A strong CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity for tracking leads and their associated sources, automation via workflows, integrated knowledge base, blog creation and content tracking and ease of updating our public website. Account management is also a strong feature, we have regular contact with our manager and regularly get included in beta programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality is more limited that I would want. I often find the specific reports that I want are tricky or impossible to create - funnels in particular have some limitations. Unlike Salesforce, where everything is possible if you have a developer, with Hubspot you have to accept what is provided with its limitations. This can be frustrating but is improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving a few problems - attribution and recording of leads for marketing, running our blog, sales activity and outreach and the customer success side of the business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Detail your reporting requirements clearly before appraising Hubspot and look for specific reports to be created to make sure that it does what you want.
To me - HubSpot is one of the most User-Friendly tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tips that you give while writing a sequence. I like the possibility to track all the emails and keep progress - Therefore, the dashboards are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see on a individually contact base on what links they clicked and in which email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just helps a lot with my timemanagement, I always follow up the high quality leads myself. But being able to automate emails with sequences just save me a lot of time.

Watch the videos. It will really help you understand how to use HubSpot in the best and most effective way possible.
Best CRM I have used & Excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has the best customer service I have ever experienced. There is always someone available to assist and explain things in detail. Additionally, HubSpot Academy has a lesson for everything you could think of. I must say, this tool is very powerful and well thought out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no safari extension. (Yet, I believe)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of this CRM are vast - mass emailing, email tracking, contact profiling, user experience, courses, and so much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is well worth it. I have studied CRMs extensively and HubSpot is by far the best.
Sequence work
What do you like best about the product?
I would say the sequence functionality is one of the best tools out there. Its really easy to drive attendance to events, or keep in touch with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could pick an end date of an event and have your sequence work backwards from that. For example. I have a client who has a contract that ends July of 2020, I would like to select the sequence end date to happen in May/June and work everything backwards from that date. As it is now, I can only move forward. So in a templates sequence i would need to put it in my calendar on when to enroll in the sequence.

Overall Easy to use and polished
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is intuitive - I don't find myself clicking through tons of pages to find what I am looking for - I generally can find what I need in the first or second dropdown/page I select.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the "deals" and the "contacts" sections are easy to get confused - when I have a task on a deal I don't always recognize immediately that this is not on the contact itself. Since it might have its own activity list etc, I am often missing information that was on the contact that would have been helpful in completing the task that was on the deal. I wish there was a way to make this more obvious and/or share the activity between both better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
email tracking has been super helpful so I can use my regular inbox - this keeps me from having to use too many tools to do one task.
A CRM with a great philosophy
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of HubSpot's CRM is its ease of use. Not only is the user interface extremely friendly and self-documenting, but they have a really robust "free" version that allows people to experiment with their own free accounts, and tons of free online training and certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the marketing automation platform, some of the email creation features could be more flexible. The "welcome" email does not seem to have the same features as the "regular" marketing emails, and it's hard to copy one email to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to create an email newsletter, "Friday Goody Bag," and circulate it to work colleagues and personal friends without having to pay for an email marketing solution. Additionally, my company uses it. I was able to get intelligence about one of our leads using the HubSpot CRM.
Hubspot: easy to use & insightful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like that hubspot CRM seamlessly integrates with the Marketing Hub and Service Hub - it makes my role in marketing & inbound sales easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that they will change features and not tell you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the CRM to manage deals and leads, reporting has been pretty good and tracking the customer journey has been helpful.
Great customer service and product
What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I needed to speak with customer service they were more than willing to help me out. I spoke with them countless times through chat, and on the phone when I needed help. I also loved that the product had everything right there. I was able to set up a workflow with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization. Every company is different with what their needs are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using HubSpot CRM to set up workflows since setting up an email to send to our customers after something didn't always work. When we set up the workflow it was automatically sent out without any hesitation.
I just love hubspot I started using it for my personal projects aswell
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot UI is best, their support is extraordinary and workflow is nice overall I just love hubspot. I even completed 2 of their certifications
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not dislike but it would be good if I can undo workflow changes

We used hubspot for email campaign, sales activities and also hubspot free calling for international calls

Powerful Business Tool! Must Use
What do you like best about the product?
Using hubspot as our main sales CRM has really helped me stay on top of tasks and drive sales for my business. It's really clean and simple to use compared to other CRM systems out there. The Sequencing function has definitely been the most helpful tool to automate my prospecting and stay on top of mind to my prospects. The phone app is great and all the email open tracking and call logging makes everything organised and easy to know where everything is at. Overall great platform for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you cant bulk enrol contacts to sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising prospects, tracking and email follow ups.

Having used a few different CRM systems in the past, I can say I recommend using hubspot as it's functionality surpasses that of other CRM systems.
