Intuitive system for sales

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to keep track of my work, its easy to use, intuitive when it comes to integrations. The ability to integrate with multiple platforms that I use daily is one of my favorite aspects, and the speed of when integrations happen are my favorite part; example 2 months ago my scheduling application and two weeks ago we got that ability. I know that integrations can take months to happen, but this was at the right time for me. I like that within our G Suite there are multiple options to save templates and easily communicate with the CRM. While there is more that I like, one of my favorite parts about the platform is the Academy and the fact that it teaches you pretty much anything and everything that you could possibly need for the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the site is down or doesn't have a fast load speed, random errors or actions that I did not take appearing. Downtime means I cannot do my job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot enables me to effectively track my sales and all the important conversations that help me do my job. With the daily use of Hubspot and its ever growing list of integrations and applications I am able to effectively manage my pipeline and close business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research, and definitely take a few courses with the HubSpot Academy, this will further help your decision making process.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and helps me keep on top of my work in a clear and concise way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications - I find the notifications to be quite inconsistent. Sometimes it doesn't alert me when someone has opened my email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep organised and on top of emails is unparalleled. I love being able to keep all my contacts and contact info on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it's intuitive navigation and automation. It makes my day more organised
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like changes without any notifications. When I get used to something I would like to get info before any changes are made

I am solving time managing problems and this is biggest benefit for me

Highly recommend Hubspot services. Makes things organised and save a lot of time.

It's attached to everything else which means it has good analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to navigate and I've struggled to learn as a result.

Collating CRM data into the wider package makes the process of tracking much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
All information stored in one place. Easy to set tasks, assign tasks, reminders and store notes. Also easy to set up mails from CRM and track activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app version isn't as easy to navigate, and doesn't show all information as found on desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is a great benefit. I've not found any problems with the desktop version at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Expensive but well worth it in medium to large organisations. Time saving.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very complete software that helps us maintain control and monitoring of our business and is also suitable for any B2B or B2C business in a variety of segments, including accounting, commerce, among other things, it also offers a real-time visual control of interactions with Our clients are automatically an excellent tool for the growth of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a very complete and easy software, I had no problem or anything that bothers me

Thanks to this fantastic software I can track email and see how they interact in real time I can link it to another document I can also set a reminder for a call or email this is very useful since it guarantees me the connection with my clients
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Hubspot since it is the best way to track my business its features are very complete I can create and manage email templates and send real-time notifications phone calls and all interactions are stored in an organized timeline for the lead this software is the idea for the growth and performance of our business

Fantastic Tool For Collaborating With Workers & Handling All Sales Needs

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track leads from google, facebook, on site and when they click links in your emails. You can keep track of leads from beginning to the end of your sales funnel and document engagement along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kind of a beast to get setup, but well worth it. The main time to setup is in the customization to make all of the fields fit your business' industry. This is also part of the genius of this system. You can completely make it your own and work how you want it to for your common workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal notes about clients, this was a big issue when only using gmail. This changes the way we interact with prospects and allows us to turn more of them into clients. The tasks are also great, this helps us keep up with following up with warm leads to bring them back around to close them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give the free trial a run. It is very feature rich and will give you a good understanding of how some of the paid upgrades can literally change the way you run your business.

What do you like best about the product?
I think HubSpot excels at being a one stop shop for many different features (CRM, email workflows, call center, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly can't think of any complaints, but I'm still learning more about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the conversations between teams, as well as automating between other tools that involve crossposting on FB (very helpful).

IT DOESN"T WORK

What do you like best about the product?
Like all CRM's it does track progress. But since it doesn't work as advertised it's very frustrating.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone auto dial hasn't worked since last week. NO communication except they acknowledge the problem. NO Follow up at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frustrating using this when it doesn't work as advertised.
