in sequences and log / track their responses when they come back to you. I've used a couple different CRMs and hubspot is easily my favorite thus far. In the past, I used to use Oracle's Fusion and it was incredibly slow to use. Hubspots is a lot faster. Oracle's was so bad that I simply turned to use excel docs to track my activity and I was always forgetting to follow up with customers that it would be a problem. This platform is simple - I would recommend it to anyone looking for a CRM for their company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't run into a ton of issues. I suppose one thing that's kind of frusterating is that it will randomly go down / stop working. This doesn't happen all that often but when it does it's kind of a nuisance. Even when it happens though, Hubspot sends out an email saying that they're working on a fix to the problem so even then it's not like its an unknown issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With respect to problems that HubSpot is solving - I used to rely on excel spreadsheets to track all my activity with customers. This platform makes it ridiculously easy to log activity, create tasks to follow up with customers, and ensure that you're staying on top of customers all the way up until the deal closes. Benefits on top of that is all the 'deal' features and different properties you can associate to customers and their respective deals.

Highly recommend - it really is a great platform. Very intuitive and easy to use.
Helps me track my 350+ clients
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to integrate Hubspot with another internal tool that we use here at Handbid to generate proposals and contracts exactly the way we need them to render.
Also, with Tasks -- I am able to accurately keep up with all of my leads and the deals associated with those leads. We built a flow that mirrors the sales cycle (i.e. initial contact, demo, proposal, follow up and close, needs contract, contract sent, closed or lost). We are able to track the reason for the win or the loss of the deal, which is good for marketing purposes. This is especially important because one of the reasons why we might lose a deal is because the client just needs to use our software every other year. We need an accurate way of tracking these clients so that we can reach out again in a year's time.

If a client fills out a form from our website, and I am assigned a lead, I am sent a text message and an email -- so these are difficult to miss. We -- here at Handbid -- believe in responding to new leads within 1 hour or less. This response time is very impactful to our clients and with the notifications that Hubspot sends me, this makes it very easy to respond.

One of the things I notice is that if I take notes under a contact, then attach this contact to a deal, I have to go into the contact to review the notes. It would be nice if the notes rendered in the deal once the deal was created under the contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates are a great time saver. So many of our clients need the same information, so I find myself creating and editing templates all the time. Then, I will share them with my team so that we are all benefitting from them.
Another fun addition is the snippet! That is a recent upgrade (if I am not mistaken). This is a short (almost a tiny template) to be dropped into any email. This is especially helpful when I am writing a customized email message, but need to include some standard info as well.
