If your Sales Force wants the best CRM, then look to HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
For small businesses struggling to compete, the free version of HubSpot is just what you're looking for. So many great features (contact list, email marketing, ad campaign integration, email integration, etc., etc.) will definitely help you grow your business. And as you grow, the paid features take you to a whole new level of effectiveness, efficiency, productively, and teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small biz owners, the highest tier of paid versions are a struggle to justify the costs, but work with your HubSpot rep and see if they can help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to email our customer base with customizable templates is huge. The ability to conduct social media advertising, include forms on our sites, add a chatbot to our site and FB messenger, and wins for us!

i like that it is easy to use and scalable as you grow with yoru business. also that there are lots of free trainings available

the pipleline product isnt as great as i like but its doable

Definitely the most efficient CRM system I've encountered
What do you like best about the product?
Having used CRM systems throughout the most part of my 13 years in Sales and as a Sales Manager, I've not come across one that allows me to do as much, and as well, as HubSpot does. From email and circleloop integration, allowing me and my team to log every activity quickly and easily, to easily read pipelines I've not encountered a platform that allows me as complete an overview as HubSpot does.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've seen a few updates since using it that have effected the usability for my team in the immediate term, but these are normally resolved promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved with HubSpot is keeping a chain of communication in one place. Having emails integrated and tracked through the customer contact on Hubspot along with notes and calls, means any member of the team can pick up on a lead if the client calls in when the account manager is OOO.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HibSpot CRM is that it makes sense. The tutorials are great but I was able to figure out most of what I needed without them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to merge contacts. It feels like it takes too many steps to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the customer journey in a meaningful way has enabled us to better personalize our customer contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are going to use it, go all in. You only get full benefit if you use all features.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has one of the easiest interface to use. It is all in one platform for all your tools. The customer support is great and they do listen to your feedback as they are constantly introducing the new features. It also allows you to track your emails and enables you to view what client has opened them or how much time was spent. It has a vast sources of knowledge. The marketing automation process is thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automated email sequence could not be test by A/B testing feature. The reporting and dashboards could use a little bit more flexibility. The pricing plans are not flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is the core for our sales and marketing department. It is phenomenal in what it does. We are a business with one line of domain so it works best for us. For people who have multiple domains, HubSpot might not be a right choice for you.

I like the constant marketing ideas and strategies, the HS academy is also very informative and full os useful ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that you have to associate an email with every contact. that you do not have more tabs to put in different phone numbers belonging to the same contact. that you cannot associate different contacts with different companies. that it usually does not recognize the correct account when typing the email or name in the search bar.

common access to all information about a contact. so everyone can see what is going on.

I like the fact you can browse through the deals and tasks in a very short path.
Also I really admire the fact that you can mix the contacts with various deals in order to share contacts with the rest of the team.

I think that that there some extra info that you can implement on the deals which I never use .

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the number 1 problem I solved is that the hub spot keep me tracking all of my info without staying hands on .

HubSpot the best cross platform for Templates, Tracking and Programming for our business
What do you like best about the product?
It is a software with incredible features saves us time because thanks to it we can track by email and thus have better sales we can also handle multiple currencies also I can review the activities in the comments panel or answer HubSpot is all we need now which has all the digital components for our marketing plan

This amazing tool is very useful for our business I have nothing to dislike

Thanks to this very useful software, it not only indicates how to perform a task but also helps us how to answer it, we can integrate it with Gmail and Office 365 and be able to track all sales portunities, it also has the ease of adding new data, it is really incredible in addition HubSpot has the ability to store all the data of my clients and all communication with them is amazing
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I always recommend HubSpot since it has the ability to track all activities and link it to other documents. I can also see the progress of a client's work and its potential. I can also see what the web pages they have seen, messages from email that open and your information and company this is actually very useful for our business plus I can record taking notes without a doubt is something great ideal for our day

What do you like best about the product?
I do appreciate the outlook plug in the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite a few, but I will say the fact that HS can't distinguish if a client opened the email, myself, someone who is CC'd etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not many problems to be frank. I don't see anything unique that HS offers compared to other sales CRM systems. The benefits / problems are similar that can be solved by other CRM systems, such as organizing my pipe, keeping track of to-dos etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd say that it does what it should and if the pricing is right, they should go for it. The support is decent, but there are multiple hiccups throughout a given month.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to create templates and sequences to create a consistent flow that you are able to rely on. I also really like that ability to see how many time people have clicked into an email you have sent- its very helpful to be able to see how engaged with your content people are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the fact that Hubspot is always updating and "improving" but sometimes I find the changes unnecessary leaving me more confused and uncomfortable with the product than excited about it. Sometimes these contant updates are more confusing than helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue I am solving with Hubspot is organization and accountability. Using hubspot allows me to be accountable - I can assign myself notes, tasks, and reminders to make sure I am on the ball and that nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
