KEEPING YOU ORGANIZED
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a single platform where members can keep track of company's activities and get data in real time. It is freely available and easily accessible. All sales processes and their location can be linked and on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive for small size businesses.
It does not have integrations with most of market relayed Webb apps. Should be improved.

HubSpot Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how each part of HubSpot communicates with the other. Nothing sits in isolation, and multiple updates are not necessary to ensure your information is consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is that HubSpot is not very customizable, specifically in terms of reports and some mandatory fields that cannot be edited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big thing HubSpot has helped us get a handle on is marketing. The marketing tools are very convenient and have allowed us to do much more than we could before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need more marketing tools, if you need a system that works, HubSpot is a very good choice.

HubSpot: A Comprehensive Review
What do you like best about the product?
As a CRM, Hubspot is quick, easy to navigate and has a plethora of tools that aid in making day to day use easy. Templates for emails, Report Dashboard and Activity Feed are all part of my working day and allow me to see what has been done, by who and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpots integration tools need some more work. The inbox constantly detaches itself from outlook and the phone integration tool seems to change phone numbers (removing "+" characters before international calls is most common).A minor inconvenience at best, but worth a mention.
Also, HubSpot does not always allow you to edit, remove or update phone numbers in a contact page. it seems to work on a 50/50 split of allowing you to do so, or not- with logic thrown out of the window.
Also, When in the email section of a contact or company, email feeds do not always show as chronological and are often repeated. This is dull and makes what should be a simple look back at what was previously said more like finding a needle in a hay stack.
Reports, whilst incredibly handy are not always accurate. We have several "deals" that should show on the pipeline or individual persons report, yet do not do so. So we have elected for manual reporting when it is of importance.

HubSpot allows for recording data and storing details of a person or company like no other CRM I have used and the ability to set tasks to any member of my team is great! Also, "tagging" them in comments made on files is a really handy way to get them to view information and edit it before it is committed to the software. I love that.
beyond that I would not say we are solving many problems. I cannot help but feel that it is doing too many things to an average degree, where I would rather see a refined experience on the basics first. Getting email integration right and a smarter system in place for phone numbers would be a great place to start.

Definitely use this, but manage your teams expectations and always double check any data farmed from it.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is the complete package for us at WhiteHat. We can see if clients view our website, view our documents or any materials associated with us. The reason why this is a game-changer is due to me being an SDR - so working on clients while interest is hot is so so important!
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering section. Adding and removing filters seems a little cluttered and not the most straight forward!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm seeing how long clients view our decks (docs) - so if a contact spends 25 mins reading our materials - I'll call 10 mins later to chase and the response I receive should be better due to the interest still being warm!
Business made easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use the HubSpot Business Card scanner on the go. I'm not losing contacts and I'm getting them into our sales funnel. It's so EASY to use too. You just take a quick photo and presto, done. I love not having to keep a bunch of business cards with me and try to remember to upload them into the system later. It's so intuitive and smart with capturing information as well. I don't have to worry about it not being done correctly or having to go back and change things. It's so awesome that I can't get enough of it! Definitely something you should use and implement for your own business if you find yourself getting a lot of business cards and things.

I'd love more features of course! The more the merrier! It's always hard to get employees on board with new software and this one seemed particularly hard for some reason...

It's so incredibly easy to use! I love being able to travel on the go after a meeting or appointment and use this to scan information on the fly. It helps get people into our system as fast as possible without being an unnecessary burden to our sales team. What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is user-friendly, constantly expandable and has amazing customer service. For a company that is constantly expanding and has recently doubled in size like ours, switching to Hubspot was one of many available solutions. Hubspot is a thought leader in the Marketing sector, so the amount of content and value won over our upper Management.

There's nothing I dislike per se, but there are things that could be better, for example SEO

Earlier i was unorganised as well as my data was scattered. After using Hubspot, i could keep a tab of all the activities. The best part is that i get notification of who opened up my email/clicked to the attachment. Even the reports gives a perfect idea of the work we do.
