Efficient sales tool but still to be perfected!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for keeping track of all our deals, companies and contacts in terms of how you're able to link them all up. There are a number of strange intricacies in the industry we work in and so far there are not many functions that Hubspot has been unable to help with. There are enough levels of admin that we need and we're able to handle fairly large data files quite easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest flaw that I've found is around the lack of a Geo-location tool - i.e. to be able to see all of your deals on a map and be able to then assign them by territory.
Additionally, in most instances we deal with several branches for each company - so we have to make an individual deal for each one, there is no way (as far as I am aware) to put them into like a folder in the Deals, so as not to have 10 Deals open - I'd rather have 10 Deals in 1 folder which shows on the Deals homepage.
If / once they bring an update to the above, it'll be a pretty complete all round service.

We are able to manage large amounts of data relatively easily from the admin perspective. We are also able to track everything we need to to ensure the sales team are working efficiently.
Makes life so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences have changed things dramatically and allowed us to focus better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conversations/chat functionality is limited and difficult to manage in a broader team, it needs more ability to set when people are not available at manager level or colleague level as people forget to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashboard are great, simple to produce charts which look good and paint a picture making it much easier than Excel and pivot tables etc... as it does it all for you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From my experience, this is fabulous compared to CRMs I've used in the past, very clean, simple to use and reporting tools are fantastic. For me the main downside is not having ability to brand emails in other ways (only one company branding option available) meaning sequences can't be used without faffing around.
Organized, easy to use, intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's intuitive and I can easily find what I'm looking for, make changes, and collaborate with my team members. I adore the search bar, and I really love using tasks to organize my daily work. I think it's super easy to use, and Customer support is really amazing, they respond very quickly and always try their best to solve the problem. I've only had good experiences with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was another way for me and my teammates to communicate something (like an ongoing process with a certain contact) in some other way other than mentioning each other in notes. Like, if we could track what actions have been undertaken in some other form, like a status bar of problem solving etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of contacts, segmentation of contacts according to certain criteria. I've realized I can do a lot of my tasks automatically, in bulk and therefore reach more people with less effort, which is absolutely helpful when you work in sales.

My favorite feature in Hubspot is that you have a lot of customization options for your workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly the slowdowns but they are quite rare

It allows me to organize and follow precisely my workflow as business developer and it does it pretty nice.

I've been using Hubspot task tool for last 5 months as a sales development representative and it just made my life easier!
Aa my first professional experience, I had no idea what a CRM is, but it was so easy for me to know how hupspot works within days. I loved how I could manage my leads, get an overview what's happening with them and the team, go back to old emails and schedule new ones saving alot of time and effort!

What do you dislike about the product?
I dont particulary like the fact that sometimes when I import a list of leads, some of the contacts just disepear and have to re-do it manully.

Im using hubpsot as a sales tool, and it made possible to reach out to more 100 people in a day :)
Customizable, Convenient and Easy to USe
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows you to customize your requirements based on your individual program's requirements. The fact that the CRM can be linked to your email, website inquiries and documents makes it easy to track your leads and communication threads with them. It makes team work more productive because you are able to easily share updates with the leads. The use of the chat bot has made our sales pipeline significantly larger.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other software it is challenging to get your team to change. Without the full use and support of the team the use of reports are not very useful. I haven't experienced anything I dislike in particular but it is simply more of the struggles getting the whole team on board and the setting up the software to be customized for your specific company/ industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Chatbot has been an avenue for us to have faster responses to inquiries and leads. It has allowed us to maximize our online presence. The linking of our email to the CRM has allowed us to stay on track with each action or correspondence that is happening with our leads. It allows our teammates to back track with leads and do timely follow ups. This is becoming our one stop shop for tracking our leads and contacts over time and between 6-10 sales executives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before implementation of Hubspot ensure that the Software is set up and customized to your specific needs as completely as possible.
HubSpot Email Templates
What do you like best about the product?
The email template generator that HubSpot provides allows for the quick and easy use of automated emails. By using this feature, it has allowed me to connect with prospects far quicker, thereby allowing me to connect with even more prospects. It even let's you know when you have created the perfect email and advises on improvements you could make to make your email more stronger.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike but it would be great to have a character counter for any email. At present it only lets you know as a suggestion that your email may be too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email templates allow me the flexibility of having pre-set emails ready to send. Although they are generic, a little tweak here and there is all that is needed when you are sending to your prospects so that it is really a tailored email and very likely to get responses from your prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is just so easy to use. I can't see myself using anything else. My work would be lost without it
What do you dislike about the product?
Mass import of contacts is quite a time consuming process. So would like that streamlined abit more. Although I wouldn't avoid the product just because of that one thing.

What do you like best about the product?
The task tool is the most powerful tool on Hubspot in order to keep all followup with customers. As number one sales person within Patriot Campers™ i have achieved this by setting tasks to followup so as the customers get the appropriate service they need to make the decision to buy our Premium products.
Tasks also help me with my aftersales in followup with customers frequently in order to get repeat referral business.

I feel that Hubspot could be more user friendly when using an IPHONE or IPAD
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now know whos hot and whos not just by using my lifecycle stage. So when the our company is having a promotion i can quickly capture the people who would be interested. So effectively fishing where the fish are!!!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your in the sales business then you must have your Sales Team on Hubspot. It will improve your sales dramatically. For example: Our WA dealer was using an old CRM and i switched them over to it and their sales have increased by 75%.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all the information centralized in one location. This enables users having complete visibility and transparency over their customer base. The call function is great to use as it also allows you to record. Allowing you to go back and review the call and share for other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training on our side to use the tool effectively wasn't in place. Be good to see if there were live webinars as I'm sure I'm not using the software to its full potential. I find the transcript from the calls isn't too accurate. Not a huge issue as you can go over the call recording, but feel like this could be improved slightly. I believe standard users should have function standard reports. I've found quite a few times I had to go back to the main user to set my permission for higher access. When customers opt-out for emails it makes it tough as we send directly from our mail server and add the email into huspspot. Add in extra step, my emails are not marketing-related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have run a report to see whats customers have had no contact over a 12month period. This report was then turned into a task list to make contact. I'm guilty of poor time management. Setting up the task list holds you accountable.

The training on our side to use the tool effectively wasn't in place. Be good to see if there were live webinars as I'm sure I'm not using the software to its full potential.
