Intuitive Sales Hub with Powerful Pipeline Tracking, Automation, and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and quick to adopt
HubSpot is one of the most intuitive sales platforms I’ve used. Sales reps can get started fast without heavy training, which boosts adoption and helps keep pipeline data accurate.
Excellent pipeline and deal tracking
The pipeline view is clean, visual, and genuinely effective. Deal stages, tasks, notes, and communication history are all easy to manage in one place, which makes it simpler to stay organized and keep deals moving forward.
Strong email + meeting workflow
Sales Hub really stands out with tools such as email templates and tracking, meeting links with calendar sync, sequences for outreach automation, and built-in logging of conversations and activities. Together, these features make it easier for sales teams to streamline follow-ups without losing personalization.

With the right tier, Sales Hub offers automation for tasks, deal stage updates, and internal routing. The reporting dashboards are also strong, making it straightforward to monitor pipeline health, rep activity, and forecasting performance.

Centralizes sales activities and pipeline tracking in one place, making it easier to stay organized. It reduces manual follow-up through sequencing and automation, so routine outreach takes less effort. Rep productivity improves thanks to templates and built-in meeting scheduling that streamline day-to-day work. It also provides clearer pipeline visibility, which helps with forecasting accuracy. Overall, its ease of use increases CRM adoption across the team.

The way HubSpot manages deals and displays stages truly sets it apart. Its navigation is exceptional, and the intuitive user experience stands out as far superior to that of its competitors.

list of complicate tools that doesnt require and automation is still basic version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary reason we at Creative Solutions use HubSpot is for its sales CRM capabilities. It excels at tracking each individual customer's journey, from lead generation all the way to conversion. The product is very easy to use, and it saves us a significant amount of time that would otherwise be spent on manual tracking.
A reliable CRM that simplifies sales tracking and performance management

The feature such as Centralized and able to integrate with any CRM is what i see as a best feature in this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything to dislike except some features are locked for high tier.

Usually tracking leads, follow ups, and deal progress across different tools was time consuming and inconsistent. With Sales Hub, everything is centralized in the CRM, making it much easier to monitor sales activities, measure performance, and keep the team aligned. This tool helps our sales team to monitor their sales activities much easier and allow our tech team to integrate with CRM Easily.

I like HubSpot Sales Hub most for its ease of use and how everything is centralized in one place. It makes managing deals, tracking communication, scheduling follow ups, and maintaining visibility across the sales pipeline very straightforward. The automation, email tracking, and CRM integration help save time, reduce manual work, and ensure no leads slip through the cracks, which makes it easier to stay focused on closing and relationship building.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub. If anything, some advanced features take a bit of time to fully explore and set up, but the platform provides great documentation and support to make that process easier. Overall, the benefits far outweigh any minor learning curve.

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of scattered sales activities by bringing contacts, deals, emails, follow ups, and reporting into one centralized platform. It reduces manual tracking, improves visibility across the pipeline, and ensures consistent follow up with prospects. This has helped me stay organized, respond faster, prioritize the right opportunities, and ultimately close deals more efficiently.

Sometimes the import process for new companies with an excel can be a trial and error process

Time-Saving Yet Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for prospecting and managing deals, and I find it helpful for managing pipelines and contacts. It records calls with AI transcripts, which is really useful. I like the task and deal pipeline views and management options because they save me time and ensure I don't miss crucial communication opportunities, helping me close deals quicker and more effectively. The initial setup was fairly simple, not too difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be simplified in some areas, they are so many different views and options it can sometimes be overwhelming. The prospecting dashboard, for example, I find overly complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage my pipeline and contacts, record calls with AI transcripts, and it saves me time by preventing missed communication, helping me close deals faster.
Onboarding Delays and Billing Issues Undermine Usability & Performance
What do you like best about the product?
The platform becomes very user-friendly once you have completed onboarding and the automations have been properly customized and set up. Also ease of integration with Air Call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disappointed with this experience. We moved forward with HubSpot CRM and their recommended onboarding partner, but onboarding dragged on for weeks despite constant follow-ups. Billing continued as normal, with only a 10-day grace period, and our account was suspended before we were ever able to fully use the platform. Extremely frustrating when delays are outside the customer’s control. Hoping HubSpot addresses this gap.

Our business is currently very manual and hands-on, which limits our growth.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track and follow up with my assigned customers, and I find it great for keeping records of check-ins and maintaining up-to-date information. It solves the problem of having all customer information and communications in one place. What I like most is that it's very intuitive and easy to use. It's a more efficient and complete tool compared to what we used before. The initial setup was super easy and took less than 10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't send bulk emails unless you use the marketing add-on.
