HubSpot has evolved non-stop since I started using 10 years ago
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Sales Hub is how intuitive it is and how it’s been built around the reality of the day to day of a sales rep. Keeping priorities in one place that’s easy to manage with automated insights and integrated tools into critical functionality like inboxes and calendars

I want the reporting tool to keep evolving
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s giving companies a unified way to action their data, it benefits me as a leader at a HubSpot agency as more companies are moving to HubSpot, which drives my departments business

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to set up, and how you can create a full functioning sales process, but keep it simple for sales teams that struggle with complex systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they made updates to goals/forecasting.

Allowing us to set up simple but effective sales processes for our clients.

Is an all in one CRM. Vimplete and easy to use and learn

High costs for the company but quality worth it

It is our mane data base. We have everything there but billing services
I think sales hub could use more b2c abilities.

Deal list views and tags but I think the meetings tool could use more explanation with other calendar integrations like Outlook

The downside would be the AI rollout. I would love to be able to test it with certain users and not just by permission sets

It allows us to segment our deals and isolate hot leads based on lead scoring.

I love how HubSpot Sales Hub makes our entire sales process simple, transparent, and consistent. As an oil & gas data SaaS company, it has become our single source of truth—every deal, activity, and customer interaction lives in one place. The clarity this gives our team is invaluable and keeps everyone aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve with customization, especially when tailoring reports or workflows to match our specific SaaS sales model. That said, once things are set up, the platform runs smoothly and the benefits far outweigh the initial effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us tackle customer retention, engagement, and acquisition all in one platform. By giving us a clear view of every interaction, it ensures our team can stay proactive with existing customers while also streamlining the process of bringing in new ones. The result is stronger relationships, more consistent follow-up, and better visibility into the full customer lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using HubSpot Sales for a while now, and what I like the most is how everything feels connected and easy to use. Instead of jumping between different tools, I can manage deals, track communication, and get insights all in one place.
The reporting is super clear and helps me (and my team) understand what’s working and what’s not without spending hours pulling data. I also like how HubSpot integrates with ads and makes it easier to connect campaigns with real results in the pipeline.
Workflows and automation are a big plus—once you set them up, they save so much time and keep leads from slipping through the cracks. And honestly, the learning curve is not steep at all compared to other CRMs I’ve tried.

What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, sometimes the system feels a bit too rigid—you have to adapt your processes to HubSpot’s way of doing things. Customization is there, but not as flexible as I’d like, especially when it comes to very specific reporting. Also, if you’re scaling fast, the price can become a bit heavy as you add more seats and features.
