Best way to track your sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Its best is you can track your inbounds and outbounds and also your sales and marketing.
it is easy an dhas access to everyone in the company.

it requires internet connectivity.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has no problems at all, only one thing is sometimes it takes a lot of time to upload.
I'm solving all my problems of tracking my sales team and knowing which lead is in which stage.
I have benefited a lot as to how i can value my sales guys and thier work.

A CRM every sales rep must use at least once in a lifetime to experience the best results
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has many features in it and it purely understands the need of a Sales rep and know how to solve it. I was unable to understand the flow and how it actually works in the beginning but trust me I started loving it after I became comfortable and used to it. It almost became a one-stop solution for me to handle everything within just this single platform whether it is for managing contacts, sending out personalized emails with the help of templates, managing all kind of email templates at one place, making calls, keeping notes during the call, set reminders or any other sales things. It has all of them in there and I have just became addicted to this one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing or feature that I dislike about Hubspot. I personally like it too much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is saving my lot of time to wander for things here and there and bring it to one place. It's searching feature is very strong, powerful and helpful which helps you find out any email, contacts, templates or appointment details within your fingertips within a small amount of time at one place which has made me a lot more productive than I use before using hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would surely suggest other sales representative out there to give it a try and compare their experience using hubspot with the other CRMs themselves and decide on their own.
Great if you have multiple uses for it
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to kickoff email sequences to potential clients is great. I love being able to see how many times clients have opened emails and looked through things to see where we are getting extra clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to learn it's very overwhelming- I have been going through videos for what seems like forever and I still do not understand all the capabilities there are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits would be greater if we used the tool more, as of now we have minimal use with it so we our value is not where it should be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get the training, only two people in our office did and they quit so all knowledge was lost.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need to organize, track, and nurture your relationships with leads and customers. It's 100% free. I like the customer service tools to help you connect with customers, exceed their expectations, and turn them into promoters that grow your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find accessing each contact's information and see every interaction you've already had can be confuing. Use this data to create hyper-targeted campaigns that close more deals is more work than I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining insight into your entire funnel to see which marketing assets are working the hardest, and to show how marketing impacts the bottom line.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using it because it is free! If you like it buy the extra features! If you do not have anything for CRM try this before any other service.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is essential for tracking emails, and I've recommended it to lots of folks over the years as being really key for this purpose. There are lots of tools within Hubspot that you can use that are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is almost sometimes a little too convoluted, and some of my efforts to use it from an 'above and beyond' level haven't worked out exactly as I had hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track email opens has been crucial to me, and it certainly gives me some awareness as to whether or not my messages are being read.

There's a lot to unpack here, and it's helpful to make sure you know exactly what you want to use this for.
The Best CRM Tool Out There!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so easy to use thanks to the customer service and overall user friendly setup of the program. One of the perks is definitely the scalable service to fulfill any and all requirements that your company may need, no matter the size.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot isn't cheap, so that would be the main negative. Also if you are coming from a small business like myself, some of the offerings might be more than you are looking for initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a lone marketing professional for a quickly growing medical practice, I needed a way to track who was visiting my site, my progress, and helpful social media planning tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you have the budget for Hubspot, I would recommend this product hands down. The ease of use, dependability of customer service staff, plus they really try to hear what you need when designing your package. I can not say enough good things about this product.

Good Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to keep all of the marketing materials I write in one central place. It makes it easy to keep a central record of all marketing communications internally and for our clients. It has great drag and drop design tools for landing pages and emails. The blog tools are generally easy to use. They provide good customer service and quick answers to questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar on Hubspot is somewhat limited in what types of events it can hold. The social tools are more limited than scheduling directly through Facebook or a tool like Hootsuite, but it does make it easy to share existing assets to social. Many of the interfaces are a little clunky and difficult to use, such as task scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us publish marketing communications and messages through multiple channels from one central hub.

I think Hubspot can be a great tool for marketing BUT I will say they can be a good source for marketing and advertising coaching if you're just starting out.

There's no constructive criticism. They're "YES" men.

They're helping us stay on track for our marketing which is something our team really needs.

I'd like to see them give a little bit of constructive criticism. Not every idea is a good idea. They are the experts. I think this kind of feedback would be beneficial for my team.

What do you like best about the product?
As a business development specialist, using Hubspot makes my day so much easier and more organized. It tracks all my phone calls and emails so I have each contact's history at my finger tips. By being able to put all my notes, tasks and reminders in one place, I never miss anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they sometimes do maintenance in the middle of the day when I most require Hubspot.

Having Hubspot enables the whole company to have access to all the detailed information in one place. There are so many benefits that come from that.

Once you start using Hubspot, it's difficult to go back to another CRM!
