The most comprehensive CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is integrated. Sales pipeline, Customer information, Marketing efforts. Everything is connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very challenging to learn, the support is great but the product itself takes quite a long time to fully understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has greatly organized our marketing efforts and our sales process

HubSpot CRM is a MUST HAVE!

What do you like best about the product?
Hupbspot has really helped me to manage all of my contacts. The way it streamlines all of my information per contact and companies I interact with has simplified my job. The email tracking, sequences, and task reminders are have really empowered my follow-up skills. Their customer support is outstanding as well and training videos are dope! I like being able to manage my projects all in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing format. Even thought HubSpot worked with me on a pricing plan, I feel like things could be more favorable for small businesses. For example, if I am given a price break on the CRM side of things because I am the only user, why shouldn't I receive a better pricing on the Marketing side? I would greatly consider looking at the Customer Service module but there is no way we can afford to pay more than what we are at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to follow-up with customers to remove assumptions about projects we quote. I can schedule follow-up emails on projects or to my team as well. I have realized that this CRM has helped me to become much more organized with all my tasks. I am able to attach my quotations in an email, that enables me to see how many times the customer opens them as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a CRM that will support you at a high level, give your sales team the appropriate tools to succeed, then HubSpot is the CRM for you. Not complicated yet very effective! HubSpot can be a great partner for small businesses that may not be at a place to hire new employees, by supporting your current staff with highly effective tools to streamline their jobs.

Simple CRM to use and better reports than any other CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The reports are highly relevant, in other CRMs sometimes it is tough to get the reports exactly we want, but Hubspot reports are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicates contacts are created with spelling errors, Hubspot should try to work on this too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a CRM which can tract daily employee activity and help them to manage the client communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is like all CRMs but with better reports and UI is also better.

A Perfect Sales CRM Tool

What do you like best about the product?
1. In-app interactive walkthroughs that minimize seeking help from support unless there's an immediate need.
2. Easy to use software with a proper Learning Management System in process.
3. Immediate support in case there's an emergency need.
4. Hubspot Integration with LinkedIn and Salesforce has really enhanced our sales qualification process at Synup.
5.A very user-friendly application that can also be well operated as a Knowledge-Based System. Kudos to the product development team!!
6. I personally felt that the CRM had a great role in the enhancement of my lead generation process.
7. I am still using Hubspot for about a year now and it's really been a great experience so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I didn't come across any. So far it's been a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems Solved:-
1. Improving the lead generation process.
2. Getting a consolidated report of my activities.
3. Staying at the top of my day to day task.

Benefits:-
1. Staying at the top of my prospect's activities via Activity Feed.
2. Sending bulk emails
3. A proper in-app walkthrough and learning management system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A perfect Sales CRM tool. Since they have different versions for different verticals it's actually suitable for any business out there.
I would definitely recommend Hubspot for any business!!

Hubspot review as a secondary CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Hunspots integration into our software and other tools makes my life in sales so much easier. The email functionality makes me more confident. Also we integrate a live chat feature onto our website and we chat back with clients using hubspot, excellent sales feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has a few difficulties fully integrating into our systems, there is a lot of login in windows that constantly pop up. Other than that hubspot is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use hubspot for the web chat interface that can be integrated into the website. There is analytics that you can view behind the chat to make sure the sales people are being dilligent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a very great CRM that has a lot more functionalities for outbound sales processes than other CRMS. I believe it would be great for smaller organizations.

Very disorganized without HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is one of the best tools created for Marketing and Sales. Being a part of a small Startup, we were pulling in lots of clients and sending hundreds of emails a day in order to attract new business. HubSpot's sequence tool was extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can be a little tricky to figure out, and quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot made sending emails extremely easy. Since we would try to contact hundreds of clients a day, HubSpot allowed us to keep a controllable amount of responses and send/schedule our campaigns to go out at strategic times during the day. This also allowed us to free up more time by scheduling the emails the day before and having them automatically go out at a certain time. HubSpot also keeps the company very organized and allows us to track our prospects at every stage of the sales funnel.

Hubspot let's me manage my sales leads all in one window

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot ties in my Gmail, calendar, current CRM, email templates, tasks, and notepad all in one interface that allows me to do all the work without having to toggle between these different apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Slight glitch in the meeting maker details that prevent me from putting in bridge details on the initial meeting maker window (although I can edit the calendar invite on my google calendar and add the bridge details there once it shows up after I save the appointment)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my issues with too many tools and inefficiency in managing my tasks for the day. I am able to easily keep track and manage all my tasks, calls, and appointment through Hubspots integrated and mobile app reminders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Transitioning to Hubspot is a breeze and integration is seamless. I recommend Hubspot CRM for all organizations that currently use CRMs that only function as contact information repositories and have a need for a more intuitive tool that helps your people be more efficient at managing their leads/contacts or tasks

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot customer service is excellent, every time I have a problem, they respond quickly by any means that contact them. Thanks to the courses they offer, I have obtained many ideas to improve marketing and to get more out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page creation tool HubSpot offers are not very useful their designs and functions are not as easy and intuitive as other landing page creation platforms that I have used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In general, HubSpot is a great tool that we use every day to manage communication with customers and with our sales team. It is very easy to use and adapts to the needs of our team. We are very happy with its operation.

It is a very easy to use tool. Go with hubspot will make you improve all your marketing campaign in many aspects.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to not worry about having to remember to send emails to every prospect. HubSpot is like having your own personal assistant sending out sales email sequences and allows you to track and see how these prospects are interacting with emails, so you can see exactly what works and doesn't work when it comes to cold and prospecting emails. HubSpot has been a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to see any downside to HubSpot - it has everything i'm looking for when it comes to a marketing platform and interacting with potential clients!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solved a lot of workflow problems and communication problems. This is an awesome tool and i'd highly recommend to anyone in sales.
