Hubspot Sequences

What do you like best about the product?
It is effiecient, very easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email windows are not very efficient when writing a personalized mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the customer data at once, making lists of leads, have them filtered by industries, and send different information about your company to related industries where in content is usually different. You can also have it automatically done by sequences.

Hubspot CRM Sequences Are the Way to Go

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, it's such a handy tool. It's easy to set up, to put in details, tweak here and there, and make it personalized for sending out large masses of timed emails. It takes the guessing game away from all of it. You customize each email, put a time and date you want the following messages to be sent out, and you're done! As someone who has sent out thousands of emails at once while I slept, it was a huge relief to know I can rely on the sequence to get the job done and done right without having to micromanage it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot I dislike about this. Originally, I had a hard time understanding the daily email sending limits and when they were reached, but HubSpot has since worked it out to notify the user when the limit is being reached, and notifies you ahead of time clearly so you're aware. I am a big fan of this feature!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send thousands of emails without actually having to sit there and send them out one by one. For sales, I can send follow up information and check-ins automatically without having to think about it. It's really been a great tool to have on my team!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're working a sales position, make sure not to leave unresponsive potential clients out for very long. Set up a new sequence, re-enroll them, and try to get that response rate up!

What do you like best about the product?
It's quite simple to use. So the first-timers can easily understand it. It's very user-friendly & cost-effective as well and very famous.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Filters - It's very confusing at the time it should be kept simple.
Sequences - At times you get a lot of glitches & then the emails stops and your work is hampered.
Customer Service- Till now whatever associates I have spoken to they were not able to recognize the issue or either they took a day time to resolve it.
Rate Limit Reached - You Should increase the limit.
Less amount of customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem where we try to connect to various industries and help them to get a Digital learning Platform for their HR & Training purposes.
One benefit which I have realized that we can do bulk emailing.
Second is that the bounce data is stored automatically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking out for a cost-effective & easy to use CRM then Hubspot is the one for you if you are a startup like us.
However, if you are not a startup try considering other options as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Hubspot is that it even tells you whether the email address is deliverable or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the hubspot gets stuck or is really slow else everything is fine.

With the use of sequences, we are able to send out the follow-ups to our customers timely.

What do you like best about the product?
Here are a few things I like most about Hubspot:

1. Sequences - Without managing much about the contacts/prospects I can create sequences and automate the entire process with in-depth analytics about - open rate, click rate, bounce rate & reply rate.
2. Notes/Reminders- Interacting with lots of prospects, we tend to miss out a lot of follow ups. Following up is very crucial. So I think adding notes for other peers to review a deal or to follow up with a prospect on a certain day really helps and is enabled using HubSpot.
3. Dashboards- Custom dashboards really helps me track my leads and activity throughout the week/month/year and gives a direction for the future roadmap,
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing as such that I dislike about Hubspot or faced any challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here are the three major problems that are addressed using Hubspot:

1. Visibility- Having a deep visibility on the deals created and the status of it.
2. Automation using Sequencing and scheduled send feature.
3. Reports and analytics.

Not much to dislike, To the extent of my usage, I have no regrets in using Hubspot

Reaching the client with a schedule either by a mail or a call
Nurturing the client with our product updates
Lead status & the life cycle stage is being managed to know the exact status of a lead

I suggest Hubspot for its feature fabrication, you have almost every feature of a CRM, Truly Outstanding !!!

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot CRM is it functions like sequence that actually solves your purpose of followups as followups is the heart of Sales and with HubSpot you can do it easily and get good results. At the same time as you have already set the things and now you are free so you can dedicate your entire time on your one one reach out that increases your productivity and bandwidth. I have used MS dynamics and Salesforce CRM as well but HubSpot is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything for now but as you know there is always some areas of improvement in the software as no software is 100%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely followups, Sequences. I am able to follow the sales process and it saves my time for doing followups manually which have increases my productivity.

Easy to track campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing in any business is to track the campaign numbers and where the defaults are coming. Hubspot provides almost everything which is required. The User Interface is pretty good and it's self-explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot download some of the data from Hubspot. at some point, I feel that that the data is not updated correctly. There is a high chance that people want to download data for business growth. UI can also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can automate my campaigns otherwise it would be a manual process. Hubspot offers a good customer support process as well. If you are stuck somewhere, you can chat with them or request a call. The response time is something that impressed a lot.

HubSpot is an unbeatable product every marketeers should be using

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using HubSpot for a year. We have been the premium user. The best part about the product is managing the database of sequences enrolled. We send like 150 email sequences every day for like 365 days. Without HubSpot this could have been a daunting task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product does not have any major drawbacks. But the pricing is a bit on the expensive side. The software becomes very expensive when SMB wants to use this. Also, upgrading an additional resource cost you additional $40. There are no intermediate/festive discount or coupons for existing users to renew plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At times, there is server down errors but this generally resolves in minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many tools available that are similar to HubSpot. For example, sequencing is the major reason for us to use HubSpot and we found an alternative but that product did not have a database management system.

Great tool for reaching out to many prospects at once

What do you like best about the product?
I love using sequences for sending template emails but customizing them with Name, Company Name, when to send, etc. This makes my life painless in terms of sending at least 5 outreach emails to each prospect and scheduling the emails at the right time to increase open rates. The best part is that you can use sequences from within Gmail as well. I am able to send almost 150 emails in just 2 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to track more metrics about emails on the sequences page like deleted without opening, how many times was the email opened etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me automate my work and I can send more custom emails in less amount of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a start-up or an SMB, Hubspot is the best tool for you. The way it integrates sales and marketing features is something that sets it apart from Salesforce. Other tools like Zoho and Marketo lack in UI and functionality, where Hubspot takes the cake.
