What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of being able to use hubspot. It provides me with all the tools I need to keeping track and managing my day to day activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more ability to run more reports. Salesforce has the ability to run more reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me engage more with clients. I like the ability to run reports and I utilize that feature daily.
Simple and effective
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly platform for logging appointments, emails, calls, files, transactions, tasks, and many other data. All the content of the client file becomes easily accessible for the entire team, and follow-ups are easy to plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to differentiate between purchase-type activities and service-type activities, so we have to take a lot of time to do tasks that could be avoided (60 days without activity)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the information is found in the same place. Nothing can be lost and it's much more environmentally friendly than doing everything on paper. The existing links between Square and Hubspot, our email box and Hubspot, and our website and Hubspot are also very practical.
Hubspot is my lifeline
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Hubspot when I joined Investment Properties Mexico early in 2017. I wish there was a way to quantify how it has helped me achieve success. From time management to keeping track of client activity, it is everything I need to make the most out of every day. I especially like the fact that it can help make sure you keep in touch with your clients and that you can send out fabulous emails through the template files - what a time saver. I would strongly recommend Hubspot over other CRM tools I have used in my various careers.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do I dislike? I think the one thing that's annoying is when one of our team joins an online chat with a potential client, it doesn't lock out other team members to the point where a number of us could show up on the screen, which, to me, looks unprofessional.

Tracking but not Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall look of the tool. It has a good feel to it and does not seem clunky in UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no granularity into contacts. If you want a deep dive into a contact or company or deal it will not show you. Making analytics is very tricky to monitor activity. Also managing deals is not logical nor can you produce contracts within the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track everything in Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please have an understanding of what you hope to accomplish with your CRM before moving forwards.
I love it. It's easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I definitely love the integrations across other platforms. Also, the task and notification system is great. The previous platform I used lacked this type of notification system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches where sometimes emails/notes get duplicated (appear twice ) in the timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlined the follow-up process needed with each of the members under me. With me handling hundreds of members, it's made it easier to reach them out in all communication channels available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tickets could be shrunk so it won't take up a lot of space but at the same time still provide insightful information on what the ticket is all about.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to manage all of your 'sales tasks' by date and title with applicable notes so that you can pick up right where you left off with lead interactions whether it's a few days or months later.
HubSpot also has a 'Deals' section that lets me easily manage my my pipeline by stage. I can run relevant reports and keep track of where issues are arising in my pipeline.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about HubSpot for sales, although a rich preview when hovering over deal cards in the 'Deals' pipeline would be nice to get some extra context without having to click into the deal itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me organize my day effectively. With hundreds of follow-ups, emails, etc. sent weekly it would be near impossible without HubSpot tracking this information and compiling it under each lead's profile. It's invaluable to conducing my business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great tool for small and medium sized businesses. We use it here for end-to-end pipeline management from marketing -> sales -> customer success. It's an all-in-one tool.

HubSpot allows me to stay on top of all of my different tasks and maintain my relationships with prospects.

I've been impressed recently with HubSpot's ability to make updates that have fixed my past frustrations

With Hubspot we're able to improve our follow-up with prospect, and spend our time more wisely working closest to the money.

What do you like best about the product?
the interface is easy to use, everything is clean and the system allows me to use tabs. I needed zero training and was able to figure out this system within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
when creating a new task, by default there is always a reminder set via email that you have to manually turn off...pain the butt if you are dealing with more than a few tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i prospect with hubspot everyday. i find the contacts i need, uploads are super easy. i log calls and emails and track progress to get meetings.

easy and simple to use, and sales professional is very affordable to maintain.

The software is exceptionally user friendly and clear to navigate through the pipelines.

Very few things wrong with software in the current state. The recent update took a small amount of time to get used to but once adapted there has been no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring the stages of different cases and clients with a number of helpful features to streamline work. It allows me to suitably keep up to date with cases and keep on top of more pressing clients and issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would highly recommend the software as the layout and user friendly nature means that any employee can grasp the basics immediately and soon be an expert within the software.
