Ok beginner platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sequence feature is good. I do enjoy that.
What do you dislike about the product?
CRM needs to do a better job of mining data when creating lists. It's a decent platform, but the company needs to really work with some experienced inside sales reps who have used multiple CRMs in order to really dial in their platform. It lacks customizability and isn't laid out in an efficient manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for daily calls and emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Call their support line if you can't figure something out they're usually pretty prompt but aren't the most experienced bunch.
Sequences Save so much Time
What do you like best about the product?
The automation within Hubspot makes my job as a Sales Rep so much easier and faster. There are options for action based or time based sequences and drip campaigns to be sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be on the higher end of pricing based on which package you choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom emails took very long in the past whereas with templates and sequences available, we as a company have saved so much time while still reaching every single one of our leads.

Most flexible CRM software available.
HubSpot's CRM is an effective and easy tool to use which helps our sales process tremendously!

A great tool to help me stay on top of prospects and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the ability to add custom call outcome creation. For example, hung up - did not leave VM.

Helps with a consistent cadence to our sales process for cold outreach.
Hubspot -- the only CRM you'll need
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot can truly act as a hub for my day-to-day sales and marketing activities. I can integrate my email, quoting software, Slack, and Zapier to fully utilize all the features Hubspot has to offer. It's helpful having everything in one place so that my team and I can easily jump into each other's projects when necessary. We can leave each other notes and pin them to the top of accounts for easy access, which makes finding crucial information that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the deal-based and contact-based workflows/sequences had more opportunities to cross. It can be challenging finding a work-around when setting up workflows because the information available is different depending on which characteristic you base it on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM has made it so much easier to organize my daily workflow. The Tasks features allow me to plan out my days -- even months in advance! And they ensure that I don't let any potential clients fall off my radar. Also, because they allow for my quoting software to be integrated in, I'm able to make accurate predictions for my sales forecasts in the same place that I pull reports. I highly recommend this product.

Hubspot truly acts as a hub for all of the most crucial sales/marketing information you'll need to build and maintain quality relationships with your customers.
Best CRM I have used, and so user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it so easy to keep track of what I need to do every day, as well as keeps my tasks organized based on priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the search tool is not accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to convert more prospects to customers using Hubspot sequences and it has been amazing.
Robust CRM for its abilities and best of the breed
What do you like best about the product?
It is customizable and helpful for my business. Information retention is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside has been my user interface on the mobile application when I need to access information on-the-go.

I have been able to increase my cross-functional team capabilities by assigning different members specific tasks.
Efficiency and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great way to track the progress of your clients efficiently and keep everything organized so you don't get overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has occasional issues from time to time where it runs poorly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me track the progress of my clients very easily which then allows me to make more sales. Mo' sales, mo' money.
Hubspot great automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The part I like the most outside of Hubspot's ease of use, is their automation tool. It makes following up with potential leads, seamless and automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one issue I have is their sequence tool only allows you to use a black font to write the emails. It can look a little generic/ blasty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps our team monitor or deals in the pipeline and our close ratio. On top of great reporting, it allows us to automate many manual tendencies.

Hubspot will provide great value to any sales team looking to make their CRM a core competency.
Intuitive CRM that is great for automation and comms to clients
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to track your comms with any account/contact. Timeline based view, with many options to set up sequences, include reminders and touch points, and integrate with other apps for further automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the search is not as effective for all contact properties. Perhaps consider additional reach of search tool to include text from conversations and even allow prioritization for what returns results when users know which exact property they are searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective sequencing of actions and emails to contacts, with good metrics to indicate further the efficacy of said communications. Seeing open rates, reply rates and real data really helps us make adjustments to our messaging rather than relying on a "hunch"
Very good CRM - and if an issue happens they are right there to chat and figure it out.
What do you like best about the product?
The chat help tool is the best thing. If I have a question or issue they are there. I like the scheduling of email replies. The sequence tool and data provided is useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I have people enrolled into a sequence and they will reply. At that time HubSpot is supposed to un-enroll them so the sequence stops. There have been a handful of time when they would not be unenrolled and I will have to do it myself. Not a huge deal but the one thing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite benefit is scheduling emails. I know people look at their emails and reply most in the mornings. So if I really need a reply I will schedule and it will go out at the time I tell it to. Then the email will be at the top of their inbox when they get to work.
