Call Bookings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UX when the client is booking a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I recieve the call booking email the time in the email doesn't match my local time. This really struggles to understand where the client is from and check the time difference in order not to be late from the call.
I am also not able to see all the booked calls that I have for a certain day. Meaning I want to see who I have call with today.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Your CRM is really amazing. It helps to have everything in one platform and saves a lot of time.
I've had a positive experience using Hubspot.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers a convenient, one-stop for social media marketing where I can schedules posts in bulk and easily track a variety of metrics over different platforms. It also makes it easy to follow important emails we send to customers and to determine how effective the emails are.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish Hubspot had was partnership with Pinterest, as that is another type of social media we use and we have to track its metrics separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to follow patterns in our social media engagement over time using Hubspot social media marketing and then were able to track how different campaigns we set up affected engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Hubspot is how easy is it is to set filters to review data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up sequences can be improved and easier to deploy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to keep track of my monthly sales + targets!

Hubspot is great for getting the job done in an easy to use and user friendly way.
Great CRM Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequences feature. Sometimes our sales people have a hard time following up with leads, so this automatically sends them emails or reminds the sales person to give them a call after a certain amount of days. Being able to view the sales dashboard as soon as I log in is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is great, but I wish there were a way to create deals through a contact like you can on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software has helped our sales people really get engaged with leads and creating a standard process/set of steps that they go through to find and engage quality leads.

Utilize the help that the HubSpot team offers. They are super helpful and have some great tips!
Easy to use CRM that offers drag and drop email creation
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use platform that integrations with most b2b software
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop email builder is limited compared to others like Eloqua. It would be ideal to customize margins, padding, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great to follow up on leads from email marketing and to show measurable results in an easy to digest format.

It is much easier to use than SalesForce but less customizable.
Automation process for sales.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM has server a lot during all this time for the supervision and administration of all the clients that access out sales process every day, I consider that this platform has had an exponential development and has worked in a versatile way. I really liked the so diverse way that HubSpot CRM has to allow me to access its services from any device, in this way I can control the administration of the clients from my cell phone or tablet, without any need to be on my computer all day. I really hope that HubSpot CRM is always available for portable devices, to make its use much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the factores that really noticed a lot in a negative way during the use with HubSpot, is that it has a really complicated process to export the reports generated by HubSpot, I consider that the HubSpot network is not able to send these reports, which has forced me to use other online services to transfer these reports to my employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have benefited greatly from HubSpot CRM. He is currently doing really positive things for my company, improving the quality of communication we have daily with out customers, and providing us with a better way to maintain a mutual interaction during the sales process until its is completed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot CRM generates trust in the user, providing a really stable system to have stable communication with the different potential customers. On the other hand, it should be noted that HubSpot CRM gets along very well with other HubSpot services, so you can get even more out of it.
Hubspot is a must for any modern sales force.

Hubspot is constantly innovating and the interface is actually usable. Unlike other sales or business CRMs, Hubspot doesn't have a massive learning curve for basic users and continues to make improvements based on the feedback we have given.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has a wide breadth of features but they could benefit from deepening some of the existing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us organize leads and ensures no deals or opportunities are being missed. We have a close rate from demo to close over 50% because of it!

Make sure to consult marketing, sales + customer success when implementing Hubspot as it can affect each department differently.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface and advanced features and integration.HubSpot CRM is a smart and easy option that carries all the necessary basic features but without the often confusing complexity many other CRM platforms have. Beginners and mid-market companies will also appreciate the fact that HubSpot CRM is currently a certified, premier Google partner, and is a solution that suits well all niches and industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM doesn’t aim to dislodge Salesforce from the top spot; rather, to complement it. Salesforce has rich enterprise functionality, deep analytics, case management and reporting, but they’re geared towards the sales manager or director of large sales departments. HubSpot CRM, on the other hand, wants to assist sales reps and teams to improve their productivity. In many cases, small and medium-sized businesses will find in HubSpot all the CRM tools they’ll need.

HubSpot CRM is everything you need to organize, track, and nurture your leads and customers.You cannot import notes, previous emails, attachments and timeline activity with your contacts, companies and deals.

Multifaceted Contact Management System
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot CRM allows for cross-team communication through the sales and marketing hub, as well as the organization it provides Customer Service for a seamless experience for both customers and internal users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve with all the functionality and abilities. We've had to adjust to learning the difference between tickets and emails and how to properly close each ticket out to ensure the problems or situations are handled and taken care of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer are our inboxes overcrowded with emails and we're able to keep track of conversations and assign to proper team member to handle situations in a timely manner. We're also able to see which team member handled the customer situation at hand and how to improve their communications if necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask as many questions as possible during the implementation process. If you have an assigned rep, take advantage of their assistance whenever possible, they are great with providing solutions.
