Time savings!
What do you like best about the product?
The queue system really helps expedite my daily tasks when it comes to follow up and sales tracking. The workflow systems are useful for getting leads around our organization. The ability to pin notes is extremely useful as well, it allows you to have important information at your finger tips with out the need to go hunting through a particular account to find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to designate different levels of priority for tasks to help designate what is important and what can wait. Also when I get a notification that some read my email it takes some time to tell me who exactly read the email. When you send emails in large volumes it would be nice to know who is reading t without having to sift through and check each recipient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of notes and conversations had over several different occasions. Eliminates having to flipping through paper notes to find a phone number or email address buried in with useless scribbles and what not. It has also helped with planning my day as I can create queues and work through them as the day progresses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a simple tool to use. It really helps streamline the follow up process and keeping track of conversations in sales. It also helps to see what marketing material the customer may have received so I can reference it in future conversations.
Manage sale contacts and marketing leads
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is how organized I am able to stay within the CRM. I deal with many contacts within companies, I am able to have instant access to their phone number, emails, and other information I choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are glitches that make it time-consuming to manually ensure the data is correct. Inputting new data can get messy and create a lot of duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to keep track of outreach - I would not be able to scale my outreach without this CRM. I also can mass enroll marketing emails and track social posts engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The customer service it great. I submitted a help forum and they called me immediately and walked me through my issue, and solved it.
Hubspot is great but could be better
What do you like best about the product?
Templates and organization. It is pretty useful for organizing all the students I have
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the mass emailing features and think the workflows could be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving selling and marketing to college students. Organzing different stages of students
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Figure out what data you need and how often you will be interacting with your contacts.
Partner Success Manager
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very useful tool to manage my accounts. It allows me to track everything: calls, emails, meeting... which is very useful when you manage many accounts. What I like the best is leaving tsk for me to do in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is that the email threads could be better formatted so it is easier to keep track of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot, I keep in touch with all of my clients weekly which makes me a proactive partner. Without HubSpot, it would be time consuming to plan this type of clients outreach.
Good but not quite there
What do you like best about the product?
automation of email task (often tedious) allows for quick timeframes of sending out large amounts of emails. This is incredibly helpful to save time - along with setting tasks and other follow up information. As someone who is not very organized when it comes to keeping tracking of time, this can often be difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation is a bit off - when a sequence goes out, you have to re-start if edits need to be made for the emails or the sequence sends out something with incorrect messaging or outdated messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation really is the one thing we are going for - utilizing the engine for automated sending of all the templates we have available for select messaging patterns that we want to achieve by target segment - credit unions, etc. It can be useful to maintain some kind of messaging based on what we want the user to strategically feel or achieve.

Don't really have anything...
HubSpot keeps me efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot keeps me effective and efficient in my prospecting and especially when following up. It does so by providing easily navigable pipeline and filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still seems to be an issue with making my signature in my email extremely large haha. Not sure what the deal is, still hasn't been fixed. Doesn't seem to happen all the time but more periodically.
In addition I would love to be able to use HubSpot from my mobile device more often. Currently it is clunky and not much I can do other than use it as a black book.

Filters Tab User
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can accurately track the progress of your business and keep up with day-to-day responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when the software kicks you out of where you were at when you delete contacts from your database. I used a lot of extra time jumping around tabs to get back to where I was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to stay on top of our clients. If there's been a good amount of time between communication, Hubspot makes you aware of that and reminds you to reach out!
Great system with cool features
What do you like best about the product?
This is the first CRM that I've really gotten to know. It's extremely intuitive and user friendly for a new user. I like the customization for each individual user (reports, dashboards, lists, etc). I also appreciate that whenever I have a question or issue, the help team is quick to resolve/advise on the chat feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides. But I would love to implement a texting feature for reaching out to contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had to troubleshoot some issues with workflows.
Makes your job easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the templates are to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found much to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client outreach. Responses have doubled
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The template features are really easy to use.
HubSpot is great.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy it is to navigate throughout the system. Ease of use is huge with our company. We are a SaaS company ourselves, and when software just works like it should, then it makes all of us happy. Kuddos to HubSpot for putting a product out on the market that works, works well, and is easy enough for non-techy peeps to use their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish filtering was easier. It can be done, but I would like to do it on the fly, in the list that I am already in. When I am banging through a list of 1,000+ names from a trade show, I do not want to spend 5-10 minutes trying to figure out who is who, from where, and which titles they hold within their company. If there was a way I could click on/off to include or not include bits of info. It may just be a training thing, but honestly I haven't taken the time to research myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I am solving with HubSpot would be managing the hundreds of leads my company is getting on a steady basis, and keeping up with them. We frequently attend industry trade shows for IT professionals, and we will talk to and shake hands with hundreds and sometimes thousands of IT pros. It is nice having a tool to help that load manageable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend HubSpot to a company needing a CRM system.
