Don't know what I would do without it. Excellent Software
What do you like best about the product?
I think the workflow is very intuitive, the entire team finds it very easy to use without much training. Ease of use and access on mobile are my two favourite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's always things that don't work, or need tweaking. But what I like is that the Hubspot team is always working to add new features, sort out bugs, or just delight customers. It's brilliant really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the full inbound marketing stack. It's helped me increase my leads and manage them much better for my business.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps sales teams achieve goals and keep track of all interactions with customers and leads. We are also able to use this tool for customer service tickets and storing information such as customer agreements. HubSpot gives visibility to everyone on our team so we all know where we stand with a specific contact/company. We can track our sales pipeline deals and see where we have opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is that there is no way to add internal comments to an activity. For example if an email is logged on a contact and I want to make an internal comment with a suggestion on how to reply to this contact, I cannot make a comment I would have to create an entirely new note and specify what I'm referring to within that note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems of capturing customer and contact information that we never kept organized in the past. Also giving visibility to everyone on our team so we know what interactions we are all having with the same contact

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the features are free and the user interface is so friendly. I definitely recommend Hubspot to all my colleagues. The best part is the email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription fees is so high which is only suitable for large organisation but not for a start up

What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful and help for automation . we use use it for Email marketing and chat bot.

It is little bit Expensive and need to improve customer support

I generally use it for Automation Chat bot system and automated Email . I am getting pretty good result from it.

What do you like best about the product?
If you are a start up company u wanna manage your clients and you can't spend money then this solution is best aa its free. You can use for sales and manage ur leads, ur schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is Nothing to be dislike. The software making is like you will love it. I am seeing this software since 2013-14 but never got chance tonuse it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before i was managing client data on excel sheets but now its easy to manage hubspot.

Cost effective and easy to use and its free. Helpful for those who wanna manage their leads easy and with low cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is very clean, clear and easy to use. Everything was very straight forward and when in doubt, there are many helpful links and a FAQ section.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were using our company website separately from Hubspot, which led to additional workload. Also had an issue with notifications of incoming leads from Hubspot, so while they were captured within hubspot, we did not notice these missing leads until a month later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics are very easy to track with hubspot which was a great benefit.

Hubspot CRM blends what both marketing and sales need - a single place to have all of our contacts information, interactions, and history.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hubspot was a little more intuitive - but the training classes are great!

We've been able to track deals, proposals, and even website visits and social media interactions!
