What do you like best about the product?
The client's dashboard is designed very simply and information is very easy to find and update
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far! It provides the information I need to adequately communicate with clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting a lot of bounce back but then when i go into the CRM i realize that the email bounced the first time and then went through the second time but I wasn't sent an email notification that the bounce back was corrected - this would reduce my stress levels

What do you like best about the product?
The value you get for Hubspot CRM is unmatched and is a perfect CRM for a growing business. Everything you need is provided from sequencing to workflows and much more for any team from Sales to Marketing to use and find value.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are error's here and there on the CRM from issues loading account pages and sometimes sending mass sequences out that nay need to be broken down to smaller chunks. This is not a frequent problem but does happen from time to time and can halt productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily being able to track all customer interactions adds efficiency and productivity that would not be possible otherwise. Benefits include more touch points daily and more customized interactions based on passed interactions easily accessed through Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this tool because of the ease that allows me to communicate with a large number of clients while dealing with other tasks. There are so many positive things that HubSpot has that he would have to write a long text of his things in favor. In general, HubSpot is very easy to use, and I highly recommend it for all those business owners whether small or large business. You will not regret this magnificent software.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I like to talk about the good features of these work tools, in this case I find it necessary to comment on something I don't like about this software and that is the way in which email chains are shown is a bit confusing and waste my time trying to identify the email I need to read. And as always another against this software is the high cost of its prices when it comes to a small or medium business. Finally, another element that should change is the ability to assign sequences in a workflow instead of just marketing emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems that was solved was that customers respond using the sequences in addition to being able to manage my clients in a more efficient way has passed to a completely new level with this software. Now I can maximize my time and I don't need to remember all my history with people and make every hour more productive at work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you manage a large number of Clients, this tool is the one for you, since it allows you to remember the history with each client and be able to send them emails through this excellent software. The way it integrates the sales and Marketing options is something that makes it unique compared to other similar software in the market. This software presents the user with an excellent interface and functionality. I recommend it with closed eyes.

Great for Small Business Owners

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot made it simple for me to manage my customer's preferences, account history, and marketing activities. It took one less worry away from my every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I loved HubSpot as a small business owner but I wouldn't feel confident in recommending it to those running a large enterprise. That's the only thing to really dislike from my perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot brought together disparate or sometimes, unknown, customer information and made it easy for us to know and understand our customers. We've been able to upsell into accounts and are seeing improved customer retention rates.

What do you like best about the product?
The deal tracking tools in the sales tool are awesome and easy to setup and use. I love being able to see all communication with a specific customer about any specific deal with one click. I also really like how easy it is to log and sort prospects and clients. Finally - the outreach tool is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small things; the tool will search for duplicate contacts when you enter them; but it doesn't search for duplicate deals. It's annoying you can't add a contact when you're logging a meeting if the contact is not already in the CRM. I'm being nit picky - none of this is really a big deal. The really big deal is I need the ability to log ONLY certain emails from clients to certain deals in the CRM. Right now emails log to all deals associated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so much better tracking of our outreach; sales deals and clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a competent in house administrator for HubSpot who is comfortable manipulating fields/parameters.

What do you like best about the product?
I most like how easy it is to configure a sequence but also personalise that message before it is sent. The sales tool has helped me to manage and engage with my prospects. It also works well with my other tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the import data feature, I wish it was easier to manage contacts and companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales to help automate and track messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our customer service team, shipping & receiving team, and sales & marketing teams can all review the most updated communication with a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the option of bulk merging companies.
I would also like the option to see duplicate companies without searching individually so I can manage to merge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a few sales reps who have issues with the Outlook add-in. Is disappears after they restart their computers. This is time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like most about the service provided by HubSpot is that thanks to it I can get many sequences when sending the emails and know if the person has seen the message or not to not repeat the emails to the same person Since thanks to HubSpot I have increased a high amount of sending emails thanks to it, it is a great software that allows you to increase the productivity of your business, as well as I love how you can call a contact directly from your contact record in the CRM, record it, take notes and see all the information in front of you while you talk to it. It can also be integrated with your Gmail and Office 365 and it tracks the performance, interactions, productivity and more of the sales representative. Easy to write templates and sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of HubSpot CRM there is not much that I do not like, only that there are 1 things that I dislike and is that I only have the capacity to only send 150 sequences a day and something that I would like is that I had integration with Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM has helped me increase the amount of potential customers that I generate, especially when analyzing a comparison before when we did not have HubSpot as a resource, it has also helped us increase sales by maintaining frequent communication with our customers and helping to know who has seen our emails and who has not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubpot is definitely a great CRM for the beginning of each company as it is easy to use and navigate, has excellent support to answer all your questions and facilitates integrations to ensure the growth of your company.
