Excellent Integration with Google Suite
What do you like best about the product?
I think it provides great insights into prospect activity and it integrates perfectly with google suite allowing me to schedule emails, receive reminders to follow up with prospects and leverage templates easily to save time when I draft emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues with prospect activity at times in which it tells me that a prospect has opened or engaged with my emails when in fact it was me who was looking over the email. The more accurate the prospect activity feedback, the better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's faster to draft emails and I have great insight into the type of engagement my prospects have with my emails.
Decent CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Possibility to link Hubspot to other tools like email,program email automation etc.

Reports only available in paid a accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use crm in two ways:
1) to register my communication with clients, mainly the agenda and issues discussed on monthly meetings
2) to asses and evaluate the follow up processes of sales teams of our clients and identify areas of opportunity to drive the results

What do you like best about the product?
It has capabilities to integrate and develop content adapted to a sales system such as to edit emails and work groups. Basic and simple CRM. I did not have to go through as long as a training as compared to salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
It can improve aspects such as the evaluation and the final design of each project; as well as access. the customer support is the worst. I try to talk to customer support for trouble shooting, and they just keep you on the line for a long time. Then when I schedule something, the rep does not even show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to use and scalable service to fulfill all clients' requirements
Slightly expensive comparing to the features that it offer

The fact that it allows gathering all customers data interaction in one place

I make a ton of calls every day so the queue makes it really easy to plan out my day and quickly go through calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish you could pin more than one note at the top. I've tried to pin a note next to someone else's note that were both highly relevant and can only pin one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy way to track what customers/potential customers you have reached out to. Love that you can see the activity from everyone, so the whole sales department isn't hitting the same person within a week. You can see what activity they've received and how they have interacted.
Amazing and powerful software if you can overcome the limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is powerful. I try to put off having to move to salesforce for as long as possible. Having all the sales tools and marketing tools in one place is awesome for our sales team.
I love using smart lists and automations as well as using Zapier to create custom functionality. You can be a one man army of you can do those things really well.
The progressive profiling is great. I like segmenting customers by their behavior to map out progress through the buyers journey.
But the biggest thing is that its a very powerful suite of tools that is easy for our sales reps to take advantage of.
We use things like sequences and vidyard all the time. I can customize the crm to force compliance of our sales process too.

Hubspot's feature set is like a very wide river that is deep in a couple places, very shallow in some, and of moderate depth in most areas.
It does bug me that they often don't follow through with making features truly great but instead just check the box on the most important stuff and move on to develop new features to charge more for.
I have been able to overcome it's shortcomings with tons of automations, web hooks and Zapier and even a couple very simple custom developed tools.
If it weren't for that it would be substantially less valuable to me.
And its easier to make it powerful and what I want than trying to customize salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to organize and sort your contacts/leads. Managing emails and templates is a breeze. We switched to PhoneBurner since they have a "speed dialer" but went back to HubSpot in about a month. Great CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they had a dialer instead of having to go into each contact individually. Also if you could use pre-recorded voicemails, that would make this the perfect CRM

Lead management/distribution is seamless and amazing. We all love HubSpot here in our office.
In the best CRM out in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Its a very powerful and robust piece of software that simplifies the way you interact with your clients and deals on a daily basis. You can trace any contact, or deal being it totally customizable so it fits into your company processes. Dashboards is a very powerful feature that can give you fast insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more customizable dashboards, with more graphic alternatives. It would be extremely useful that we can have related dropdown menus. i.e. country, state, city.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that the benefits are huge, because you can trace any contact or deal, making easy for you as a boss to identify rapidly how your deals advance, and how much money is in each stage. For the sale team, its features are extremely useful, because

Compared to competitor Salesforce, HubSpot CRM is much easy to use and you can evaluate results very quickly. HIGHLY Recommended.
Great organising tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the queue system they recently added to the system. It helps a lot in getting a lot of tasks done as efficient as possible. And now you can even go, while in the middle of the queue, to other contacts if there is a urgent matter and when finished it will return to the queue exactly where you were. Also the Hubspot Academy is a great source to go to when you are stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of options in every aspect of Hubspot, and I believe this is also straight away the downfall. We tend to try to use the most out of a system which is not always the most efficient, I would advise to keep it simple and straight forward and Hubspot will do all the rest. Also I would really have liked to be able to add the column ¨phone number¨ to the task list, as this helps me in picking out the most qualified clients first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since integrating Hubspot I have been much more efficient and able to tackle more ¨clients/tasks¨ in one day, which is very useful as in the business we are in it is essential to be able to react quickly to every activity the client does
