Good but needs more features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that everything is integrated all in one place. It is very straight forward to create a queue and start working through leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue is in terms of sorting and tracking all the leads at a high level, there is not a good way to categorize leads effectively to know what actions have been done with each lead. This makes it challenging to track the warmth of any particular lead or what needs to be done with each lead. Using deals doesn’t quite get the job done so I’ve found team members having to turn to other apps like Trello or even Google sheets which reduces productivity. Also being unable to receive calls within the CRM is almost a deal breaker for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the problem of having an integrated solution where many people can collaborate together on the same initiative.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that you have a very solid plan in terms of what you exactly want to accomplish using the CRM. If you don’t begin with the end it mind you will likely be frustrated and may give up before really reaping the rewards. I can tell this is more of a long term solution and if the Hubspot team keeps improving it then I could see it being a very valuable asset to your company as a whole!

What do you like best about the product?
To be able to keep the contacs in order and to see the interactions of all members of the company with the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can´t do all my control panels in the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have control of what sellers do with customers, post-sale communication with customers and especially the organization of contacts and companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the mobile app. Text message capabilities, easy access and, most importantly, instant MQL alerts. I've literally stopped cooking dinner to contact an MQL because it popped up on my phone in real time...no way I would have known that without HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to build reports for the dashboard is incredibly confusing and I've abandoned trying several times. We unfortunately are a lean team so we don't have like a sales systems engineer to build things, so it's left to dumb sales guys like me who can't figure it out. It could be super useful, but it's just too hard to create what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily the ability to contact warm leads the second they show interest. It's gold to a sales guy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This has everything you would need as a sales person. It also very easy to use on both desktop and mobile app. I've used both Salesforce and HubSpot now and easily prefer HubSpot.
Thoroughly Enjoy Using Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
We love how user-friendly and easy to navigate Hubspot is. We have a very different sales cycle that can last anywhere from six months to a year, and our sales are property-based vs contact-based, so we had to get creative when we set it up. Hubspot was very helpful in coming up with creative solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one drawback, and honestly the only reason I rated a "7" instead of a "10", was we didn't feel like we understood the implementation/ onboarding process well ahead of time. Due to this, we also didn't feel like we had very much support. We set it all up ourselves with limited Q&A type help. We were expecting it to be the opposite, that Hubspot would set it up with just Q&A from us. So, my suggestion would be to set better expectations from the beginning about what the process looks like for the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping track of all client communication and project-based information far better than ever before. Now, we don't have to bother Sales Person A when they are out of town, we can do a quick search to find out what they need. Far fewer balls are being dropped, and there is so much more accountability then ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be aware that the implementation process is very hands-on, so you will need to invest time and thought into it.

What do you like best about the product?
Being on the road all the time it’s easy to scan a customers business card on my cellphone to be added to hubspot. It’s easy to navigate and once I’m back to my office I can clarify my notes from previously left short notes while on the road! Its a winner!

I really do not dislike anything right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily distinguish the customers I should be focusing on and funnel them down to my top priority!
Great software overall , the emails in the activity feed would be better if it was only 1 thread

That I have many places to write information , as well as assigning a specific contact to calls or tasks

That the emails do not accumulate into 1 activity when there's a thread. Instead the same email thread looks like plenty of different activities. It's annoying to scroll down to look for the same email .

HAVING TO MANUALLY PUT DEALS, AND LONGING IN EVERY TIME INSTEAD OF KEEPING ME LOGGED

I CAN TAG MY TEAM MATES IN ACTIVITIES, I AM ABLE TO CONNECT WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH HUB SPOT. IT HAS THE BENEFITS OF TRACKING YOUR SALES PIPELINE AND GUIDE YOUR SALES FLOW.

Hubspot enables one to keep track of clients and deals in a pipeline across our markets.
It can have a large number of collaborators and offers a lot of opportunity for the development of new relationships and managing those relationships when someone leaves the business.
The dashboards allow us to monitor the future and past team performance.

What do you dislike about the product?
When we originally set up our contacts and companies we set them up quickly which has lead to the limited use of some of the wider products.
Some fields are confusing for non-regular users of the platform to fill in.
Many of our staff do not use Gmail, and the limitations of the email products to just gmail has meant they are not able to use this.
Our business often involves bookings that come through at one date with revenue that is split over multiple months, we were not able to split revenue over more than 1 month.

We have been able to track our pipeline accurately and build out an accurate picture of team revenue.
Marketing solutions allowed us to reach 7 times as many customers as before we used the product with our marketing efforts.

what I like is seamlessness. it's almost like you never have to leave the CRM to manage your leads and engage with them.

the CRM is pretty limited in certain ways, ie pipeline rules, phone features are not available yet in my country
