Great system and excellent automation!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has helped me and my team automate our sales process. With templates, ability to enroll in sequences, as well as tasks, this CRM has truly made our day to day work more efficient and reduced manual tasks that take up time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent glitches in Hubspot that can affect the usability of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see when prospects open my emails; automation of scheduling meetings; logging calls made easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to track movement and stay on top of prospects through the configurable grids, tasks and alert functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to remove contacts automatically when disqualifying them through a call disposition. Contact will stay in the list and must be manually skipped or manually deleted from the list grid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking email activity with prospects and tasking important actions. Eliminating the risk of actions falling through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create templates has saved so much time when it comes to making sales. The process is simple and the time it saves is priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There simply isn't a single thing I dislike about Hub Spot. In fact, I am learning more benefits of this CRM daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all client information at my fingertips has been amazing. NO MORE searching through endless notes and papers. The biggest benefit has been the time it saves.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really that only advice I have is that if you are considering Hub Spot, DO NOT HESITATE. You will not be sorry

What do you like best about the product?
Templates on HubSpot are a game changer. Saves so much time and are personalized to our clients. Easy editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many crashes and email delays sometimes. That bug can be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting a HubSpot score and having all the information in the activity section of the timeline helps us to prioritize our leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The template portion of the CRM is the greatest function. I like that it keeps track of all the contacts and automatically adds new ones who send e-mails. The tasks option is great for keeping me in line with remembering who to reach out to and when. The quality of the support received is great. Whenever we have had an issue - support usually works with us to figure out how we can make the situation better. The functionality of the documents is great because it allows us to see who has clicked on the link - how long they have viewed it for - and how many times they have opened it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the features were a bit more detailed and easier to sort.
Wish the Deals section had more function for customization.
Would like the dashboard to be more personalized to my status as opposed to the whole team.

Streamlining Leads and keeping track of contacts, emails.

Its a great platform for sales and keeping contacts handy - which can be accessed from any computer that has internet access. Great tool for working from home and on the road.
One of the Best CRMs I have Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows are fluid. For the most part the site is fairly user friendly and has plenty of options that will work for just about any business model. I've used ZoHo before but Hubspot has them beat as this point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have attachments saved to template emails. I also wish that when I make a call - the call time and length was automatically logged into hubspot and that a window would pop up during the call for me to make notes ON THE SPOT or POST CALL.

Workflow & Data Management --- confidence that are data is secure.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Sequences has saved a huge amount of time when it comes to following up leads. We can set an automated sequence of 5 personalised emails to send at different times if that customer doesn't get back in touch with us. This has increased our sales success and potential for sales, whilst saving time due to the automated process. The free knowledge transfer and recommendations from HubSpot are also really influential, especially for inbound marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The full integration with calendars and email is simple if you have a Gmail account, but is trickier if you have independant emails. We can get our emails synced up and use the Outlook integration well, but you can only get the Calendar integration to work if you create a full Gmail account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy for all users to understand and use, but can be customized if needed. The contact timeline and deal filters are my favorite features of the CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The way to manage customer interactions is super helpful. I can create a lists of contacts with filters, then adjust columns to view last activity and lead status. Once I get into a single contact I can then pin the most important status to quickly review where I am at with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks can get out of hand quickly, it would be nice to filter tasks or have them broken into subheadings. Ie, filtering out tasks that are assigned from Sequences or creating task view for high priority contacts/companies only
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me organized by letting me view lists of contacts or companies in any capacity that I can filter in. It helps me create target prospecting lists for my territory
Best Sales software I have used
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot for the past 2 years. After working with other sales software (without mentioning names), I highly recommend it. The level of proficiency in the tools and the customer care is unmatched. It provides multiple features that makes my daily tasks much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call feature is hard to figure out and I have faced trouble with it in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a remote worker for my company, and dealing with various time zones, HubSpot has helped me organize my daily work flow by sending me email reminders of tasks when due. The details on the contact page indicating where, when and how a deal has submitted an inquiry makes it much easier to follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time I save using Hubspot templates, auto email marketing and auto social media postings. I also love the customer insight of what my customers are doing with my marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to retype company info for new contacts under a parent company. It is duplication of efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest gain has been knowing when clients are opening my emails and getting reports of individual activities. This has allowed me to follow up on hot leads and increase my conversion. I have also saved time by using the templates with sales documents imbed feature.

Try the free demo and the phone application. Also ask the chat feature a question on how to do something. They are great!
