Software boss
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working on hubspot everyday, the major things is it helps me get notified if i'm repeating the same lead, and then i get a push notification on my laptop as well as my mobile so i don't miss out any follow up, the CRM is amazing one you create a contact and set sequence you need not sent email's manually it's goes automated and if any reply we will be notified.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i didn't like is it creates too many task to follow up, and if i cc it creates another contact with the email id to... so it becomes duplicate lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was usually using excel for the CRM and would mention comments for it, lack of follow up missed, couldn't recognize if it was closed. But after using Hubspot i have a clear picture about each follow up's when to follow and what is the status of the lead.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in the sales team, this would be the best to have an exact track of all the leads
And you could follow up on time and close the lead
If you have a big team this will recognize if someone else is already reached that company so that no once would follow up your company
you can set up deal value and assign to your senior boss for the price discussion or to close the lead.

Great for organisational efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Since using Hubspot, we're able to cut down a significant amount of time in processing a sale and following up leads therefore able to focus on getting more leads. We've seen revenue growth since implementing Hubspot as well as less errors in processing sales and bookings. Aside from this, I love how fast and willing their Customer Service team is to help small to big issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a great mobile app to support work when we're on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the most of every lead that comes in through automatic emails and automating workflow within our team ensuring every client gets the best experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn the system thoroughly so you can get the most of it. It's quite a complex system if you're not an IT expert but once you master, it's easy to navigate and can really benefit your business.

I don't think I've found one since HubSpot is very Useful so far.

CRM things, it makes my Team's works become easier to do. HubSpot really helps my team to simplify data customer management.

If your company or simply one of your team face some kind of problem about Customer Data Management or Customer Relationship Management or whatever it is that related to Customer and Data things, I highly recommend you to think about using HubSpot. Tell me when you do and I assure you would not regret even a bit!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use the HubSpot, since I also used another CRM before and I can say that using this one is easier and simpler than the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking of resizing the font size since I'm not really used to bold letters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using this to filter out and register leads that's incoming, and it also helps us track the revenues in the company.

It's easier to use and simpler to look for the things you're looking for.

It can be very overwhelming at the start and intimidating. But once you get used to using it every day it's very straight forward

very transparent. I would prefer that weekends and pbulic holidays could be blocked out so the tickets don't include them in how long a ticket has been open.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When a comment is made and then another person responses to that comment it is available currently in a drop down. It would be better if this response was displayed fully and not in a drop down arrow tab. As it can be overlooked.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, layout and practicality of the product. Easy to get your head around once you have used the product for a short time. The way you are able to track multiple aspects of lead generation, client contact, statistics etc is great. It also very flexible in how much you are able to customize the product.
The cheeky ability to see when a potential client has opened an email is great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a bit of tweaking at the start to get it working the way you want it to. It would be best if you had an expert or use a third party to help with the initial set up and changes as without that assistance it may be alot to understand due to how different is set up to other CRM's.
Colour scheme is already looking a bit dated so the product could do with a coat of paint.

Start off with the basics, add extra capabilities as you move through the product and you will find that it all integrates.
It's set up differently to other CRM's I have used but the learning process does not take too long and before you know it you will be very competent.

Automation and Integration Champion, But Setup Was Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the automation tools on HubSpot Sales Hub. They are the best tools on the platform and ensure seamless task creation, tracking, and execution. This allows our sales team to handle high volume inquiries efficiently. The reporting tools are also impressive as they let us track efficiencies, particularly relating to individual team members and revenue trends. The integration with critical marketing channels means we don't have to do any manual data entry. Plus, the reporting dashboard is a great feature for tracking individual and team-wide performance and observing revenue trends. These features have made our processes more efficient and have helped us in making strategic decisions by quickly reading trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more native integrations that don't require third-party services like Zapier, especially without additional costs. Being able to integrate directly with marketing channels and other CRM or human management systems without significant costs or third-party involvement would be beneficial. Additionally, setting up the foundation was seamless, but migrating data points using a third party was difficult and costly.

HubSpot Sales Hub integrates marketing channels, eliminating manual data entry. Its automation tools streamline sales processes. The reporting dashboard tracks performance and revenue trends, enhancing efficiency.

If your team is at capacity and you want to save on time and resources, HubSpot can achieve this. You'll also be able to streamline a lot of processes by using its extensive integration network.
Very Efficient and User Friendly Resource
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very efficient and user friendly tool. We are able to track our progress with each customer as well as the total projections. We are developing our marketing pieces through HubSpot and will eventually start using the service section to track and monitor issues as well as the resolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that we have to upgrade to use. I'm not able to change the formula for revenue projections. Overall, it's a great tool and I can't say there is much else that I don't like about this software.

Efficiency. We are better able to track the progress of each lead. We will also be able to reduce costs by eliminating the use of a secondary cloud storage and an external marketing company.

What do you like best about the product?
Email, Number and Name searches.
With the deals section being able to easily assign one or multiple contacts with it and also the simplicity of moving the contact and deal down the pipeline with the drag and drop feature.
When adding contents it can auto make a company assigned based on the email or any other contacts with the same business email domain.

What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicates can be created quite easily and will happen often when importing databases. This does somethings cause confusion by trying to link the correct contacts and getting all the needed logs.

simplicity and ease of holding our database of both Merchants and Customers.
Being able to have NZ and Aus linked to the same Hubspot account but be separate at the same time and have the two country teams work at the same time without any clashes.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used other solutions in the past with previous jobs and after making the transaction to Hubspot it has changed how I feel about CRM programs and just made life a whole not easier for my day to day job.
Hubspot differently lives up for all types and sizes of businesses. We started off as a start-up company using Hubspot from the beginning and then was acquired by a large organisation and still use the software but just with the enterprise packages now. So from experience, Hubspot is an all-round great software and solution for your business no matter the size.
