The Hubspot CRM made it easier for my team to keep our marketing and sales teams on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM makes outbound and inbound correspondence much easier due to the tracking features, call and email logging and ability to create templates.
Our team is able to easily send customized emails using properties and email tokens. It makes our outbound so much easier.
Since we have Hubspot Marketing as well it is easier for our Sales development team to take on the marketing inbound leads.
I love the gmail extension as well since it makes sure whatever outreach I do on gmail is tracked and recorded in the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations with reporting features that come with the CRM made it hard for our team to monitor each members' performance. We were able to overcome this with the reporting add-on.
Some times it can take a while to get used to all of the Hubspot CRM features, but the support team, knowledge base and account executive made it easier to figure out what we couldn't on our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are empowering our Sales Development team to work smarter and more efficiently using the Hubspot CRM. It has allowed us to have a better transparency into each other's success and learn from our campaigns.
We have a team distributed across the country, having Hubspot CRM makes it much easier to stay on the same page with each other.
We were having a hard time monitoring each other's KPI - the Dashboard feature has allowed us to keep each team member to easily track their progress and see their results. This was also very important for upper management to have transparency into our team's work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great part of the team, highly suggest it. Especially when you habe a team that is located across the country or world.

Easy to use for the whole team

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the pipeline makes it easy to see where all of the deals are. This makes it easy to review with different team members and managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some labeling might help — being able to have all of the deals for one product in one pipeline, but be able to label them by campaign might be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to relay information from individual sales people and other team members was difficult. Now it's easy for anyone to go in and look at the pipeline to see where every deal is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a training from the team. There are a lot of items that require "best practices" to get the most out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to modify an email sequence, especially if the theme is the sames. It saves me so much time.
Tracking your results is set out in such a simple way, it's easy to see at a glance if your campaign is working or not
What do you dislike about the product?
I've yet to use all of the functionalities, so right now I have zero negative comments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email campaigns were the most recent problems but since receiving help, I'm loving it

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of HubSpot is the best part - it automatically sends emails and creates tasks for me to follow up with prospects in my pipeline. It literally saves me hours of mundane work each work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup for workflows was a little advanced, but the tech support staff at HubSpot walked me through how to get everything setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that HubSpot has solved for me is consistent follow up with my sales funnel. I never have to worry about when to call or email someone anymore - HubSpot has it all scheduled out for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well worth the money. The time saved is extremely valuable!

Great functions and excellent support

What do you like best about the product?
The support and customer service is excellent. I am fairly new to Hubspot and I had many questions about sequences and meeting links, all of which were answers with speed and precision.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with merging contacts, where you have to be careful to merge from the right contact. If not some information can be lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have recently introduced SMS reminders which have now been implemented and functions perfectly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may seem complicated at first but the support is excellent.

How hard it is to make things really specific I. The lead notes like you can put PM OR AM In call back time and if the administrator tries to change it it messes with everything

What do you like best about the product?
I love how versitile hubspot is. It can be used for quick and simple stuff with small companies but it can also get really granual with tons of useful automations and settings. I love exploring hubspot and refining my team's strategy based on the available options. It not only helps me implement what I have in mind, it also gives me ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
would be great to enroll people in sequences automatically but otherwise, I dont have any complaints.

Efficient, Simple, Effective.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many ways to utilize the CRM, but what appeals to me most are the automation features. It's so easy to stay on top of what you're working on. Of course if you do not use it properly, it will not be so effective, but the system does a very good job of trying to push you towards using it correctly. Another hubspot feature that really helps me in my day to day workload is Tasks. It's nice to have an "assistant" reminding you of all the things you need to do on a daily basis. You can also use the automation features to create tasks at the end of sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be some improvements in how deal properties work, and I think an auto save feature should be implemented. I think I spend half of the time on the system just hitting "the save" button after completing every action. I also would like to see some improvements to the mobile application. In 2020 it's very important that we should be able to use all aspects of the CRM while on the go. The most important feature that should be added would be the ability to enter a client into a sequence right from the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't say I'm solving problems necessarily, but I think it aids me in the normal

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to improve their efficiency, and effectiveness. Hubspot will give you the ability to make one salesperson as effective as 5.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up sequences is my favorite part of HubSpot! You have so many options and so many different ways of setting up how you want the specific sequence to be handled, whether it's sending an email then setting a task for a call for everyone on the list, or de-duping double entries!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, It took a long while to think of something I did not like about HubSpot. If I had to complain about one thing, I would say it is the way it restarts your queue if you move to another page and go back to the queue. Basically, if you call say ten people, then go to the sales dashboard or somewhere else, then go back to your queue, instead of starting from where you left off you end up calling those ten people again sometimes because it restarts the queue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM makes it much easier to communicate and keep track of a large amount of clientele or prospects.
You can pretty much set up HubSpot to do most, if not all of your work for you!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a week and you will see how much better it really makes everything! So much easier when you are dealing with large amounts of people to email, call or even set notes on to say the very least!

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the tools HubSpot offers, especially templates, snippets and sequences. This allows me to maximize my time while outreaching, leading to higher results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. HubSpot is the best CRM I've used and I don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest areas that sales people fall short on is following up. The HubSpot tasks makes it easy to keep track of following up and that nothing slips through the cracks. The sequences are even better because it follows up automatically! Also, as a company grows, many times there is overlap while reaching out to prospects. HubSpot tracks all calls/emails, which is a great tool. It allows us to see all previous conversations, to ensure there is no overlap and gives context for the next interaction.

Highly recommend to all sales professionals if you want to take your game to the next level.
