Great Product - Highly recommended
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is simple, clean, and easy to use. The support (whether you're a paying customer or not) is superb. I've been using Hubspot at the company I work for a long with my own companies for years and love how intuitive it is. I haven't had a bad experience so far with hub spot. I can't think of anything else I wish they had at the moment other than the ability to change the meeting link URL. If that could get fixed I'm sold. While I do pay for Hubspot with some companies, I have a couple of small businesses that I use hubspot with and the limited meeting link functionality is a pain :|
What do you dislike about the product?
I REALLY dislike the fact that if you're on the free plan you can't delete your Meeting URL once it's created. This causes an issue when you want to change the Meeting URL, which you can't do. This is a big flaw I wish would be addressed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of customers and emails. Staying on top of your customer is tough but hubspot makes it manageable. We also use hubspot for meetings, follow-up, tracking emails, customer details and a number of other things. Over all we spend a lot of time in hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it. Try it. You'll love it. It's a great product. Yes, you may outgrow it one day but if you do, good for you!! Hubspot is an amazing product.
It Makes Lead Generation a Dream
What do you like best about the product?
The initial dashboard when you log in provide huge amounts of information in just a snapshot, from new contacts to sessions and top emails. It gives everything you need in an instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of layers and complex systems which means it can end up taking a fairly long time to truly learn and remember all of the functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed me to run all of my marketing campaigns with obvious ROI and look at new information i wouldn't have usually had with our previous marketing CRM system.
Affordable and easy, with many integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive, it's a well known brad company, and most of product offer integration with the Hubspot CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
The price gap between the starter plan and the professional is quite big ($450), making it hard to afford when escalating the company

We started using it as a regular CRM, and then involved internal process that can be tracked and reported through the automatic process
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot CRM is a good platform to start for small companies looking for a professional product with the costs of a small one. Just keep in mind that extending the license might increase your costs quite a bit
Simple and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The feature that most suites me is the email views, notification every time a customer opens a mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to differentiate people with the same name without opening more details
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in Sales, email opens means a lot. I can start calling the company internally, request a marketing campaign targeted to similar companies, etc.

Has all the necessary tools to get the job done, you can also use the free version to test it out on your own. After gaining a bit more experience you can definitely switch over to the paid versions which offer more options and access to customers data

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has not only made our efforts more effective, it has saved us an immense amount of time through having all of our marketing efforts streamlined and integrated through the central hubspot platform. If you're serious about marketing, make the investment and you won't be disappointed. We are very happy with Hubspot and won't be considering a change anytime soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Among the disadvantages of this program is: that you do not have any tool that can merge the contact information of different organizations. It does not have the ability to register several email addresses of the same contact, this weakness is palpable at the moment of conversation by email with a user, because if we want to contact you by another address via e-mail is very difficult to connect . You can not ignore unimportant records, this is to facilitate the reading of relevant interactions. If you have a company that wants a smooth and powerful solution to manage contacts, that can see the visibility of the work, this program is not recommended

The level of features you get in the CRM for free is extremely useful for smaller organizations who want to use it so stay organized, such as student clubs

We've had some trouble with it integrating properly for website analytics, and it's taking a long time to find a solution, even though we were able to connect with their support team very easy.

Integration with others social application is best and let user represent its business and can get customers easily for deals. User can manage Product order, Price of product, Lead and reports on one centralized place.

HubSpot is an online application for customer relation management and work well for sales business but Marketing Automation is not proper organize in this application and small glitches occur during work. It has many efficient features for business content management but it only serve small businesses and for serving large enterprise it need more strong updates.

HubSpot is well design application for customer relation management and it has bundle of features which let us automate our business and built a strong relation with customer. Ability of customer tracking make this tool our favrite because it keep us connected with clients and let us track the process of deal. Social media integration is another great ability of this tool and we this tool provide options for automate small business to high level.
Great sales tools and crm
What do you like best about the product?
It’s great for the sales team to be able to view marketing activity within the same platform. Hubspot are always adding new features such as hubspot conversations. They are continually making improvements as well
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues we have with not being able to merge deals but we have a workaround. Also it’s difficult for the channel team as contacts and all their emails and information appear on multiple unrelated deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The eSignature feature is great and saves a lot of time. Holds a lot of information on the contact. Before sales worked across multiple platforms now they can do a lot in hubspot.

Hubspot CRM is a widely used program currently, which has many advantages, two of which stand out the most: The first: Its updates allow me to have a new vision of what it offers me every 10 minutes. The second: This allows me to know in real-time what is happening with my company's prospects to act quickly and streamline operations.

Currently, I feel very satisfied with this program, as its updates are very constant, in addition to being easy to use and very fast.

This program is very helpful, specifically in the sales area, as it lets them know what is happening in their field of work.

It is 100% recommended, as it is very versatile, fast, and very easy to use, in addition to providing updates at the best time.
Good for small companies, does not scale easily.

HubSpot CRM is great if you have a handful of salespeople. It is very good to collaborate with marketing automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks automation, you cannot associate one contact to many companies easily, the pipeline does not show totals, no forecasting functionality. The reporting tool is also very weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow automation has made our interaction with marketing much easier. Also, using proper lifecycle stages really helps in identifying which prospects need what type of content.

Think about how you sell before you purchase. This tool is great for SaaS companies who have a repeatable sales process. It is difficult to set up properly if you use a channel sales tactic.
