CRM is FREE and pretty powerful!

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the time when something is free it’s a trial period of it’s just not very good. Hubspot’s CRM is free for life and great for small to medium businesses looking to start utilizing a CRM.
The mobile app is handy. You can text,email, of call directly from the app and Hubspot will keep track of everything. It even automatically asks for notes on the conversation after a call. The app will alert you when the customer opens an email that you sent them. Pretty cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order keep track of emails, texts, phone calls you have to make sure to send those from within the app or website. Otherwise it won’t track it as a contact point. You have to remember to always open the app and send from there. It takes some time to remember it and I still forget now and again even after a few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM is helping me keep track of my clients and makes it so easy to go back and see the different stages of development for each client.

What do you like best about the product?
I love workflows and sequences. I am saving tons of time by enrolling contacts so that they get the information they need when they need it, and I can standby to assist in ways that make the most sense to them, rather than manually setting reminders or playing phone tag.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things to dislike. I wish it communicated with some of our other software, but I believe that's more a dislike of our other software because HubSpot does integrate with some other platforms we've used. I also wish there were better pricing for the non-profit sector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving--automation, workflows, booking meetings. Also the personal touch--HubSpot makes it easy to connect with people on a real level. It's not about sales; it's about relationships and connectivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The software interface is intuitive and easy to use. Getting new employees up and running is easy. The queries are fast. It makes managing data easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic reporting is great. Tracking email opens and clicks is what you'd expect. Tracking lead and deal progress also meets our needs. Integrated tracking that shows company and lead contacts is lacking. It would be nice to have a report that shows a list of the contacts at each company, when they were last contacted and what type of contact was attempted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The website and social media integration is amazing. The ability to easily create customer journeys and triggers is simple and powerful. We are collecting website leads and immediately putting them in the sales funnel. We paid for initial website design and development as well as CRM set up. But now that everything is in place new lead forms, landing pages, and customer data management is mostly handled by the marketing team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot CRM is simple to use and very affordable. It is a great value. While it is not as powerful as Salesforce, it is robust enough to meet almost all of our needs. And the value and ROI more than make up for some of the advanced reporting and interrogations available from Salesforce. The administration is powerful, yet simple.

Game changing CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I love the layout of the software and user interface design. It's so easy to connect the dots in Hubspot it truly improves my daily workflow and increases efficiency. To top that off, the training and support offered is notable. Quick response time, loads of support articles and the agents are helpful, nice and know their product. We've made suggestions to the software over the past 2 yrs and have seen lots of changes but nothing too overwhelming to the user. They actually listen to us!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, there were some integrations that were a bit clunky or properties missing from the client record but the suggestion we made were heard and responded to with action. 2yr later the software is even better than our first impressions. With automations as well, the work is done for us which frees us up for more time to connect with qualified leads and move prospects along to closed sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized, reliable CRM increasing efficiency, streamlining workflow and making it easy to track leads, monitor your pipeline and even customize to each users needs some of the interface,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to track leads, conduct inbound sales, monitor your deal pipeline and not compromise on integration, Hubspot is for you. Top that off with stellar support and training tools, you can't go wrong. Not to mention the user interface design is easy on the eyes, well thought out and simple to adjust to and use.

What do you like best about the product?
I found the lessons extremely helpful to learn how to navigate Hubspot and get the best use out of it. I also like how you can buy different packages such as sales package, marketing package etc, so you are only paying for the things you want to use. It helps to be able to organise a lot of my workload in one system so it's harder to miss anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst there are a lot of integrations you can use, such as Mail chimp, unfortunately you can't integrate some other systems we use, such as campaign monitor. It can sometimes be hard to find certain things you want to use on the website and I think it could be better organised and placed somewhere that makes more sense - although this does become easier with time like anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create sequences and tasks which prevents me from missing or forgetting to follow up leads, especially during busy times. It's great to be able to organise so much of my work on one system. It has saved me, and the company I work with a lot of time and money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The HubSpot team are very helpful if you have any questions, make use of them and contact them. Use the free training sessions they offer, they are very helpful and give new, up to date insight which you can add to your current knowledge.
It can be difficult navigating the website at times but gets easier over time and worth spending some time on.

HubSpot Sales is an amazing CRM for new BDRs

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Academy. I love the fact that there are so many features available to me. There are almost too many features to be honest... it's a little mind-boggling looking at the platform. With that said, HubSpot provides an amazing tutorial when you first open up your account. From there, HubSpot offers a tonne of extremely helpful and easy to follow along tutorials for more advanced features within the platform. Also, booking a HubSpot agent for a personalized tutorial is very easy to do and I found it to be a great way to become familiar with the system very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot. Given that I'm on my computer all day, it would be nice if HubSpot offered a dark-mode option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing sales sequences, templates, and processes seamlessly with my colleages. Having potential clients book me for calls and meetings. Integrating with my other tools. Staying up to date with all my current clients and prospective deals. HubSpot is how I keep myself organized while on the job and really helps to ensure I don't lose track of anything important.

Be sure to take full advantage of the HubSpot Academy and HubSpot agents.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using HubSpot CRM in addition to SFDC, and have already found it friendlier and easier to use for segmenting accounts and reporting. It has a free version with all the features SMB might need. Hub Spot also provides amazing training on inbound marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM is great for growing businesses, organizations with large sales teams might find that HubSpot CRM isn’t advanced enough just yet. HubSpot's platform is relatively inflexible. Organizations with very complex sales processes aren't able to find the flexibility they're looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the possibility of sequences. It saves half of my day. Its great possibility to send personalized planned e-mail to my prospects. Also, it's great that there are various courses free of charge to take.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using other CRM before. What I like less about Hubsport is the layout, also when opening the deals, I need to filter my deal every single time. I would prefer to have them pre-saved, so it consumes less my team. Also, before the contacted was associated with the Linkedin account, this option is gone now. Besides that, the daily tasks could be more visible, for example, if I would have a deal in red, it would alarm better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-saving (a lot), also pretty easy to track everything.

A good CRM for startups and small business

What do you like best about the product?
Up to 1000000 contacts, and free unlimited user accounts. The system offers limited forms, templates, and document storage.
The ability to identify a person and company through email and url is great. I personally love the queue's. Lots of integration ability through zappier, and voip phone with browser extensions work fine (i use dialpad) Free email integration as well.
Has ticketing for service which is nice. All in all a solid crm system with little to no cost out of pocket to get up and running fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs for upgrading are not cheap. 50 a person for starter (with NO automation) is steep compared to other systems on the market today that offer automation at a cheaper price per user, and depending on how large an organization you grow too.... you may need to factor pricing in after a year or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cost effective for hiring new sales people. Easy setup and removal of users. Fairly strong import ability as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great system for b2b companies... possibly some b2c.
Make sure you consider the cost of upgraded packages (especially marketing) in terms of growth.... or get familiar with zappier and use outside vendors to keep costs down.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have never worked in a CRM before. HubSpot has given me a platform to keep and organize thousands of records and data points - which I can find in minutes. It is my digital planner. Integrated with our quoting program, makes HubSpot the ideal assistant. It would take me 100's of more hours to track, organize, and close sales without HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work through the system...play with the settings and try everything. In 3-6 months you'll be a pro.
