Easy to manage clients, prospects, and deals

What do you like best about the product?
We really like HubSpot's CRM and use it throughout our team. It is easy for new employees to understand the process, especially compared to other softwares like SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
People have mixed feelings about the new format (the trifold screen with contact info on left, details in middle, and company/deal info on the right) but I like it now that I've acclimated.

Being able to override HubSpot's default lead status would also be helpful. We have a different timeline since we're a B2B service, so we had to create our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for all teams to coordinate with the CRM. Leaving notes keeps everyone on the same page!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really helpful, but sit down with your team to discuss how to implement and set standards. Make sure everyone is on the same page on what details to add for each new contact.

Easy UI

What do you like best about the product?
Much cleaner look, easy to maneuver, feels modern. Fabulous content. Help is good. You actually get a response, although it can take 24-48 hours. Drip campaigns are pretty intuitive to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Import from Salesforce is extremely limited in the data brought over. There were issues with syncing between the two systems, but ultimately we decided to move completely away from Salesforce and are running both MQLs and SQLs in Hubspot. I wish there was a compact view option, so I could collapse all the communications and just see a snippet, rather than having to scroll through pages to see the history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to the sales pipeline and drip campaigns. We're still working on implementing the drip campaigns, but once set up, it will be nice to have everything in one system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about the overall skill of the people using it on a daily basis. It's great for walking in being able to use it almost out of the box, but may not give the flexibility in reporting you have with other tools. For us, it's a good fit, and does everything we need it to. We're also fine with the lack of reporting because we have brought the drip campaign piece in, rather than running that through another system.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is being able to have all the information we need for marketing, sales, and customer management under one platform which was relatively simple to implement and onboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints. Configuration is hands on, not necessarily an off the shelf solution if you're process is really unique.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We transitioned from Salesforce to Hubspot and it really made our lives simpler. Before we had to do a lot of manual passing of data between sales team and marketing. When our annual renewal for Salesforce came up we were happy to switch. Plus much better customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Few things that are my most favorite in it is firstly this unique and amazing solution is available for free of cost so anybody can get benefit from it. With this software I can even link to all the location of my sales process. So, by the help of it I can even look into the places where all these things are happening such as sales processes, email services, my websites, phone calls management, social media management etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s always a good solution for all those companies that require an affordable CRM that also matches their terms and conditions. So, it flexible enough for ever type of company whether it’s B2B or B2C because of its amazing features. So, for me there is nothing to objectify in this product all the features are quite useful and also manageable for anybody.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is one of my favorite CRM that allows my team to get to the work quickly without any changing in the workflow. Moreover, this product is a good solution for those organizations that are new and also require a good CRM solution for this purpose. This product is quite simple with no complexes at all and also it contains all the basic features that are required.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A best background application that doesn’t affects the working of your system and always comes up with an amazing solution. So, for me it’s a good recommendation for any sort of company where there less resource as well because of it’s free cost nature. Also, it’s indeed a best CRM these days.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature of having enormous contact detail is a major highlight and the feature of having data columns for each of your clients in a classified and organized way. The additional feature is said to be the access feature of filters there is n number of filter each with unique features and options. Many more features made me love HubSpot CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The home UI looks a bit of old style,needs to improve the design of the software also at times the navigation looks vague and uncertain this leads to improper message inclusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was so tedious to manage enormous clients with an old technology tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create automated engagement with potential clients. I can create rules that will cater content to right client at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We hit a snag with users unsubscribing and being unable to resubscribe them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to track my “buyer journey”. Knowing what content and offers appeal to my audience and which don’t help me to save time and money and to cater my content to their tastes and values.

There was a lot to look at, I had to find what worked for my business. Is there a way that I could find certain videos based on my profession?

What do you like best about the product?
Active lists, easy pipeline visualization, auto-population of company details. It does the job we need it to do. Our implementation specialist was very helpful in helping us get set up. Integrations are also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom fields are clunky and not very customizable, sometimes my (very easy) workflows break or don't complete properly, would also be helpful to have a better way to identify related companies or duplicates (that may have different domains)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've automated a few things, so that saves me some time and guesswork. Other than that, there aren't really any benefits that I've experience over other CRM's I've used in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the workflow is very intuitive, the entire team finds it very easy to use without much training. Ease of use and access on mobile are my two favourite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's always things that don't work, or need tweaking. But what I like is that the Hubspot team is always working to add new features, sort out bugs, or just delight customers. It's brilliant really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the full inbound marketing stack. It's helped me increase my leads and manage them much better for my business.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps sales teams achieve goals and keep track of all interactions with customers and leads. We are also able to use this tool for customer service tickets and storing information such as customer agreements. HubSpot gives visibility to everyone on our team so we all know where we stand with a specific contact/company. We can track our sales pipeline deals and see where we have opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is that there is no way to add internal comments to an activity. For example if an email is logged on a contact and I want to make an internal comment with a suggestion on how to reply to this contact, I cannot make a comment I would have to create an entirely new note and specify what I'm referring to within that note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems of capturing customer and contact information that we never kept organized in the past. Also giving visibility to everyone on our team so we know what interactions we are all having with the same contact
