My experience with HubSpot.
What do you like best about the product?
I like it a lot because I have increased the number of mailings, I also like that it has a function to know who has read and who has not e-mails, I like it a lot because I have greatly increased my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
At hubSpot I do not have any negative aspect at this time as it is an application that has adapted to my needs, with great functions without any difficulty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped me increase my productivity exponentially since it has solved a lot of my problems such as sending a large number of sequences giving me information about who has read and who has not, also helping me to have good communication with my clients and find new businesses .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering HubSpot CRM to perform mail sequences in a simple, safe and reliable way, you are in the correct application since it gives you that and a variety of functions, try it you will not regret it.

My only complaint is that I feel the API has limitations in functionality.

I like how all information is housed in one central area. I also like the functionality of the program, and that they are always improving.

There’s so many features and functions that sometimes certain ones get buried

HubSpot has excellent training and customer service available, making it easy to implement and get everyone on board.
Not to confuse free with freedom

Basic function of a crm with the advantage of having a free version...which has been made mainly to get you to use Hubspot's automation marketing suite... That's fair enough.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Search by keywords not working (which is frankly not practical for those who need to find a contact)
- Use for very primary B2B key account sales (but for this point it is the case of all the CRM I have been able to use: Salesforce, Pipedrive, Soho, Siebel, Agile CRM)

My experience on Hubspot was over expectations.
What do you like best about the product?
I like almost all features on Hubspot. I had the chance to use the full software provide by Hubspot (CRM, Marketing Automation Platform and CMS) the integration is seemless and all the components are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I probably dislike the way we are relaunched about the report of your use when everything is correct. I also don't like the way we are given explanation about the pricing when the number of contacts increase.

Almost all your problem of managing the customer relationship, the monitoring of the onboarding and the customer support.

It is an excellent tool to share information efficiently for my contacts, I like it because it is very easy to use for anyone and you don't need to be an expert to get good results.

There is not much that I do not like since it is a complete platform, simple and easy to use, that due to its excellent functions I have not had any problem.

Keeps all of the contacts, lists, and notes in one place for the whole team to utilize.

Sometimes it can be nonuser-friendly. One problem is not being able to add multiple contacts to the same sequence.

The benefits outweigh any problems we do have with it. One problem is not being able to add multiple contacts to the same sequence.

I like that it links the emails and the google calendar so I just have one place to go to see everything and not any type of swivel chair

I dislike that when I close a task I have to create a new one, wish that was automatic.

HubStpot is very easy to use, it makes it more efficient to take out the sequences, it helps us save time and the forms, it can be tracked, it also has a section of offers where to see all the sales opportunities, its use is very easy increasing the number of emails to send, it makes the growth of our business very easy, we can know who has seen our emails so as not to send the same emails to the same people, I like it because they also have to make calls, record it see all The information in the CRM helping professionals increasing productivity and the results of sales calls, can also be integrated with your Gmail, I can track performance, productivity, sales interactions.

At the moment of HubSpot I do not have any negative comment since it is a complete software very easy to use thanks to its interface that is very intuitive offering me good functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot, it has helped us in time management, increasing the productivity of our sales 10 times more, it has helped me to increase the amount of our customers solving the problems of those who have really read my emails, it helps me to focus less on Resend the emails to the same people.
