The experience is satisfying

What do you like best about the product?
Probably the feature i enjoy the most is, enrolling multiple contacts into a sequence. Also the ''token'' feature is quite handy, as well as call option, creating meetings, directly adding a meeting link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when importing a file with contacts, HubSpot often enough changes the company name displayed in the file to the company's URL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did implement some other types of calls, but unfortunately were unable to solve the problem mentioned above.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to familiarize with all of the options available, and that may come in handy.

Robust CRM Platform for Any size Business

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to try out the hubspot crm platform with our website first to see if it were a good fit with our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there are so many options and tools to track and manage customers, it can be overwhelming to figure it all out at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just starting to collect customers info such as email address to market to them in the future and establish a relationship with potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is easy to use and makes my job a lot easier. I can easily see the touch points made by my team with any of our clients
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for us to easily import and export all our deals, call memos from our existing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a single unified view of all touch points and interactions with our clients allowing us to provider better service

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to consistently create quality notes for future emails/calls and meetings. I can't tell you how many times I scroll over all the email history and note history before I reach out. Extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 1 by 1 enrolling into sequences does take a little longer than other CRMs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing your time, I can send out Sequences and have emails automatically reach out to clients so I can focus on calling potential clients using the notes we've created from months prior.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will help you build a better organization for future generations by consolidating all your emails, calls, meetings

Versatile CRM but leaves a little to be desired

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is very simple to navigate and allows for a good amount of customization. I like how they have rearranged the layout itself to look almost more like a social page with the activity in the center like a newsfeed. It also ties directly into our Marketing team's strategies in capturing MQL's to keep everything living in one uniform place. HubSpot comes with an E-mail campaign (Sequences) feature built in unlike other CRM's that I've used that require plugins. The G-mail Chrome extension makes it very simple for me to keep a record of my E-mail activity. The same goes for our phone call plugin through Dialpad. We also use a Panda Doc plugin to attach our live contracts and agreements to our deals which is nice to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that HubSpot does not have the greatest reporting features and functionality. In many cases, our team needs to run numbers manually to compare specific reports in order to forecast correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to read and track E-mail clicks and opens is very helpful for us to understand the success rate of our marketing campaigns and email campaigns. Obviously, the benefits of a client tracking system goes without saying.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like any other platform, I would suggest looking into the features that you need to make sure that you have all of the tools necessary at your disposal. We learn more and more about using HubSpot more effectively every day.

What do you like best about the product?
I've recently started a small business and needed a platform to organize leads. HubSpot has been THE lifesaver! It is way more user friendly. It makes prospecting move along much more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often work with Open Office spreadsheet files as well as Excel files. The Open Office files do not load into HubSpot as cleanly as the Excel spreadsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time and I'm much more organized. Before I was just using a spreadsheet. HubSpot is much more user friendly. Additionally, it allows for great scaling as I grow my business.

Once I land clients and am ready to bill, HubSpot has been so much more professional than my previous amateur practices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research on WHY you need a CRM. Compare similar products and figure out what YOU need. THat said, HubSpot seems as though it could serve many different businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it automatically connects companies with contacts as well as all the tools to help reach to prospects faster and better (sequences, templates, tracking)
What do you dislike about the product?
For big target accounts, it's difficult to create "sub-companies" to better organize your contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me get my comapanie's value proposition out there. It helped me connect with prospects from all over North America. My sales pipeline is much bigger thanks to that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perfect if you're looking to bring marketing and sales together. Especially good when targeting SMB.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences helped us a lot to increase our conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX needs some improvement. I think that the Save button is not intuitive in many places. Also the CRM is a bit slow sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our Sales team to menage our Sales pipeline in an efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of the free version is superb and could work with that on its own. But now have upgraded to the professional version and not regretting it one bit. Cannot recommend Hubspot highly enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, cant find any. If you take the free version, you have noting to lose and loads to gain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, Marketing, Sales pipeline, PPC, email campaigns, loads

If you are reviewing CRM systems this must be in contention. fully functional, scalable and adaptable.

Really helpful for keeping a track on leads

What do you like best about the product?
Every minute detail is being captured and can be reviewed on a later date by anyone. That is the best part. We are still exploring it to get the best out of it. A lot of things can be managed which is really interesting about the app
What do you dislike about the product?
While running a sequence there should be a tracker to keep track of the contacts who have opened, unsubscribed. all we can see is the percentage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regular follow up with the leads helps us to be more persistent. transparency with the leads and lead status.
