Your company in the best hands (CRM)

What do you like best about the product?
Platform of very automatic operation what makes your work quite easy, quite updated and innovative program, no previous knowledge is needed to make use of this since it is quite easy to handle so you will not have problems of this type. Extremely customizable, it adapts to your needs and those of the company where you are working at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a single negative comment for this program, during the time that I have been using it I have not had problems or inconveniences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is undoubtedly the best tool, I consider that investing in the payment of this program is the best thing that can happen to your company, this has been very helpful for the company and for me because with it I have managed to register all my work that I develop In the position where I currently work, among this is to save all my customer data, communication is much more personalized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend trying the program, at first I was a little hesitant about whether to use it or not but it really filled my work expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to carry out intelligent Marketing strategies through the intuitive digital platform of Hubspot! I like it because I save time sending emails because Hubspot has an automated service capable of capturing more people more efficiently!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Hubspot has been one of the best investments I have made! It is one of the best marketing tools on the market, and since I have never experienced mistakes I have no complaints about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This magnificent tool has allowed me to design sales strategies thanks to its interesting intelligent Marketing and Marketing management systems; In addition, I have been able to manage my projects and my tasks in order to be more organized than in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great digital marketing management tool that will allow you to improve the sales you make through a pleasant and intelligent user interface. It is a great application that will give you very good results in the short and long term.

What do you like best about the product?
The hubspot deal board is a great way to get a good visualon how many deals you have and what stage they are in. I also love being automatically assigned tasks or reminders for deals based on what stage they are in and how long they have been in that state.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have limitations - it is very complicated to add new skus to the product line. They also just (couple months ago) re-designed the quote form, I don't like it as much and it's not something you have flexibility over. In the free accounts, your emails will say "powered by hubspot" or something similar to that in the bottom unless you remember to go in each time and delete it before you send the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email tracking and logging have been very beneficial. this has helped me see when emails have not been opened, when links in my emails have been clicked, and it helps me make sure I have the correct contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot for staying on-top of my to do's, tasks for prospects. Hubspot makes it very easy for me to track all of my potential prospects, and making sure I stay on-top of my follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is only good when it comes to basic needs for a CRM. When you are needing more integrations, features, it can be difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly staying on-top of follow-ups, tasks, and checking in on customers who haven't been contacted in some-time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the great functionalities of Hubspot as a project manager, I like to know who interacts with my emails thanks to Hubspot, and I also like its Smart marketing online functions, as it helps me to increase my customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience with Hubspot I have been able to improve the productivity of my business through its excellent functions, but I have not found any fault. I have no complaints about the app.

Hubspot has helped me attract customers thanks to its excellent functions as a CRM application, and has allowed me to send intelligent automated emails. Thanks to Hubspot I have improved the productivity of my work team thanks to its project management tools

Best CRM I've used

What do you like best about the product?
I love this CRM because of the way it combines sales and marketing efforts. I feel more like I'm part of a collaborative team than ever before simply because I can hop on the phone with someone from marketing and we can tackle issues, brainstorm campaigns or lists, etc. all within the same system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does feel like there is A LOT to it, but I'm still learning so I'm sure things will become clearer and less overwhelming with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it primarily in sales. It allows me to sell more efficiently with hubspot sequences and templates. I'm also easily able to see what marketing has been saying to specific leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about HubSpot CRM is the many automation features that are offered to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally HubSpot CRM's forms can be quite restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit of using HubSpot CRM has been the time saved through automation using emails and workflows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy platform to use for beginners, whilst also offering a wide range of tools and features for more advanced users. Always make use of the support chat as the team are knowledgeable and have always been on hand to fix any issues that arise.

Hubspot saved our team time and money

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot took all the separate tools we were using before and combined them into one platform. Now we can manage all of our marketing activities (email, social, segmentation, etc) in one place instead of having to jump between 3+ different platforms. It took very little time to figure out how to use it, and their customer service team is incredible at answering any questions you may have about using the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I've noticed with Hubspot is that they will have intermittent errors occur every once in a while. There are still some bugs that need to be worked out in the email builder, and occasionally we'll lose access to some parts of the platform, but overall there isn't much to complain about with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had Hubspot, we were using at least 4 different platforms to help us carry out our everyday marketing objectives. Since purchasing Hubspot, we now only pay for one platform that can do essentially everything the other platforms did, only better. Their email templates are superb, their method for scheduling social media posts is simple and intuitive, and their automated workflows are stellar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a CRM that can literally do it all, you need to look into Hubspot. It manages every aspect of our content marketing strategy perfectly. Their support is incredible, and it's really not that expensive if you're not an enterprise-level business.

What do you like best about the product?
The tutorials are very straightforward. The Hub Spot team did a great job setting up the introductory emails, the how-to videos and were quick to answer any of my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an extension for Google Calendar where I could schedule across our entire team.

Managing our contact lists, following up with clients, and prioritizing tasks.
