previously we could see from what location does the receiver opened up the email. Now it's gone which is pretty bad.

I like that I am able to track the different metrics for the emails that I'm sending out.

I feel that they could have some tutorials on their dashboard or links to help center articles.

I am able to track certain metrics that are very helpful for email campaigns that I'm doing.

I use HubSpot CRM to manage my sales funnel. Our marketing team uses it to track their success in marketing campaigns. On top, I use it to create sequences and enroll several contacts at the same time. It allows me to eventually test for different versions of my email pitch.

Make sure you understand the full power of Hubspot before signing up. It's great when you know ins and outs of it but if you just need a database to keep contacts and deals, you might not need the full product. It's great for an expanding sales team!
HubSpot is a great lightweight CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to insert tracking links within emails tied to the CRM that allow you to see opens. It's nice to know whether or not your emails are opened, to have a reason to call a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of the email format of emails that are sent through the web interface. They tend to look less personalized and I find a better response rate if I send emails through outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reports within hubspot can give you a better idea of where to spend your time. Once you've put the effort into the system, you can see the effectiveness of your communication methods. Then you can do more of the good ones, and less of the bad ones.
