Great CRM, very straight forward, could use more filtering features
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and straight forward Hubspot is. While it still has bells and whistles, I love the ease of use and organized layout that makes it easy to find exactly what I need to do and do it quickly. I absolutely love how easy it is to log calls & emails, and then add tasks based off of my logged materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough filtering features (or maybe just not some of the right ones) that allow me to organize my leads and reporting in the best way for my company. Automation in Hubspot could use more customization as well. For example, it's very hard to organize exactly who you want to receive certain emails and when they should stop getting the automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives us an avenue to organize our leads and reach out to people who want to use our products. The stripe feature allows us to differentiate between who has paid for our product and who is still just trying it out. For the people that we reach out to, Hubspot makes it so easy to log and track every single point of contact, and then create the most relevant tasks for myself so that my communication with my customers is efficient, effective, and not a waste of their time.
First time CRM user
What do you like best about the product?
There are many features that make HubSpot user friendly. It didn't take me long at all to figure it out - I was able to navigate it myself after just a few days. Being able to filter by different categories is extremely helpful when trying to find the right leads/customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can run a little slow sometimes, but other than that I haven't found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to contact lots of customers efficiently with the CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me to achieve my goals faster and with greater ease. The ability to search for companies and contacts on a number of different fields saves so much time and helps jog my memory. I use the template function almost every day. The ability to create various templates to choose from and to add personalisation coupled with the ability to create queued tasks means I can automate my communications with clients and other stakeholders. Plus Hubspot tells me when these emails have been opened and how often, so I know exactly when to follow up! The competitive side in me is always excited to track my personal performance as well as benchmark myself against my colleagues!
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to be able to see the geographical breakdown of where people have opened my emails.
With the rise of MNC's it would be nice to have a company field distinguishing different countries branches or offices from one another.

1) helps me stay organised with tasks
2) helps me to understand the relationship or communications my colleagues have had with a firm/company
3) by organising calls, emails and the like per contact or per the company gives me an audit trail
4) the integration and tracking function with gmail is so useful and insightful
5) The automation tools such as the templat4es save me time
6) the phone app is a great addition to source info on the go or send emails from your phone that have your email signiture.

Make sure you watch the videos and read the tips that come through... The more time you spend learning Hiubspot features the more benefit you can derive!

What do you like best about the product?
The email template builder in Hotspot has allowed me to create custom emails for every situation my client's need.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no dislikes about Hotspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track who opens emails and when they click the links in the emails so I can prioritize hotter leads down to older leads.

If you are looking for a quality CRM suited to all of your business needs, Hotspot will meet those needs and their team is always available to help.
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to manage all of my leads in a simple and easy to use CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently our club must manually update each lead when converting to sales through another software, Datatrack
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, mass email, easy scheduling.
Simple and effective tool which has massively increased productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Since making the switch to hubspot and building it to our liking, I've noticed productivity has improved tenfold. It's great to go through tasks of the day and work your way through them as you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes as such but when using Hubspot on Chrome, it can be a bit slower than other websites. However, I appreciate it's a heavy system to load and process everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from and maintaining records through Excel spreadsheets. Appointments were being missed, documents were not being saved and it got messy!

Go for it! The time and hassle spent in our old way of working has been reduced.
Multi functional
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to log details on communication, include notes, set tasks under every client. Also, reporting is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regular failures and unexpected updates that limit use/access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping better track of client communication and the deals created or each. It's easier to manage a large client base with a system like this.

What do you like best about the product?
It help me keep track on ALL my interactions with my customers / potential customers. It gives me a very powerfull tool to reach out and keep track of what have been said / done on the specific customer. With the marketing and sales module combined, i dont ever "loose" potential customers, because of the ability to build automatic sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
i have found a few bugs. 1: i cant search on the phonenumber of a company. it need to be associated with a contact, before i cant find it using the serach engine.
2: when making a bropwser call, if i start ther call from the company "page", and in goes into the contact during the call, i cant hang up. It does hang up, meaning that the customer connection is shut down. Problem is that it continues to show "red calling sign" on top of the screen, counting down, until i refresh the page. Then all is back to normal. Not a big problem, but annoying to look at.

keeping track of customers / potential customers. MUCH better chances of not missing out on potential leads, because i can keep track of everything, and set up automatic feautures

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI of the CRM, I've used other CRM systems extensively, but hubspot does a great job of providing many integrations, while also incorporating a very user friendly UI. The reporting abilities and customization have allowed me to keep a better record of my own goals, and see the performance of my team around me. I love the ability to see if someone's opened my email, and the sequence creator + templates makes it easy to send large personalized emails at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more customizations for how a company/ contact is displayed in my hubspot. Under a company profile, I can only see 5 names of contacts at a company before the rest are put into "view 17 more contacts". I wish I could have all of my contacts displayed on the sidebar with a small notification to see who I've recently contacted, so I don't have to scroll through all the emails I've sent, and I could select contacts easier. To save space, the email/phone of the contact doesn't need to be displayed, if you could select a contact and choose between 3 small buttons of "email, call, or task" this would save a lot of time on my end. I also wish I could have the ability to make lists of those who have opened my emails, and have the list automatically populate and tell me how many times they've opened it. An aggregate of this data like "Company A has had 6 people open with 2 clicks" would be very helpful for an inbound strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending more emails. An inbound strategy where I can make more focused calls by telling who opened my emails. Easy sourcing of new contacts. Integrating my slack channels and tracking across all of my integrations. Tasks has been a great way for me to make sure I'm following up with everyone I can.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! Especially if you're a smaller company looking to track your relationships with larger companies.
