A good CRM with great UI and useful integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the Hubspot CRM is that the integrations to Gmail and Outlook as well as it is connects out marketing, sales and service teams into one platform. It's great that e-mails are saved on contacts, which leads to transparency in our company. I also love how the CRM can detect duplicated contacts and how to easily search for contacts either on name or attributes such as location, employees, products and services or if they have interfered with out website e.g. taken our quiz or contacted us through a form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Hubspots biggest weakness is the difficulty to log specific e-mails without auto logging everything. If the subject is in Norwegian, as it mostly is in our company, it is not possible to forward messages. Also lacking the essential option to pick a specific contact to log the email to, if there is multiple receivers of the e-mail. I believe that a simple function in Outlook saying "log this" and then searching for and selecting a contact, would solve this issue that I know many are annoyed about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our IT and Cloud company, HubSpot CRM is helping us getting organized and enabling us to keep in touch with leads in a more structured way. It also saves us a lot of time as any employee can find the latest information on a company or contact, with out having to talk to the account manager.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the best way to use Hubspot is to get all employees on board at once. Make sure every employee has installed the plugin for e-mail logging and knows that all their e-mails are public to everyone in the company. Also be aware that Hubspot is custom made for large enterprise companies in the US. Other languages and currencies are lacking.
Easy to use and great integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and flexibility for reporting and all the integrations with Unbounce, Wordpress, and our own product. It's also great that myself and the team can all access Hubspot remotely and use the app to speed up calls and emails.
The support is second to none. Any time an issue crops up, we get instant access to the helpful support team using the chat feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how difficult it is to understand which paid plan you need for which features. It's split by sales and marketing but we find we need a bit of both.
There's room for a little improvement in speed of loading pages. Every page load can take a few seconds and if you're switching views and pages a lot, this all adds up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy integration with Wordpress, Unbounce and our own product means we have one central place to access what we need. In terms of benefits, we have far more automated processes now, saving us a lot of time and stress.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want something that's very easy to use and suitable for everyone in the team, then Hubspot is a great option. I would suggest scheduling a call with the team at Hubspot so they can help you get set up in the way that best suits you.

The queue feature for my tasks is the most helpful

The speed of the system is sometimes too slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My time is precious and it is sometimes difficult to stay on task while doing 100 other things at the same time! In a sales position, you easily get distracted and forget where you left off. With the queue set up properly in my tasks, I can stay on track and keep moving, even after many interruptions.
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The sequencing feature is fantastic and saves a good amount of time each day. It is also all laid out in a clear and succint way which is incredibly easy to follow. It is easier to use than other CRM platforms which i have come across in previous job roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the easiest process to send out a mass email to numerous prospects at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managed to increase lead generation through the use of filters and hubspot scoring to target the most relevant prospect at any one time.

Complete due diligence as you should but give it a go, won't regret it

User interface extremely easy to navigate, never more than two or three clicks before you can access the information you need

I like how HubSpot pulls information from the web e.g. the profile picture for new companies

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything looks pretty much the same on your task list
Some alternative views, or possibly come customisable colour coding options would help me break my workload down into bite-sized chunks and help to plan my weeks better
The number of supported countries for in-browser calls is poor, I am forced to use my mobile more than 50% of the time

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I conduct my entire job role through HubSpot and LinkedIn, so to a large extent, HubSpot is what I am grappling with the most
I feel I am going some way to getting the best out of it, for the reasons I've mentioned above
However, i'd like to see far more customisation for users, it's quite rigid at present

I like how simple it is to task things and add companies to contacts.

Duplicates are easy to make. This causes issues with others on leads.

Capturing your HubSpot Sales Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of customization! See what you want to see - nothing more, nothing less! Everything is integrated, including daily and overdue tasks, outbound calling from within the system and creating calling queues based on customizable filters. All this makes it extremely easy for me to track and document my daily tasks, the effectiveness of email campaigns, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Corporate hierarchies i.e. sister companies, divisions, and departments are not linked. No organization charts either, for building out chains of command. Hard-coded field names in some places require workarounds for best reporting. Reports are not as flexible to design as I would like, but perhaps I am not trained in this as well as could be. Email sequences are limited to the number of emails you can build into a single string, whereas I would prefer to put prospects into unlimited email sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having immediate access to all prospect/client communications with everyone in their company, and in mine, I am informed and current when speaking with potential or existing customers. This has increased my lead generation results as well as sales closing rates. Dashboards are readily available, and keeping track of campaigns and imports is also quite easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works well in free version so worthwhile to test it out. Leverage HubSpot support as they are very helpful. Encourage your users to take full advantage of the many features.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to customize and help in proper data maintenance. The integrations are seamless and latency is very low. Its easy to track your data and follow up on sales and marketing activities. the ease of report generation and handling high level data. helps in pipeline generation and sales closure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have few different colors on the interface. more convenient interface. ease of navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead tracking by location is one of the most recent issue we are trying to sort. it was hard to retrieve data with the dates but after few tech sync ups it was sorted and it was very easy to retrieve data after it. It is was not easy to get Geo- locations active but after the internal teams help the CRM was updates to the needs. so it was ease to customize and the Hubspot team was very helpful with the customization. The benefits was that it made the process easier for the sales team to work on and also the marketing team was able to do more campaigns according to the interest of the management. It also provided to edge over the market data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
just implement as its the best out there because considering to other CRM's I have used such as Zoom, Zoho and salesforce so far. I would highly recommend it to all professional users and management so that it helps to view data and consolidate reports at ease.
Perfect mix of features for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating multiple views for filters and the ability to work with a view of all leads that matter at the time, make Hubspot the most intuitive CRM I've used in my sales career. For leadership, CRM hygiene is easily maintained due to the multitude of integrations available out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the freemium model, though I see why it makes business sense

Pipeline management is easier than other CRM suites I've used!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot supplies me and my company a wide range of information about our customers, not just static information but also behavioral information and many tools to interact with them personally. I like email the most. In Hubspot, we can combine sales emails, marketing emails and transactional emails. We can keep our present frequently in multiform in our customers' inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still apart from our account and finance software. Even the Product and Quote features in Sales Pro are still independent of accounting. Our products are mostly services which need time to implement. The project management in Hubspot is still basic comparing to other professional PM tools. Therefore, the Service tools haven't fulfilled our needs yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now can see exactly where our customers come from, therefore we know which marketing channels are best ones to focus on. The connection between our Sales Department and our Marketing Department is tighter, the commission for each won deal now can be divided more fairly because we know what is ROI of our marketing campaigns. That is how our company policies shaped along with implementing Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is the best for B2B companies which are selling products via online. Obviously, Hubspot is also good for many kinds of B2C businesses such as finance, real estate, software, human resource, education and other services. Hubspot can still be added if your enteprise has already been using other server based CRM systems.
