What do you like best about the product?
Ease of keeping in touch with leads and tracking their activities. Being able to add documents, personalize emails, templates, landing pages, blogs,...
What do you dislike about the product?
Our workflow emails ended up in the spam folder or leads did not receive them and the problem was not resolved. We ended up having to switch to sequences. There are a few other glitches with tracking lead engagements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was easier to follow up with leads and check on the progress and activities of each member on our team.

I dislike reporting feature because it's very hard and complicated and insufficient to get reports that I desire.

What do you like best about the product?
It has great tools to help the sales team keep in contact with clients. The automation is a force multiplier in terms of getting in touch with prospects and customers. Using sequences and tasks help out greatly. It really works well and I recommend it. Not sure what else I can say. There is also a great way to get hubspot certified via their training. Everyone should be able to become hubspot certified and have an understanding on how marketing works. Even if the person isn't part of the marketing department, just knowing how it works if valuable for employees to see what goes on keep business running. On top of that the training is free.
What do you dislike about the product?
the way that email chains are displayed is confusing. It should just show emails from newest to oldest with the reply buttons at the top of the thread. Another item that should change is the ability to assign sequences in a workflow instead of only marketing emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying in contact with personalized emails via sequences is an easy way for sales team to keep in contact with customers. The task queue is also helpful. Having the capabilities to run a queue in a playlist fashion is easy. It makes completing a string of tasks very easy and really makes it possible to run a lot of deals in a very efficient way.

hubspot is great for sales but a little weak in tracking deal stages.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and learn, there are several tools at your disposal even with only the sales package is quite good. Quite user-friendly and intuitive, I feel like is the best in terms of balancing features and ease of use vrs others like Salesforce, pipeline etc. You can customize a lot in Hubspot without the need of having an IT guy doing it for you (like in Salesforce). I wish they did not charge so much for their courses though.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hubspot inbox is not the best I just started using it and it could learn a thing or two from teamwork desk. There are a few minor features that I would like, for example a workflow being able to enroll in a sequence. There is this new thing that just appeared, probably cause of the changes in laws here in Europe, but every time I message someone new even if they message me this message that says this contact is not lawful or something similar appears, its quite annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being on top of my tasks and knowing what to do, if I would not have task, sequences or workflows a lot of my daily tasks will go undone. Reporting and tracking results are very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its better than Pipeline and easier to use than Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send sequences makes life easier in general. The analytics of sequences are useful and insightful. Easy to personalize every campaign. Companies and contacts filtering is really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Enrolling every contact one by one is frustrating, and there is no option to do that in bulk.
- Workflows are extremely useful and seem to have loads of specific and complex triggers, that it is even hard to have an idea of what they're for, but at the same time, some basic rules/triggers/outcomes are missing.
- Lack of basic filters in sequences' analytics dashboard. There is no way to filter out contacts by a company to see if anyone from the company has been reached.
- There is no opened/clicked/viewed section next to a list of recipients at the sequence analytics dashboard. You can only see this info at the specific contact profile or on the Hubspot extension. There is no way to filter out contacts by a company to see what is overall reach performance per company.
- Trying to read whole conversation of logged emails with current UX with loads of individuals email boxes is a huge pain, you manage to open that at first place.
- UX and overall navigation issues which require lots of additional unnecesary clicks where only 1 or 2 would do the job.

Hubspot makes it super easy to keep on top of reaching out!
What do you like best about the product?
The sequences make my job so much easier. I have over 100+ customers in my pipeline so to keep track of who to email next is a nightmare without Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to pay more to add multiple emails to a sequence at once. The price isn't worth it to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I learned reach out tips through the Hubspot Academy. This was very beneficial and I know that I got more responses using these techniques. Its also much easier to track what IO's we have run with what customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot works very well if you have a lot of customers and need to be organized. Especially if your main point of contact is through email.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and user frindly. I have used it for 2 months and didn't face any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Hubspot crm everything is awesome but sometime it takes too much time to fetch the data. May be it can be because of my internet spees, i am not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using hubspot for my Facebook leads sync and it is really working awesome. I am getting my leads instantly.

It is too good and very useful specially is sync of leads which I have used.
Needs a faster way to send sequences + download stats
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and personalizes emails very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to send emails one-by-one - there should be a way to send batch emails so it's not as time-consuming. There should also be more options for stats on emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending various sales emails. Benefit would be personalization, but again, this process is slow/time-consuming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its really expensive for what it is and if your sending sequences, it is a great platform but you will be spending a lot of time sending emails and there are other programs that do this a lot more efficiently. The reporting isn't as extensive as it needs to be too.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of managing emails leads. Using sequences to reply to emails and increase conversion as customers have a good response rate. Able to manage customers contacts easily. Reporting tools are easy to use and visually looks good. Overview of deals also enables us to keep track of deals and follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features in the reporting are missings. Require some comparison periods. Extensions only available in Chrome and some times Chrome lags. Snippets cannot add meeting link. Cannot search on snippets. The arrangement snippets are not in alphabetical order. It is not so easy to email using Hubspot dashboard. The threads are not easy to look at so I have to use gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our customers information. Automated follow ups and task creations. Ease of generating reports and data cleaning.
