I currently use Hub Spot for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hub Spot is good for keeping in contact with your customers. The service offers several components that make managing your customers efficient. There are tools like chat and forms that are great to have for a small company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find myself using Hub Spot less frequently. I am not completely satisfied with the segmentation of the contact list. The price for the app starts out great but jumps exponentially if you want to take advantage of other features. The starter pack is affordable starting at $50 per month but jumps to $400 a month for the next tier. The marketing portion is good but needs tweaking to make it more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, I am not experiencing the ROI for this app. I've used the marketing email portion quite a bit but I am not seeing conversions. Initially, the chat function was utilized quite a bit by customers in the beginning but no one is using the chat function currently. I also use forms but no one is using the forms to sign up for our products and services.

I like the ease of use. Its very easy to create deals, tasks and sync them with other tools.

Needs to be automated. When I select demo held, should be an opp created automatically.

Staying Organized & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates & sequences, sending emails is easier than ever before. The ability to check when people have interacted/clicked on my emails is incredibly helpful for my position.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be some glitches. I often get notifications that someone is clicking on an article I sent, when it's clear that's not the correct associated contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ultimately helping me understand the best ways to engage with my potential prospects, through scheduled sequences & templates. Hubspot helps me stay organized & efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful aspects of HubSpot is the ability to see who is viewing the emails being sent out and when which allows timely follow-ups to be made.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to get overwhelmed with task creation and follow-up due to limited ability to apportion out tasks on your schedule without micromanaging each task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps provide a solution to the all-present sales problem of who to reach out to. With the email tracking and marketing capabilities built into HubSpot it allows it be a one stop shop of being able to reach out to warm leads at the right time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an inbound marketing CRM HubSpot is a strong contender.
So much more than a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Too many thing to list! I particularly like the fact that we can pre qualify inbound leads automatically and schedule tasks to keep on top of daily activity. I love the fact that it works seamlessly with our website and we can see when customers revisit our site and we can see what they look at, enabling us to target our sales activity to the warmest leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using it for 4 months and have not found anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now prioritise by creating lists tailored to different groups of prospects. Such as open deals and new customers.
Great user experience
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is incredibly easy to learn, and helped us automate email sends, landing page builds, and email list creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email design on Hubspot can be pretty static, and you will need to know HTML to do more complex templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email outreach and landing page building without having to wait for development work. Great for last minute campaigns.

Hubspot is the industry standard for a reason! Has all the marketing automation tools you need to help with lead generation.

What do you like best about the product?
That in this way I manage to contact all the clients, practical and easy to use. I had never used this tool before, it is simply the best investment a company can make for its employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has intermittencies but this does not hinder the work.

It is one of the best CRMs since I have worked in companies where they develop their own CRM, and honestly, this one surpasses it.
Hubspot is a Multifunctional CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The task function makes it very easy to keep track of and manage your pipeline. I actually like the automated 5th Day of Trial tasks and the 48 Hours left in trial tasks because if I accidentally forget to create a task for one of my leads it's puts them back in line with my Pipeline, however I wish it would only send me those notifications if I forgot to make a task for them and not just randomly do it for some of my deals, 85% of which normally already have a task assigned to them for that day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial to update/upgrade the platforms ability to filter your pipeline and deals. One thing that does not work on the platform is when occasionally contacts get associated with the wrong deals for your pipeline. It is also frustrating that there is a limit to the number of contacts that you can have in the system. It is frustrating that the deals don't autofill as paid when a customer pays like a contact does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very annoying that anytime I send an email from any of my emails on my computer the person I sent the email to gets a Welcome to our company type email and then advertising emails all the time. It is beneficial that when I email a potential new client a contact is created for them and they are assigned to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great CRM to track, maintain, and manage your pipeline. The platform is very easy to use and very easy to manage. Their tools help you to keep track of and manage your day to day.

Reminds me of all of the tasks I have, and there is a check and balance with the deal board to make sure nothing slips through the cracks

Not being able to text through it. When bugs occur and we have to shut down our sales team for the day.

Bringing on a lot of leads from online and offline sources

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect Hubspot to my Gmail account allows me to save so much time when replying to my company's clients. It is convenient and gives me the time to focus on other tasks throughout the day. Would recommend to everyone dealing with clients.

I would like the abiltiy to create folders within folders to moe easily group templates together.

Massive time saver as I am in contact with dozens of clients throughout the day. Helps to more effectively and efficiently contact the company's clients.
