You don't use Hubspot? I feel sorry for you.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot is the free SaaS features they offer. Personally I use the sales and CRM functionality. I've never paid a dime and I'm tracking about 100,000 contacts this way. The other amazing thing is the Gmail integration, which tracking communications seamlessly and can even generate emails from templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could afford to make phone calls directly from Hubspot because then they'd be recorded and tracked. I would like to send emails from Hubspot too but the problem with that is then they're not stored in your work email accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to stay on top of lead generation without losing track of where all of my contacts are on the engagement pathway - the deal tracking feature is amazing for this.

What do you like best about the product?
Very Easy To Use and simple to obtain a practice it. The characteristics available here on HubSpot makes my Sales and marketing Campaign extremely powerful to operate and get the goals in minimum effort. Web site feature is essential to use for those available who're searching to begin email addresses campaigns, it is easy to set up and enables me the versatility of getting pre-set emails prepared to send. Overall, for me, HubSpot is among the best CRM's presently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real factor which i dislike is the fact that sometimes the woking platform takes a little more time for you to run i.e will get slow a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally use HubSpot for those my Sales and Marketing Campaign. It's solved the problem to improve my goals target as it is easy to trace all activity of prospects. HubSpot helps me run my campaigns efficiently and obtain the best results from it.

I highly recommend HubSpot to individuals within the sales business. I have found HubSpot to be really helpful in my small everyday activity. It'll enhance the approach you utilize to prospective customers and also have a better knowledge of the way your marketplace is moving.

The best thing of this software is that it is really helpful for me to tracking all of our incomes and expenses at everywhere. Hubspot CRM is the great software for sales and marketing. This software has great features because we can easily track our sales, marketing and expenses in a most efficient way. It is very great software for management and it can easily manage our financial business statement. Hence, it is the great customer management solution for our business needs.

The main disadvantage of this software is that it is very expensive as compared to its competitors. This software does not allow the management of customer knowledge in an easier way. The another problem that you faced while using this software is that sometimes the accounts doesn’t provide the exactly updates because sometimes this software will be hang up without any reasons. But to conclude that, it is the best management tracker software.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales dashboard is especially helpful for keeping track of open and closed opportunities. Being able to see everything in the pipeline is very helpful for me. The training videos are also very helpful and easy to understand. It makes learning new marketing and sales techniques easier. These trainings alone make the platform worth the investment. It frees me up to do my job and new employees can learn from the videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are not as intuitive as we would like. Further, the pricing models for different tools can be confusing and expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of prospects and sales pipeline. Employee training is streamlined through Hubspot as well. The training videos free me up to focus on getting new business while new employees can access the training videos as an onboarding technique. The videos provide certifications which are helpful for resume building as well. As a team, we utilize Hubspot in many ways to improve our processes and to use data to see how we are progressing in meeting quotas. The live chat feature on our website that we integrated through Hubspot also provides another engaging way for potential customers to engage with us and leads to more qualified leads that better turn into customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure it is the right tool for you based on your company size. Evaluate options. It is a great product and the trainings on inbound marketing are especially helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great aspects to the Hubspot CRM. By far my favorite aspect is the availability to sequence emails. This has made my cold email efforts much for streamline and simple. I have now found that I can spend my time elsewhere because I am no longer bogged down by having type out the same emails over and over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more integration with LinkedIn. I send many LinkedIn connection requests via Hubspot but there is not an easy way to track these efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has solved the problem of tracking which companies we are reaching out to, who has been contacted in the company, and where that company stands within our pipeline. I have found that as a sales team we now have a better grasp on our prospecting efforts, who we need to keep on top of / follow up with, and where businesses stand within the sales process.
Great Marketing & Sales Software
What do you like best about the product?
I was using Salesforce previously and then started to use Hubspot sales hub. The learning curve was less. It was easy to start & add contacts and deals.
The activity feed feature is great as it helps in understanding the users interaction with my emails.

Hubspot is expensive . There are a lot of options when it comes to linking to other apps which can seem overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is a free CRM- its very user friendly, integrates well with almost all the other softwares and apps that you could be using. You also get a free chat feature to integrate in your website!
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other CRMs- I would say nothing. However, they could have made more sales & marketing features free.
The paid version could turn out to be quite expensive for big teams- however it all depends on your budget. The free version would enable you to do most of your content management hassle free.

Organising customers and their orders in one place- centralised system where we can log in queries, assign the lead to a sales person and update the status (eg quotation sent, converted, missed opportunity etc.)
Grouping contacts based on industries.

Streamline the entire process- from getting a lead, following up, uploading artworks, etc at one place so that everyone can have a look at it if someone's not in and can assign the customer to someone else.
Have access to all e-mail threads with a client.
Then an option to integrate mailers- see who has opened the mailers, assign customers to different industries so that we can send out industry specific mailers etc.

I would definitely recommend going for HubSpot- at least try it out once before going for a paid CRM. It's simple, easy to use and ideal for small businesses that do not have a big budget.

What do you like best about the product?
Good customizability for the data that is on the card. Pretty accurate reads too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still struggles with phone numbers. Also, it doesn't add the details found on the card to an existing contact. It just says that the contact already exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As all our contacts are already registered in hubspot before meeting them. It doesn't really benefit me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very good product if you want to add contacts in Hubspot but not if you want to add additional info to an existing contact in hubspot. Improvement to be made
SUPER EASY automations!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations in hubspot. They make lead nurturing super easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that some important bits of information are buried in several layers of menus. Not terribly bad, but something I find myself rubbing against the wrong way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my sales team's problem of spending too much time with initial lead nurturing. The automations have already saved them hundreds of hours!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have more than 1,000 contacts in your system it's worth switching to Hubspot. Less than 1,000 and you can get by with other softwares. But if you're thinking about automations, you can't get better than Hubspot. Plus they integrate seamlessly with Zapier so you can connect Hubspot to thousands of other apps (including Formstack, Salesmsg, and Typeform).
