Such a fabulous tool which leverages our time and help us to manage the day to day sales activities
What do you like best about the product?
Sequencing tool of hubspot has reduced the time taken and efficiency of the email campaign, Workflows, and automation features help to co-ordinate all activities properly. Reporting features are very much useful for review meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor errors like the back button sometimes do not work, sometimes the server is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email Campaign using sequencing is the major problem I could solve. I could save a lot of time and could reach out to targeted group of prospects

A good tool which helps to manage the day to day sales activities in an orderly and efficient manner
Hubspot CRM - a great tool for automating the tedious aspects of sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like the range of information you can display using tokens, the ease of sorting contacts by various parameters and the ability to personalize and send bulk emails in a time efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a way to differentiate between notifications when a prospect opens an email, and when my other colleagues cc'ed on the email are opening it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often find that my emails go out outside of business hours or on weekends when I have scheduled them not to. I also find that it records contacts from my other gmail accounts (other than my work email) in CRM when using the Chrome/Gmail plugins.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take full advantage of the ability to schedule tasks. I find it very helpful to aggregate all of the to-dos I have in one place where I can easily toggle the due date if needed. It has really helped me prevent things from falling through the cracks. I also find that creating lists and sequences makes my emails as targeted as they can be, and also takes significant amounts of time out of my outreach efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sale, I have to manage a tremendous load of data : being able to have a history on all my clients, and knowing where they are in my funnel is really helpful.
Also, the ability to start queues for calling or emailing help me achieve little tasks with much more efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
Linkedin is a huge part of my work, and not being able to synchronise my activities is really time consuming for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to remember all my history with people, and I can send emails directly through hubspot.
On a data point of vue, being able to put documents and track the number of clicks, time spent our website or documents, tracking the best times to do calls, etc helps me improve day over day my activities

Hubspot is improving day by day, easy to use, and customer service is incredible
Once you get a hang of it its easy to use.

Sequencing works really good, I am able to contact people and follow up with them easily.

Sometimes it is a bit confusing as there are a lot of functions.

Customer relationship, lead generation, assigning tasks.

Set up everything correctly, take the Hubspot Lessons seriously.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sequences has been a life saver for me. Once I have spoken to a customer it is easy to enroll them into a prepared Sequence. I track my open and reply rate and refine my processes/emails all the time. It is really easy to use and is a great time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
If i copy a Sequence into another one, lets say i am cold emails people in the electrical indusrty, I tailor the Sequence to elecrical customers. If I copy the Sequence and change the industry and wording for plumbing for example, it over writes the orginal one! it is a reall pain in the bottol

having to re type the same emails over and over and over. I use the templates and Sequences and just further personalise

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot can be integrated to any website using a single piece of Js code and once the user fills an information in any of the pages It will be automatically added to the leads portal. So only a signle sign in is needed. It can also help to capture the leads from Facebook Ads to be in the lead base also.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be much more simple the current colour pallete and all can be moved to a greyscale
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As said before It really helped me to limit my login to HubSpot only. Where as it was Difficult for me to login to multiple places to view the leads before I implement HubSpot
Amazing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot mostly for the email sequences to send prospects. It is very easy to use and is far superior to other email tools out there. Hubspot's chrome extension lets me thoroughly track the stages, email opens and email clicks, which really focuses my Sales outreach to be more targeted.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to enroll each and every contact manually into a sequence. But since Hubspot is not a mass emailing tool, I understand why they do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire Sales cycle is tracked in Hubspot and makes it very easy to handle each prospect. Solid CRM

I like the constant updates they implement. Always looking to build a better platform.

They occasionally have system downtime. This can be inefficient at times but not a huge problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are generating lead flow for our business and it definitely helps keep track of prospects.

My favorite lead management software!!!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect is the ability to see up to the minute what interactions I have had with my leads including once they open my emails. I also love all of the filters for tracking activity and history with my leads. I take great advantage of the sequencing options for creating follow-up tasks for large groups at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of my dislikes actually stem more from the assigned accessibility from my GM rather than anything wrong with Hubspot. Although I don't like when I delete a lead that it just gets recycled back into the system. I don't know if that is standard or just a settings preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My lead management has gone to a whole new level with this software. I am able to maximize my time and make each hour more productive at work now. Time is money!!!

I definitely recommend giving it a try! The ability to track and maintain your business is an invaluable asset in any sales or service based business!
