Hubspot makes marketing and sales integration super easy

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Hubspot's ease of use along with the ability to manage marketing and sales wholistically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to remove/hide non essential fields and lack of customization for workflow/notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing in one place instead of using separate tools for emails, social postings, metrics, website hosting, etc. Our process is now seamless and our visibility of campaigns and sales workflow is dramatically improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use use cases to determine if it will work for you. Geared a bit more towards Marketing than sales activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for me to actively maintain all my client's information and engage those clients to help drive sales at my firm. The software makes it simple to use and friendly for non-tech folk to integrate the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything. The price can be a little high, but based on the abilities provided, it is quite justified. There is a lot at one's hands to help them succeed when using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the ability to turn leads into recurring customers and target certain types of customers and capitalize on them. We have seen lead conversion rates jump significantly as well as 70% of customers return.

Great tool for consistent engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organize and coordinate media outreach in advance, access to stock photos, easy implementation with Google analytics which allowed better insight into what campaigns were most effective and what our readers we most interested in, and allowing us to efficiently strategize our outreach attempts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I didn't work with workflows too often, as we primarily used HubSpot CRM for social media marketing rather than email, the few times I did felt restricted in what I was allowed to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an automated marketing tool to streamline our social media campaigns. Using it helped us quantify how a consistent online presence invited more page clicks, as well as strategizing better.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite parts is how easy it is to navigate. Also, the help center is always there to assist me with any needs that I have. In general, it is a great CRM. Being an intern at my company, it was a great way to learn about how CRMs work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although, HubSpot is a great CRM, they could offer more customization options for their program. There are some features that are locked by HubSpot that I am unable to change. This could be frustrating at times when I am trying to complete a very particular task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of reaching multiple leads at a time. Also, it assists with the organization of the leads, ultimately leading to greater efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely a big fan of hubspot. Super simple to use, has all the basic features needed, some more in-depth ones as well if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the dashboards. They are very minimal and could use a lot more work for seeing things at a high level. You can build your own graphs/charts, but many of them you can only add a certain amount and it isnt very simple to due
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just having a CRM. Keeping track of data is the main thing it is used for
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you know what you are getting. It is a find CRM but relatively a bare bone product. For the price you can't beat it, but there is a lot more capabilities with other CRM systems such as salesforce.

HubSpot Makes My Job (and Life) Easier

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the simplicity of the tool. I like that everything is laid out perfectly and intuitively. It also puts everything I need to run my business in one place and has saved me a lot of money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was industry customization. Right now, it seems like a system that "should" work for all industries, but there's not way to customize. In my industry we don't call people "leads" or "prospects" and being able to change the terminology would help, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using HubSpot mostly for lead generation via web. Smart forms have changed my business. We're able to continuously qualify leads to better serve their needs and continue to learn more about them. Additionally, we're able to track where they've been on our website and customize our follow-ups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that you think about your own industry and how using this system will affect how you process people going through your pipeline. With minimal industry customization, you have to be willing to accept what they give you and adapt it to your needs.

Robust Data, Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
The support from HubSpot is amazing. Not only do we have a dedicated HubSpot consultant to help us with complex questions, the rich array of online training and information is invaluable to beginners and experienced users as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered many downsides. It is a little too easy to "overschedule" communications, but after the initial learning curve of knowing what our audience perfers, it is very easy to target, evaluate response, and generate sales leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create campaigns that let us have a more effective sales funnel, follow up with leads and increase sales. We are also able to track response to our campaigns and make adjustments to increase the effectiveness of our communications.

Functionality Isn't Logical or Modern

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to learn the basics, although their academy is sort of bare-bones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality isn't logical. The updates don't make sense (de-dupe functionality....) . Support is a crap-shoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a ridiculous amount of workarounds for what should be very simple things given the state of marketing tech. The system at it's most basic is fine, but once you need to start running something more robust, it's very frustrating. When evaluating make sure you know what you need the system to really understand how the system does that function.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of being able to schedule "sequences" using two or more templates really helps me get in front of potential customers without having to worry about following up too much!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to create an entire list of emails to be sent out, then select one template and schedule the template to be sent to that list instead of scheduling each contact individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to multiple contacts nationwide has been made easier, and with the ability to track opens and link clicks, I can tell who is interested in what aspects of our service/offers/business.
