Great CRM with room to grow as we do.
What do you like best about the product?
#1 is the ability to track e-mail opens without requesting a read receipt

What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the imports to be a challenge. A simple import works well but sometimes if I have multiple groups (like company and contacts) to update it seems a bit more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had no visibility into what my lead gen and marketing teams were doing. Noe I get a complete view.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has a lot of features in the free version. Hoping I grow into the paid version.
Complete CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the way everything is linked, between contacts and deals specifically. I can easily add contacts, along with all their information. I like that I can change the order of the columns showing, add, edit, or remove columns that I do not need. I like that I can add notes per each prospect, thus knowing what was said in the call or message, even with the free version. I would recommend it, and although I have not used all the features, I am sure there are many that will be useful for my business in the future. I like the deals section, where I can keep track of all my contacts, the calls I and my team have set up, the video calls that we have done (in the second column), the service agreements we have sent, the people who have actually signed the agreement and paid, and lastly, the deals that we have lost. Everything together in one place, it makes it simple to see and to act upon, especially analyzing where in the process are most of our clients, and figuring out how we can take them from one column to the next.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notes for each contact are not that visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all my prospects in one place and knowing in what process they are in.

Look at all the videos to fully understand and take advantage of this CRM!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the report dashboards. They allow the exact customization to get our senior team the revenue information they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one little glitch I've found and support cannot fix. We're B2B - If someone forwards my email to their client list and those people click a link to fill out a form, the original contact in my list will automatically be edited with the new person's information. If you work with associations, this can be a nightmare. And... it is a huge pain the neck to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are spotting revenue projections/actualization differences. The best benefits have been the dashboards and seeing where our leads are coming from.

It has a really neat SEO feature for content generation.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best is the easy integration with other tools and the level of automation it allows me with my workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
To get access to all the best features you need to be using Sales Pro, but the pricing has a seat minimum (5) so is a harder decision for small teams

Early stage CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an inexpensive tool to start tracking your sales team's activity. The on-boarding process went well and it was easy to explain to the sales team to drive early adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is not very customizable and not mobile friendly. If you have a mobile salesforce, they need to be able to add important details (call/meeting type) into the CRM from their phone. Adoption is always hard with sales teams, and the extra work HubSpot is creating for our sales team, requiring them to revisit all of the calls and meetings they've already put into the CRM to update the call/meeting type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One central database where all of your sales activity is stored has moved our sales organization forward tremendously. We are able to invest more time and resources into the highest ROI activities because we can measure which activities have the highest return.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are used to a more robust CRM (i.e Salesforce), you are going to be frustrated with the lack of capability and customizability in HubSpot.
Amazing Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like the insights that Hubspot CRM gives me about our leads. Hubspot is also very customizable to what your needs are. For each and every lead, we are able to see what made them convert to become a lead, how many site visits and pages viewed, and their lead score. The better information we have on each lead, the better we are able to interact with them and provide them the information they want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes for this CRM. My company currently uses two CRM softwares, and this is the most user friendly and insightful of the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company brings in a lot of leads each day. Using Hubspot's ability to score leads, we are able to sort and filter which leads to act on first, based on their likely hood of engaging with us.This saves us time so we are able to focus on the best leads first.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot not only is very user friendly, but they have so many different learning opportunities in their hubspot academy to increase your skill
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike is the ability for it to integrate with our sales platform, Franconnect SKY. I would like for activity in SKY to return to Hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to define a MQL with Hubspot's technology. We rolled out a great lead scoring that defines the readiness of a person to buy.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an integral part of our platform that allows us to manage contacts, track deal status and succeed in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the challenges in Hubspot have been fixed. We work closely with their team and they have been open to changes that better the platform. I would like to see the lead cards and deal cards share information, At this point, we must manually copy notes, calls, etc. from one to the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commercial Real Estate leads and deal tracking. This help us to make sure we are staying in contact and servicing our leads and deals more frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
There was always a new useful feature discovered while using Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Template emails were very important for us in our old CRM. When switching to Hubspot, we didn't find that too well developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has been used as a sales tool and support tool for messaging with customers and following along new/old deals and it's phases.
Hub Spot Is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Hub Spot CRM finds even more information about the businesses I enter into the system, such as annual revenue and a brief description of the business. The email integration is excellent. I like getting email reminders of the notes I made.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I had with this product is that my partner transferred our original CRM made with Google Sheets, and it didn't transfer all of the "notes" we had already made on the last block of the spreadsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hub Spot CRM has helped me immensely with remembering what I need to do each day. It makes it much easier to view my prospects. It helps that I can see what my team member has already done, as well!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that if you want to integrate email, make sure you have a separate email for business purposes so that it doesn't ad in your personal emails.
