Best option to build as you go

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible the Hubspot solution is. It's easy to add new features and solutions as you go. You don't have to tackle every feature at once, which can be overwhelming for a small business. Instead, it grows with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is based on contacts,which can be a deterrent if you're converting platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning an entrepreneurial sales and marketing team to a single way of inputting information. The reward is a unified database of knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality that the Hubspot CRM offers, as it feels like it has been designed by people who use the CRM themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately some of the key functions are locked out unless you get onto an expensive $800/month payment plan. For example, the automated email follow-up you get on the $50 plan consists of text-only emails — for images in your email follow-up, you have to upgrade to the plan that is 16 times more expensive for what should be basic functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates well with the sales platform, so there is that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's best for larger companies that are managing a lot of contacts, clients and deals. It's not good for a small business, in which you should go with something like Mailchimp or Klayivo or Salesforce, or some other CRM which offers similar functionality at a much more agreeable price point.

Great tool for business

What do you like best about the product?
We started using HubSpot a year and a half ago and since that time our sales and marketing processes have changed a lot. Amazing tool with a very pleasant UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tried the Service Hub as wanted to automate CS processes as well but it seemed that this part of HubSpot didn't really suit us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM helps automate the routine, create and run flows, organise the whole pipeline and keep everything under control.

What do you dislike about the product?
not dislike but i suggest if there's a cloning feature to create a same lead that will helps more for me. like if i want to create two different peoples contact in a same company so cloning a contact feature more helps me to create a new contact just have to change few details don't have to fill all the fields from the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Hubspot CRM for Sales & Marketing and it helps me a lot to increase more revenue

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to sales I want the ability to know what my customers want and to see what they’re viewing. HubSpot has given me that tool to have genuine conversations. I get notifications when someone opens my emails, letting me know I should give them a call because they’re thinking about my business.

Yes, at first, it can be a bit overwhelming browsing through all the different tools, but once I became familiar with them it has become my new normal.

Highly recommend HubSpot’s services!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I’ve found is during a task, I cannot minimize the email to view the history of that potential member. I always keep another tab open so I can get into their contact history and know what to email them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the fact that I can create templates. It gives me the ability to personalize it to each potential member so it is more genuine.

Creating deals allows me to know they’re interested and at what stage they are in the buying process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes there is a lot offered, take the dive! I promise you will feel so fulfilled after your test, you first week solely using it, and getting those notifications someone opened an email or clicked a link.

Knowing how to be genuine with my potential members gives me a major leg up.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot provides all important details to personalized targeting like LinkedIn profile, IP location, Company details etc. Its sequences facility, bulk marketing email sending, user interface all things are amazing. Thank you HubSpot
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to manage duplicate emails in bulk. This process is very time taking for me. We are unable to send more than 5 sequences also we can only enroll 150 contacts in one day. This limit is not good. There should also a facility to send personalized sequences according to their clicks. We just blindly schedule sequences at a time. there should be a option for send another email if the contact clicked on a link on my previous email. This facility is in workflows but not in sequences. Another thing is sequences should also have a facility to start automatically because workflows are a marketing emails and looks like a SPAM but sequences looks like a personalized sales email. Also when enrolling bulk sequences this does not show the company details. If I'll be able to see the company details in bulk enrollment that will help me alot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calling from CRM is really amazing. We can check all the recorded calls in a contact. With HubSpot We can see the whole contact history so that we can target them with specific interest. With chatbot are able to assist the visitors and also we can automate the chat.We can create a follow-up task to remember all our followups.

This is best CRM ever.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its ease-of-use. It has the most advanced capabilities you need in today’s software market.

Pricing is contingent to the number of contacts you have.

Ability to manage website and CRM in one place makes it easy to figure out where a lead came from, and set up workflows per activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it's an All-in-one tool for Sales, Marketing, Support and more. It covers all the bases and you pretty much won't need any other tools for anything customer facing. Aside from the CRM functions, I like that I have ability to create a landing pages to gain leads, as well as handle full e-mail marketing campaigns. The mobile app also has a great feature for scanning business cards and turning them into contacts, this was a really helpful tool at our last conference we attended.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had real-time data updating including a live indicator of who is currently responding on a ticket/conversation. Right now, if a teammate makes a change to a contact or replies to a ticket that I also have open, I have to hit refresh to see those changes. This has once caused double outreach on the same ticket because we were responding to the same convo at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for our Sales team to manage leads starting directly from intake form/landing page to closing the deal and each step in between. When we discovered the landing page feature we were able to get a webpage up within a day and immediately had leads funneling in within the first few days.

It's also very helpful in keeping me organized with tasks and to-do's for the day. I am able to keep track of all my customers and leads as well as plan my day all in the same tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend taking the certification courses prior to using the tool. There are A LOT of features and to fully understand it all will require the courses. When I was first hired I did not do the courses until 2 or 3 months in and I was having a lot of issues with the tool. Once I finally took the courses I actually began to really love the tool now that I got a fuller picture on how all the features feed into each other. Once really knew how it all worked and I realized the full potential, it became a much more enjoyable tool.

What do you like best about the product?
All the different features HubSpot capitalized on. Being able to see the last 15 names or so by simply holding the back arrow is my favorite surprise
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything. It's built for the use of the purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now, the AirCall pairing has its issues but it is usually only due to lack of network connection. I am happy with my experience
