What do you like best about the product?
What I find most beneficial about Hubspot is how efficient the application is. Its very easy to use and organization is all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Hubspot. You just find more things you are capable of utilizing !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me stay up to date with every client I need to follow up with on a daily basis, it tracks emails, phone calls and so much more !

so good using Hubspot as I've used many CRM systems in the past both bespoke and off the shelf and none have quite compared to Hubspot. Hubspot helps to seperate the different

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to help following up on my leads and deals. The "task" feature helps me remember what leads/customers I should be recontacting and the best moment to do so.
I can wirte e-mails and program them to be sent later.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes. Hubspot covers my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot CRM I ensure the follow up of 100% of leads and customers

What do you like best about the product?
- responsive support team
- ability to create custom data fields
- ability to create helpful, detailed, and custom reports
- easy to manage tasks and to do's
- robust data
- easy to log calls
- calendar integration

What do you dislike about the product?
- can be difficult to keep data clean; eg, "company name"is a contact field, while "company" is a company field >> these don't sync. Can we easy to lose track of people in the same organization
- cannot customize lifecycle stages
- not ideal of outbound sales sequences
- can only set monthly revenue goals (not ideal for seasonal businesses)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- lead scoring
- aligning sales and marketing efforts
- better lead nurturing

I woild love to have different deal stages based on IF/THEN... So if X happens with a client then the deal stage adapts to that circumstances. Also woule be great to have simultaneous deal flows.

Call tracking for HUNGARY.

Hubspot Rocks!

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is awesome. Love the calendar app, the email templates for individual emails and campaigns. All the tools and integrations are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
As SMB that's just past the startup stage, the platform is a bit pricey. We're locked into a Sales Hub grandfather clause where our two Sales Hub seats are very economically priced. But we can't add another seat for the same per-user price. We would need to jump up to the next tier and more than triple our investment. Wish we could just keep adding individual seats at the same per-user amount. Would also like access to Marketing Hub but the pricing is just too steep for us at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool that helps us secure demos and create workflows that enable us to convert prospects to paying clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's truly an awesome platform. Our sales team could not function without it.

Best CRM for small/medium business

What do you like best about the product?
Having all sales information and marketing function in one place is really beneficial for our company. Being able to create landing pages, marketing emails, and deals on the same software is what makes Hubspot so great for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your site doesn't get a huge amount of volume, the optimization recommendations don't come through, similarly for email marketing optimization. Having to meet certain volume requirements to get recommendations is a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track all our sales activities has been huge. From being able to log calls to tracking email open rates and clicks has made our sales team much more informed and productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a team or marketing and sales professionals, this is the best CRM because it allows for collaboration between both departments in a really seamless way. We are a one-man marketing and sales team but I imagine it works even better with large teams contributing to the CRM. If you aren't great at learning new software, it could be overwhelming because there are endless possibilities with Hubspot. Anything you can think of, you can do in this CRM, but someone with little experience might get overwhelmed very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
very easy to review history of contacts. What emails they have opened, what they have been sent in the past, and how they have interacted with emails. Having this insight makes it so easy to know where I need to spend my time as a sales person.

I use the chrome extension everyday as well lets me quickly see what has been going on with emails that I have sent out. This saves a bunch of time and keeps me on top of what is happening. I hate when i miss things, and this extension makes it very hard to miss things. big fan,
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have is sometimes the connection with Outlook and salesforce does not work. Fairly often the outlook integration does not work or slows down the operating time for my email.

additionally there have been problems with contacts syncing with sales force. but it is unclear if this is a problem on my end or their end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to make sure that every lead that comes in is getting reached out to, and making sure that contacts that need continuos attention are getting it with out having them fall through the cracks.

Hubspot also helps make sure the team identifies the leads that are interacting with our outreach the most so we know how to handle additional follow ups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is so simple to use and very user friendly. If you want something that the whole team will actually USE and can grow as the company grows, Hubspot is the place to be

What do you like best about the product?
The way I can manage my task, observe the status of my deals and watch every day my reports dashboard. even my collegues and my teams report.
we enjoy them everyday.
We use a lot the email sequences, it's very useful to filter uninterested deals and to move deal from a stage to an other.
the way i can manage my pipeline is very clear and I can everyday lnow the status of my deals.
we change it a lot to meke the perfect one and everytime it helped us.
Marketing use it too but I don't really lknow how. I'm in sales.
It's a really powerful tool for inbound sales
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it's a bit slow.
When tiping emails for example, hte way i backspace it's really slow.
email features is ok anyway.
maybe one more thing it's that Ican0't relate my task with my putlook account. it could be really useful. or maybe I don't know how it works.
Language could be a better way to make it more accessible.
and it could be more effective the way it reconize my company. sometimes I duplicate it for mistake
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see the reports dash board of my team
and I don't miss a task anymore
my manager can track our activity spo he does not have to ask us anymore for news or updatres.
everything in tracked, this help us a lot.

it has a lot of features.
ask for help to discover them all.
it's easy but they are really a lot. use all the tips insiede it. it brought my way of typing emails to a new level
you should use it in bundle with ypur marketing teams .

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of management of my team and the monitoring of my deals, moreover the workflows combined with the automation have freed me from all those that previously required me a great deal of time, leaving me free to sell.

the fact that automations cannot be included in a workflow. the fact that everything is in English is not a problem, but it could preclude some opportunities on the European continent
