Overall Good
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to enroll contacts into a sequence and how many different ways there are to do it. I like that you can search contacts quickly and find exactly what you're looking for with the search bar. Often times, search bars aren't as useful as they should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some gaps in terms of being able to change information once it is there. For example, you can't make changes to sequences that contacts are enrolled into one. To make a change in bulk takes time. You should be able to make a change to sequences and have the option to update everyone enrolled.
When you're thinking about enrolling contacts but don't want the emails to send immediately there should be an option to keep settings to send at a specific time for everything. Going back to make changes makes it so that you have to unenroll everyone you just enrolled and then reenroll them but click send the second email and then select a specific time. If you fix the first issue then this wouldn't be a problem to begin with.
You can't reassign contacts in bulk once they fall out of the sequence without a response. You should be able to do that. You have to go one by one and do that currently.

I am not familiar with other CRMs but I know that HubSpot does it's best to listen to us.

What do you like best about the product?
This CRM takes the best bits of my favourite platforms and combines them in a way that is designed to enhance existing sales and marketing functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeline (deals) could be further enhanced to provide more granular information, but this is a very minor quibble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solving – visibility of entire sales & marketing funnel in one platform

Sequences work well as front-of-mind prompts, but do not use them to replace non-automated interactions.
Innovative and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hubspot for the past 8 months and it's been an amazing time saving tool. The features are easy to use and the support your receive is excellent. I particularly like the email templates, sequencing and workflows that allow me to automate a lot of what I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small UI issues that have cost me a fair bit of time. I've accidentally exited an email sequence after spending 10 minutes editing it and lost all the changes, or I've closed a window, or navigated away from a page and lost the detailed notes I was typing throughout my call...
Further UI testing and adding some better fail-safes would reduce the frequency of user error that results in the loss of work or critical data, and would help reduce frustration and instil trust in the platform. (I continue to type my notes elsewhere for fear of losing them)

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspots tasks and sequences make it easy to keep track of your clients. Just set an email sequence, space the days out as needed, and never worry about a prospect falling through the cracks. Easiest CRM to use. No training necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the sequences were not capped. If they were unlimited it would really help me cast a wide net

We are solving the issue of reaching out to many different personas through all of our different entities through our sequences and ability to sort and separate companies and and leads

Definitely give it a shot! As good as Sales Force, cheaper, and much easier to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send bulk promotional emails to customers that we want to be interested in our site. You can enroll them in a sequence, which is a chain of emails that automatically send out when they're scheduled to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to enroll the contacts one by one in the Sales edition. It can be a pain to click through the contacts. I also wish that I could enroll more than 150 contacts a day, but I just break them up into different days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving so much money and time sending promotional emails through Hubspot CRM, rather than individually sending out emails or calling people. It is very useful that the emails they send back are delivered right into my mailbox.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it when I can see that MR ZXY opens my email. Also useful is the possibility to see number of openings and tracking emails. Sequences are one of the best things. When we mix sequence and task we can use our time more efficiently. I love the possibility to see what marketing emails my customers get.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes companies block the possibility to see if they open an email or not. Sometimes tocken in sequence take wrong company name. The best will be if still we can fill info in a token or manage them if this is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacting one person by 10 salespeople. We can easily see who send even and email. History of contact - previous email and taskts. We realized that we can be in constand contact with our clients. We can send tham marekting emails and after that folloup by phone.

Read instructions and see all moviers. After that you will use power of HubSpot.
Great value for money with strong workflows and automations

It does a good job of automating marketing and sales tasks which saves a lot of time

It's not perfect for automation, although it makes a good start for the price paid

Getting valuable feedback about the success of marketing and sales campaigns with stats on email opens and clicks, form submissions and conversions.
Why I enjoy using HubSpot CRM and how easy it is to use.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM makes it more efficient for me to make contacts and get out sequences , which eliminates the daily need to send emails to the same person. Making it easier for me to grow our business.

I dislike that I can't send more than 150 sequences a day. I understand why it is that I can't send more than that but even being able to send 150 more would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, it automates the email process for us. I get more emails out and am able to focus less on re-emailing the same people and more on finding new business.

If you are a smaller business like ours, HubSpot can be a great place to start. It is easy to use and navigate. Support is great at getting back to you in a timely manor and all your questions. They also make it ease to integrate other services so that you can ensure that most growth in your business.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can follow up with more customers with sequences. I can also drill down on their specific pain point. I have created targeted sequences for each product we sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for a new lead to be automatically enrolled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are targeting following up with a mass amount of leads for one individual using the HubSpot CRM features.
Makes life easier and gives ample information
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of hubspot is having the notifications for when emails are opened and links are clicked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrations with Salesforce doesn't work properly and emails don't get registered in the salesforce system or if you havent logged on to hubspot any emails sent before cannot get tracked.

Sending emails quicker and to more companies and keeping track of companies that are interested.
