Clean, Simple, Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot tools are very easy to use and straightforward. Easy to customize your content and create what you need with different options for both the content and the timing of how things are sent out. The email tracking is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am never able to get groups under the same domain to enroll in sequences correctly. Also there are a number of times when the tracking feature will incorrectly notify me of an action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increases my workflow and my ability to contact prospects. It has turned the work of one email into 4 or 5 and has increased the number of contacts I am able to reach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a quick tool to be able to work with prospects, create customizable content quickly, then this is a no brainer.

- The "opened email" notification in the top right-hand corner of my laptop can get distracting...but I could easily change the setting if I cared enough

Super convenient CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep everything in one place, there is no need to have hundreds of DBs with clients' info, follow-ups, correspondence, etc.
Sequences are my favorite tool in HubSpot CRM. I never forget to follow up with potential clients, CRM does it for me. It saves so much time!

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't notice anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I reach out to clients via emails and keep all information about them in CRM. All correspondence is tracked in HubSpot that makes it much easier to find everything that I need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate to use HubSpot especially if you hate to waste time. This CRM will save a lot of your precious time.

What do you like best about the product?
With CRM, the user is able to reach a vey wide and diverse range of customers while still being able to maintain a personal relationship with each contact. You can send information to multiple customers while maintaining personal touches and additional information that is specific to that contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM sometimes takes too long to update contact/company information and when there is a large number of contacts in the CRM, it can be tough to keep track and know which contacts take priority over which.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create a large number of contacts and get them all the same necessary information. I am solving the problem of blast/spam emailing by being able to add personal touches to each sequence that is sent out.

Update contact information as much as possible and make sure that everything is entered in correctly

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. It's simple to create templates and review their performance at each stage of your sequence making it easy to test specific aspects of sequences for efficacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that changes to sequences aren't applied to future-dated templates within a scheduled sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Hubspot CRM to ensure that we never lose contact with interested leads and existing customers. It's become much easier for us to create an effective sales cadence.

THE MOST USER-FRIENDLY CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is intuitive and extremely user friendly. Automated functions such as sequences enable staying touch and on someone's radar a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot could use a better way to "scrub" or cross reference accounts. Duplicates are easy to create, even with the most recent update. In the end an office phone number should be recognized by the system no matter how it is entered. This is really the only thing that could be improved upon.

Try it! Intuitive, automated, clean interface with a logical user-friendly approach.
All good just sometimes hubspot acts really funny.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything, just sometimes it shows notifications which doesn't makes sense as in people have not clicked and show clicked people have not opened it, it shows opened , if there is trail of mails and m replying to it shows number of times opened of previous mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, all good just try and make it perfect by notifying people when they open click etc.

Makes work easier , easy to follow up as well.
Sales Automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use HubSpot for sales automation. I like and use most the sequences, and I like how it eases my daily work as a sales development manager. The tool is easy to use, contacts easily found from database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe more configuration possibilities would make the use of HubSpot even better. Also, the reporting is not what I hope for. E.g. when reporting reply rates & open rates each month, the reporting calculates those wrongly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the sending of outbound and inbound campaigns to prospects so much easier than than only templates and manual emails. Lot of time saved, easy to track the performance of each sequence.
Happy with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
The best part- Extension for chrome, help us to get notified once they open our email. Integrated with multiple tools like salesforce, toky email etc. It makes my work easy with filters which is available on the contacts page. I have a detailed report on everyday activity which helps me to grow 1% every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
tracking of the location has been removed recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1 tool to gain knowledge and make me to remind the tasks for the day.

Hubspot Account Executive Sales Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy hubspot is to use from an account executive point of view. The queues and tasks truly help make everything easier in regard to calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike of hubspot is the reporting. Although they are easy to use, I feel as though they are limited in their abilities to pull specific reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all of my prospecting and quotes! I do not have the ability to keep everything in my mind, and this is truly helping.

If you are looking for an easy to use program, that will accomplish all of your needs in terms of a CRM and lead management, Hubspot is the way to go!I have used other CRM's in the past, and Hubspot is by far the easiest to use and learn.
