Had an awesome experience!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the small business compatibility. Very user friendly and doesn't require some sales executive to come and show you ho to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have ever had is ONCE some of my contacts were lost during uploading CV. Which was correctable but it made an extra step for me during the process. Very little is unlikable about this CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for something that could help me keep my business customers in the loop. I have a shopify site that I drop ship with and it was very easy to store this information and convert past customers into present customers once again with this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great FREE CRM. Helps you to understand the customer retention aspect of a business. Love the ease of Use and customer support. Would recommend always!
Solid customizable CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable Hubspot can be according to the sales rep. Sales reps like to have different views according to how they work, and having worked with saleforce before, i can say that creating views are more customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having a find duplicates button to make sure other reps arent in contact. Also, having a better view for companies rather than contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While the views are customizable, i really wish there was a better view for companies, rather than contacts. While you can find the contacts in companies by clicking on the company, It would be nice to have a company view built out easier, with all the contact laid out one by one once the view is built. Salesforce had this built out nicely when i was working with them in the past. However, i like the ui/ux of hubspot more. Also, maybe a find duplicates would be helpful. Having to manually search to make sure another rep isnt in contact with another lead is really time consuming

Keep in mind that it is a very customizable CRM.
Sequences help me be more productive
What do you like best about the product?
I have used both SalesForce and HubSpot and I can see the best feature out of both platforms is the email sequence feature HubSpot offers. It allows me to set up a sequence of intro and follow up emails and lets me set and forget. The biggest flaw for most people in sales is following up, this lets you set and forget while getting results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about! I prefer HubSpot over any other CRM that I have used, including Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to be able to multitask while solving the problem of sales people not following up with prospects. Having email sequences sent out for you is huge. It allows us to multi-task by having HubSpot reach out to prospects enrolled in a sequence while we focus on other tasks.
A little laggy, but lots of potential.

My favorite CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to effortlessly save details in contacts and companies without the need to continuously scroll around the page to hit save.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were a higher limit to sequencing sends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has been a great tool that has been a force multiplier.
I don't understand how I worked before HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time the sequences and templates save me! I love the tracking aspect. It is very very easy to write templates and sequences. I have increased how many emails I send times 100X. I now send around 1,500 emails a month!! I love it that you can see when people have opened your emails and clicked on links in your emails. It allows me to see who has actually read my email and interacted with my emails! I love that you do not have to fill your diary with millions of reminders to send follow up emails when sequences can do this for you. It can be timed any time a day. I find sequences very useful in increasing my productivity. I used to send hours trying to do this but all the administration has been reduced to a bare minimum. Now for templates and sequences its just click click click done! I could not more strongly recommend this solution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. Mainly no longer forgetting to contact customers and solves the problem of who actually has read my emails.
I have increased productivity tenfold. It has helped me increased the amount of leads I generate especially when a comparison is looked at from prior to when we did not have HubSpot as a resource.

What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency of the program and its ability to be sync'ed with different programs. It is a one stoop shop! This programs eliminates the needs for multiple software programs. The salespeople love the efficiency and ability to keep their quotes organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that once you sort and then have to go back, the sort options reset
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at all. Realized this will eliminate other software programs we needed in the past. CRM does it all! So far our employees love it. It was a very good investment for our company!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try, program has a great flow and helps streamline processes you may be using multiple software programs for.
Efficient bulk reach outs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tokens, they make it very easy to apply personal aspects to an email and increase interest in our message.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of front end work to create a spread sheet then upload it. To send 50 emails to 50 new contacts still takes a lot of time and tweaking once it is in the sequence, to make sure it flows properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that it is unreasonable to send personal emails to everyone I am doing cold out-reach to. This is a nice medium between a obviously templated email and a personal outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a HubSpot spread sheet for uploading rather than creating an excel sheet to upload contacts to. Have suggestions and examples on the hubspot form

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the Sequences I can create in HubSpot. There are many ways of customisation, so you are able to test many options and prepare ideal communication for your prospect. Also, you can have a look at statistics so you can track your performance and improve e-mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no possibility to unsend the email. This feature, in my opinion, is very important because sometimes I'm in a hurry and you can easily make a mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have everything in order, I can make lots of important notes on every contact card, it is also very helpful to monitor the deals and followups.
Efficient and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot to be very user-friendly and easy to figure. Their customer service team has also been very helpful in assisting whenever I've reached out to them with questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind in terms of things I currently dislike about HubSpot.
