What do you like best about the product?
The possibility ti make email marketing automation using the workflows and to create tasks for the sales managers

The fact that if we want to personalize the forms we can't change the colors of error messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It semplified the management of the clients. We can use messages and planify calls periodicly

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the layout and being able to see the movement of our deals across the board clearly. This allows for a good oversight of where there is a blockage in our funnel.

Sometimes the reports section can be non-intuitive. Fortunately, there is a large amount of resource to learn while using

We have been able to track our flow, as well as managing all of our systems in one place
Easy way to track call logs and notes
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track accounts. It's segregated per name and other details inputted.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can easily edit or delete logs without notice. It's hard to see if it's been tampered with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps categorize and put together the information. Also easier to categorize and review past details.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Categorize the information accordingly to have an easier time looking for them later on. You can also integrate here your email and other software to have better tracking about the information you input it. You should also make use of the graphs and other data points to utilize the software.
Easy, Intuitive Relationship Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is quick to setup and start using. It's a very clean, intuitive relationship tracking tool that we use to manage our email contacts, outreach efforts, and relationship triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. There's enough functionality for what we need. And the Beta version also integrates with Facebook Messenger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it easier for us to collaborate on outreach efforts. As a team, we're better able to track who we've contact, when, and what happened as a result of the exchange.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is pretty intuitive to start using. It's great as a team tool for keeping track of a large database of customers and contacts.
A legit all-in-one CRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that almost everything you need can be found in Hubspot, especially the free courses. It helps you scale up and skill up, all while you wait for your next task. It's super easy and intuitive, I love it!
They also listen to customer feedback, which really says a lot with how they value their customer's opinions. I remember leaving feedback about their courses, and they pulled through. :)

What do you dislike about the product?
There are admittedly some things that can still be worked on, like in sequences. I've used reply.io, and I found it easier to add leads there. With the Hubspot sequence, I have to manually add and approve each of my contacts, which makes it tedious especially if I want to add a ton of 'em at once. Filtering appears to be a work in progress as well. I find it easier to work with Pipedrive or a custom CRM, where I can easily filter it by last touch, last date (or a specific date) with the drop down menus. Some of the filters we need doesn't exactly show on the default options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, bridging the gap between our customers and our sales process. After watching Hubspot's Social Selling course, we've created tasks for ourselves to connect with them on LinkedIn and other social media, which has been easily and automatically saved by the CRM. So that saved us time and also a lot of leads in the process. :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have the best customer service, and they really listen to the needs of their customers. They are very hands on to their clients, and really offer a whole lot of value into their products-- from the courses to the integrations-- they've really come a long way from where they started. And they make sure you're part of that growth 100%.
Decent CRM for free
What do you like best about the product?
It does a decent job with basic contact management and the email tie ins are nice

the reporting is no better or worse than salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i used CRM to try and help me close more sales deals and stay on top of lead generation. The main benefit is that its free.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its fine as a CRM but you're not going to be able to make it do anything like salesforce or an enterprise CRM if you don't also use Hubspot for marketing automation. That is expensive, this CRM is basically just a way for them to give cheap people something for free in exchange for your data.

I like that the information I receive and share with my customers are readily available

I dislike that my calls are transcribed, it just feels a little invasive

I realize that there is a lot that I miss when talking with my customers, this CRM makes it easy not to miss so much
Hubspot Keeps It Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the Email Sequences as well as the different reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have a more friendly interface. Can be difficult maneuvering around sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track all my emails and utilizing the sequences to really increase the volume and speed of my prospecting.

It gets the job done and has all of the tools you will need. Could use a face-lift in terms of U/X
Extremely manual, but one of the most realistic and helpful CRMs for a start up

I dislike how manual everything is to set up people in my company for success. It needs more automated features it makes me feel like I coded an entire software just to get us up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the issue of tracking how well our email outreach is and how to make sure sales team members aren't stepping on each others toes. It's very helpful to take a team that was completely unorganized to a team that can actively see if someone is working on an account. HubSpot helps us make sure there is no overlap in communication with clients.

Utilize the help button on the right for any questions, the team is knowledgable and can at least point you in the right direction if they can't answer your question specifically.

What do you like best about the product?
Previously we've used more than 5 services to do the same thing, that we're doing currently with HubSpot. As a result we avoid from numerous integrations that sometimes make real nightmares.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some obvious features that still aren't available on HubSpot like lists for companies. Also it would be nice to see here more Customer Success related features, like customer health calculation option.
