Hubspot saves sales!
What do you like best about the product?
The sequences setting is amazing and very helpful. Once you enroll someone in you can pretty much forget about it until it sends you a final task if they never responded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that's been frustrating is when I correct an email it still won't allow me to submit them into a sequence because a previous one bounced that had the same url.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in contact with as many customers as possible. Love that you can attach links to their invoices to know exactly what they ordered in the past. It's all in one central location
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a little expensive but well worth it if you have a lot of customers. You're able to leave notes and attach contacts to your "deals" so you know who to contact the next year around and keep in touch. It shows if they have opened the email and the time so you know if they are seeing your messages. This is way more user friendly than any other CRM I've tried. There is a learning curve though.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the different tools available for filtering searches of contacts, companies, and deals. I also love how customizable it is to whatever your business needs are. I like how easy it is to navigate as well, really clear and easy workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to get organized if you are behind on your tasks but that may be an issue with how I am specifically using it. I think all of the functionality is there, and I really can't think of too many bad things to say about the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to utilize many of the automation tools through the software, especially the sequence feature which has increased the number of appointments and demos we have been able to set which has subsequently increased sales. It has been extremely helpful!

I would recommend this to anyone looking to organize and maximize their sales efforts

The sales dashboard coukd use some work.

By utilizing sequence I'm ablevto seperate my target audience by industry and share useful information with my prospects.

The sequences are very easy to formulate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding to the CRM sequence.. You have to add one contact at a time. Cant select a bunch like other CRM's... They make you get a package for this feature. Very small gripe, only thing I could think of.

Many sales features packed into one CRM (deals, sequences, and reporting)
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, its a "jack of all trades, master of none" type of product. The other sales enablement tools out there are WAY more advanced and developed to properly customize and build out sequences in a way that is a lot more productive and measurable. Case in point: there is no way to easily create an A/B test for Sales Sequences, which is sales enablements' bread and butter, and there is no way to measure the performance of a single email template, which is unacceptable.
Also, the reporting tool is not user-friendly at all and is extremely limited in terms of what properties and things you'd like to measure. Any meaningful kind of reporting would have to be done in an excel/google sheet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm automating my tasks and productivity and have been able to get meaningful work done without the manual effort of scheduling every single task I have to do on any given day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're less than 100 employees with a small sales team, this is likely a decent product, but you can quickly outgrow it if you build out a business development team that focuses exclusively on cold-calling.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the incorporation of data analytics, list-specific tools, and most of all the ease of sequencing contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
How frequently backend errors persist. Also, I should be able to see more from the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main benefit is the ability to passively stay in touch with current leads, while still pitching new contacts. This allows for more conversions overall.

Use HubSpot if you want to scale, dummy.

Organized layout, clear customer tracking, and variety of tools

Only 150 sequence enrolls per day, features not all advertised / explained
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes my chrome extension will turn off and not track my emails. I benefit from being able to track customers better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve chat feature, add more daily sequence enrollments

The user interface. It is very simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can not mass un-enroll people from a sequence. Nor can you change the next messages after someone is enrolled.

I like the sequences and workflows which allow for automated follow-up.

I dislike that our company does not have a product that integrates with HubSpot once an applicant is enrolled in our academy.

HubSpot CRM takes the guesswork out of follow up when using sequences, workflows, and deals in tandem.
A little confusing at times.

Recording the calls is a good feature. Parent/child company is good as well. I like how we can see when people open emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it sometimes creates 5 different accounts for the same company. Makes it hard to keep track of who you've called and who you haven't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have kept track of who has opened my emails which is good.

Make sure you know to keep only one company account per company.
