Saving time
What do you like best about the product?
Using HubSpot saves my time so I can focus on the most important things, like taking care of my clients needs.

HubSpot-Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes sending, tracking and following up with emails easy and hassle free. It saves time and keeps consistency within the organization when dealing with outside people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Its easy to use and does what it says.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with sales emails, knowing who has/has not looked at emails sent out.

Test it out and ask lots of questions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it tracks the prospect and the actions that they take on our site. This way we know what they are interested in or what may be a good talk track for us to start with them.
I also like the workflows that I can create to trigger different actions within Hubspot and Salesforce.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sync between Hubspot and Salesforce breaks and is a little tricky, but not often enough for me to stop using the tool.

Where our leads are coming from, and what pages they are looking at, forms they're filling out, etc.

I have found the platform easy to use and when I suddenly need a new feature, I find that it is almost always already available for me in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a shame that the HHubspot calling from mobile app was removed as my sales agents used in a lot while on the road engaging with leads. Also the manner and communication of its shut down was not handled well.

It has become the cornerstone of managing the business, Having every thing in one place has been key.

It was pretty simple to use and to customize to fit the needs of the publication.

Sometimes, it was difficult to bring photos into the system and place them in the correct spots.

HubSpot allowed me to reach a large email list and get my content read by the community.

If you're having issues, Hubspot's customer service was always very helpful so don't be afraid to pick up the phone and call!
Hubspot a good CRM for novice
What do you like best about the product?
This is a good program to get started tracking communications with clients. I really liked having the feature to remind me to call people. I haven't integrated it to call from the computer yet but that seems like a very useful feature to save time with dialing numbers. I just noticed that you can add chat to your website and make it easier to engage customers. That is a feature that is going to be a great thing to use. I like the reporting feature that plugs into your wordpress website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem is getting the desire and the mindset to utilize the tool. I am in app overload so it is just another useful thing to log into. So far I haven't seen the way to input the information from a spreadsheet so I don't like that it's not obvious to me. I just wish more features were included in the free version. :) I have so much more to learn my head is hurting with so much joy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the reminder feature because I would forget to contact someone after time has elapse even though I might have it written in my calendar. It seems the Ad account feature may be helpful in creating campaigns. I would love for this to work well and make life easier! It's on the list of things to do. Setting a reminder for myself.

It is great for small business. It has the necessary features.
A Must-Have for Sales and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Automation, email template creation, visibility of key performance indicators, being able to set tasks, landing page creation, form creation, visibility of pipeline stages, live webchat... all great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately not all customer service reps are created equally. You may get multiple different responses from different representatives as solutions to your issues, with only one of them being correct.

Finding warmer leads, engaging through content marketing.

You won't regret the purchase, but it takes lots of dedication to seek out answers and to learn where everything is and how features work. Trust in their best practices.
Implementation of a new CRM and marketing outreach software
What do you like best about the product?
Flow of deals is great on this product. Quick and easy to use and integrate to gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cutomization options seem tricky at first. Seems to take a while to get us up and running, but to be fair it is a big task.

Staff accountable on one system.

Try it with a small group of testers first and become experts. Then add the rest of your team.
Good experience globaly - easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the template - sequences features - it really help me to save a lot of time when I prospect - I also like the deal dashboard - it help us to define the priority of the month and we can focus on the leads which have a good chance to convert
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the company part. When I add a new contact, hubspot automatically associates this lead to a company. If the company doesn't exist Hubspot will create it. The problem is when I import 3 or 4 leads from the same company, Hubspot will sometimes create 2 or 3 different companies, even if this lead has the same email address structure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving are: organize all our leads and define some priorities. Hubspot also help us in our financial projection
