Great CRM but only for scale
What do you like best about the product?
Brilliant CRM with an extensive list of features. I love how you can track activities and link it in other documents
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is extremely expensive for small businesses and individuals and not a CRM I would recommend for anyone who is not dealing with significant records and leads. The free version is very limited. There is a huge learning curve and as a result a signifcant onboarding fee.

The possibility of performing daily actions in a contact without changing screens. The information displayed at a glance.

That I cannot put different colors or icons on my tasks or contacts

Ability to do everything on one tool and manage the pipeline on one pane of glass

The timeline for activity is cumbersome and makes it difficult to quickly get an idea of where the account currently stands.

HubSpot Makes work easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the email templates, it is very easy to use and allows me to send out emails fast. They are even email templates that HubSpot has already created to help you out in different occasions. The follow up process and the information you have on a contact are easy to use. you see it all in one page and dont have to open up several screens at one. You can also go to their company web-page directly from the contact page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the way HubSpot automatically creates a follow up time when you create a Task. I have to go to the task bar and got to that specific task and make changes on the time. The automatic reminder that HubSpot has, for created tasks make extra work from me. Even if I change the time or take of the reminder, somehow it still reminds me the day of the task at 8:00 AM. Even though the task is at 5:00 PM. So my email is full of reminder for a task at 5:00 PM. It probably wouldn't bother me as much if the reminder was closer to the task time. like maybe 15 mins before the task?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see which prospect and clients are opening the emails I sent and the time they opened or clicked on the email. This helps me contact them within a good time frame. The email templates save a lot of time. or else I would have to type or have a lot of copy and pasting to do.

It will help your time management.
All Functions Working As One!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that I can integrate both our text functions and emails to be tracked in the students master file. I dont have to hunt for the emails when I am speaking with the students.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a much bigger fan of the layout from the previous roll out. I dont find the new layout to be difficult but I liked the flow of the last a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love the Dashboard functions so I can quantify my sales process and see what is working and what is not. The effectiveness of my emails is an extremely useful tool.

I would like more powerful email and website tracking tools.

Easily trackable emails and easy to keep up with leads and currently customers. I like options to set different deal stages.

Great CRM tool.
The best CRM I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use and set up. Far cheaper than other CRM's. Has a very nice UI. Reporting is great and highly customisable. Support are always quick and vey helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has downtime or glitches more often than I would like. The dialer can be temperamental sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allowed us to massively increase productivity whilst tracking staff performance. We then decided to purchase Hubspot and got even more features which enabled us to increase productivity even more and the marketing campaigns generated enough leads for hubspot to pay for itself.

I love using HubSpot, with the sequences and templates my productivity has gone through the roof (as has commissions)

Honestly nothing, occasionally it may be down for a bit, but that's life. And it only makes me realize how much I depend on it

Ability to stay on top of leads from trade shows.

I am satisfied with the direction it is going.

Hubspot made my work life easier because I get to have everything tracked and pull reports in seconds!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much downfalls here. BUT if we experience some delays, we are always updated on what's happening if we are experiencing technical difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a bit of trouble trying to figure out a structure on certain tasks. Hubspot has helped us utilize the system in so many ways to build a better work flow and it works wonders for our company!
